    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK That the maximum they could do was £40. I know it still something but it’s the principal of the matter. Was told something, got something completely different. It’s also very intermittent quality of broadband. After several years as customer I told them… 4/

    Still Not got internet despite several calls and lots of promises from @VodafoneUK really pissed off with them now I am losing money because of them and their complete incompetence their so off to find someone who can actually provide a service.

    Hi @VodafoneUK your technical support in the last 48 hours has been shambolic. Our home broadband has been down since late Thursday and every one of the FOUR people I’ve spoken to have given different diagnoses... when both of us WFH the internet is essential. Abysmal

    @VodafoneUK My broadband isn't connecting and your customer service is a load of ********. I can't talk to a real person. Just tells me to go talk to a bot and follow steps for trouble shooting that dont work.

    @VodafoneUK What an absolute joke of a company! Renew a sim only contract, have physical proof nothing else needs to be done and then charges triple the amount and allow the customer to have two open contracts!

Been trying to cancel for weeks now and they conveniently can't do that but still taking my money. They also didn't change my address for last-
