    @VodafoneUK #applewatch @AppleSupport 3 days, numerous "advisors", and reset/unpair my Watch many times while trying to get Vodafone to sort out the ability to get an eSim installed on the Watch! promised a call back within the hour (2 hours ago) and nothing!. Vodafone are poor!

    @VodafoneUK Last time I DM’d it took 6months for a answer !!!! How do I get of this network perhaps getting shut of the offshore centres would help customer service has drastically gone down hill

    @VodafoneUK Today’s update (21st Feb): still no resolution. Another phone call is promised from @VodafoneUK ‘Directors Office’ this afternoon. I’ll a update accordingly after that call. 3rd week without a landline and still not sorted out the faulty equipment. #justnotgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK What a shambles . . . . . I sign up for a broadband account, you offer installation dates from 3rd - 20th March. I choose 20th which you confirm by email. I cancel my current contract then 3hrs later I get a text telling me installation is now 11th of April.
