@Juggzy @virginmedia I was so pissed with Virgin media after my connection was down for 6 weeks while I was supporting NHS IT infrastructure & being told the best they could do was give me £3 even after accepting THEIR engineer broke the connection in the road I got a @VodafoneUK 5g router.

My microphone broke under warranty sent it to @VodafoneUK but they didn’t fix it and broke the screen. Sent it to them to be repaired 3 MORE times and they haven’t. Avoid @VodafoneUK they are con artists!
