@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK 13 years I've been with Vodafone. Numerous contracts for myself and sons. Customer service is the worst I've ever known. Lies, bad information call it what you like but its not a service. Last contract runs out next year. No more after

@VodafoneUK Customer for 10+yrs. Upgrade. Go to collect phone which is ‘being held’ for me for a week. Out of stock - ie sold to someone else. Come back tomorrow. Spend ages trying to complain online. Offered £5 for HOURS of wasted time. Cancelling upgrade.
