    Oh dear @VodafoneUK - So that’s EE, o2 and now SKY all doing deliveries for same model in under 10 days!!!!! NOT the 7 weeks I’ve currently been waiting... Still a loyal customer though! Bet you would chase me for late bill payment😡.. DON’t ask me to DM you again please!!!

    @lebara @VodafoneUK Lebara network down because Vodafone network is down. Cant use my second phone. I have Vodafone Home broadband working fine. Hope it all gets sorted out soon.

    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @VodafoneUK I had the worst ever customer support from this company for Home broadband.If your router works the first time, praise your stars and carry on. Any problem with router if my experience is anything to go by please save yourself time nd stress, just quit.

    @respros @NeilEvansRocks @VodafoneUK I have just moved...need to sort out the gas meter which appears to be in the wrong flat and has an amount owing on it. I am trying to cancel a telephone service at my old place. For some reason, none of this can be done on line.

    @VodafoneUK Got my new SIM today with 20GB data but not connecting to my phone.The web chat help was complete shambles.Twitter guy says I did something wrong. Never I mean never had such fiasco with Three, everything automatic. Just thought I should share. Will go store tomorrow

    Apparently it’s up to me to tell the debt collecting agency to ask them to stop bombarding me with messages etc…..which I have now done three times. Hence why I’ve asked @VodafoneUK to step in! A situation they caused but won’t fix. Zero customer care for £180pm

    @VodafoneUK been trying to get someone to assist me but you’re not following up on DM’s. Had two operators start a conversation and disappear. I’m a new customer trying to connect a new sim to a new phone - I can’t think of a simpler thing you can mess up on?

    @VodafoneUK useless Vodafone!! Another hour and half spent trying to correct your mistakes, and still nothing getting nowhere! Not even 8 minutes in the chat app to my bank and sorted! Good riddance to bad companies in my life!

    @virginmedia my vodafone sure signal is still not working, numerous resets and reinialisations with @VodafoneUK tech help!! So is this a VM or VF issue as fed up not being able to make/receive calls!

    @schellm2012 @VodafoneUK Oh no that's terrible!! Hopefully they arrive on the 29th! I tried talking online with an assistant who wouldnt help me because I dont know the phone number and I said 4 times I haven't even recieved the phone to know, then wouldn't help even with tracking number!fingers crossed

    @VodafoneUK Going round in circles wanting to cancel daughters sim only contract. Tried with your online chat and store colleagues and getting nowhere. It's a rolling contract. Please tell me how to cancel it.
