Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.

Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
