@VodafoneUK customer service is appalling. Cant wait to leave! I hope you organise a big family #funday and it rains! You buy a boat and it leaks you buy a car and the wheels fall off or buy a submarine and it floats,and you get tea tree shampoo in not just 1 but all your eyes!

💯 will be leaving @VodafoneUK once my contract is up! Everytime I upgrade there is issue after issue and the customer service is shocking! I’m now stuck with a ridiculous phone bill that is going to leave me out of pocket every month for the next 2years 😡

I cannot describe how utterly hopeless @VodafoneUK support is. Every month I call and get different stories about getting a VAT invoice - they stopped making available online. Just been holding for 44mins for the resolution team. Turns out their resolution is to just cut me off.
