Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre Router and box fitted by an engineer in my flat yesterday. Was told a problem with the city fibre coming into the large green box outside. Reported it. Today I’m told my order has been cancelled. By MISTAKE! New apt. Made for 31st!! WTF?

@VodafoneUK been a customer for over 20 years trying to upgrade and the app crashes at the end. I have had 4 different conflicting emails whether it's processed or not. Been onto customer services now for 25 mins and no one seems to be able to help me, really disappointing.
