Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@VodafoneUK @carly_9x Had no signal here in South Wales all day. Vodafone Network status online assures me all is OK. But when I phone: ‘We’re really sorry but due to bad weather we’re experiencing a number of problems with our network.’ Which is it? I can only assume status is telling porkies.

I just spent over an hour to cancel my broadband with @VodafoneUK The customer advisors we're rude and incompetent. They transferred me to someone who may be able to do something but that person just disconnected. This level of service is ******* atrocious.
