    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK The phones screen is unusable so I can’t do that from the phone. I’ve waited an hour in your store and handed the phone in for repair. I hope you’ll send it back to @SamsungUK and reconsider when you sell it in future. It’s four months old and I didn’t damage the phone. #ZFlip

    @VodafoneUK When will my telephone no fault be fixed? Raised on Thu and now 3 days later and nobody can call me in. Stuck in never ending loop of tech support calling & asking the same questions every time. Currently have no landline able to receive incoming calls & vulnerable

    @VodafoneUK It's not about my area! It's about me transferring the existing number from another potrivit to you! And now I'm in the middle as Vodafone used the PAC code so I'm not anymore with the previous provider and everything is on Vodafone hands! That is my problem @VodafoneUK!

    @VodafoneUK Disappointing customer experience, ongoing issues with upgrade, 2.5 months and still no resolution. Costing money and time. Painful and no response to complaint. Shocking.

    @VodafoneUK i have never dealt with such useless customer care as vodafone this last week. My new phone was delivered faulty over 2 weeks ago. You have made me stay in for 4 days now and still no replacement!!! If you choose to use DPD that is for you to chase not me!!! 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Mobile service, I have full bars of 4g+ but stuff takes a long time to load, my device is fine, I've tried on several other devices and same issue.
