    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have nothing but utter utter contempt for @Vodafone. Going round and round in circles with this awful V-SOS product. Aaaarghhhhh!!!!! 😡😡😡. This reminds me precisely why I left this awful sorry excuse for a company 5 years ago.

    @VodafoneUK customer service is appalling. Cant wait to leave! I hope you organise a big family #funday and it rains! You buy a boat and it leaks you buy a car and the wheels fall off or buy a submarine and it floats,and you get tea tree shampoo in not just 1 but all your eyes!

    Would be useful if @GunwharfQuays had a single WiFi network covering all outlets. @VodafoneUK coverage pretty awful here. Surprising as major retail area PO1 3TZ

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @VodafoneUK well I have waited the specific time for an email from Vodafone to unlock my phone. They said it should be done 24-48 hrs and 7-10 days well today is the tenth day and nothing so rude and unhelpful need my phone as cannot use landline

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Conor, seems a very poor excuse. I’ve just tied in to 2 years in broadband, but think the mobiles will be changing to a provider who has Tube network coverage when the contracts are up.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Conor, I used that form and uploaded a scan of my deed poll, and was just called by a member of your customer service team to tell me the deed poll couldn't be used and that I'd have to get it enrolled. Is this company policy, as it doesn't mention anywhere on your site?

    @VodafoneUK Current EU regulation ends in June 2022. UK left in Jan 2021 and EU proposed a 10yr extension in Feb 2021. No longer fixed? Are EU networks now charging Vodafone? If a customer in NI is roaming on Vodafone IRL, will they be charged for roaming to the same network?

    @VodafoneUK never miss a trick to push extra charges onto their customers. As night follows day vodafone were always going to add #RoamingCharges shame they cannot be honest and just admit it's just an easy way to increase costs no we're out of the EU.
