    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    .@VodafoneUK hi we are trying to speak to someone to activate a sim. They keep telling us they are sending us a text but when we try to explain we have no working sim to receive it hence needing to activate a sim your support keeps on insisting sending a text

    @VodafoneUK ridiculous! Won’t let me cancel for something that won’t work and saying it’s a contract when I was told in the shop it’s a 30 day rolling one! Rang up previously and said I can cancel free of charge just had to prove my identity, did that & now saying I can’t!😠

    Whatever you don't ever join @VodafoneUK for broadband! 100% the worst experience of my life customer service and care are awful! Was meant to be activated on the 26th of March and still no internet. No one wants to help and no one cares all you get is you have to wait!.......

    @VodafoneUK pathetic service! Was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to cancel this “contract” which got sold to me as a 30 day rolling contract & free cancellation. Called up a few months ago&you said I could cancel it for free&get compensation for the issuesbut I can’t now?😠
