Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

@VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

@VodafoneUK customer service is appalling. Cant wait to leave! I hope you organise a big family #funday and it rains! You buy a boat and it leaks you buy a car and the wheels fall off or buy a submarine and it floats,and you get tea tree shampoo in not just 1 but all your eyes!

I cancelled a request to port my number from @LycamobileUK to @VodafoneUK and was told by Lycamobile that the number has been ported. However, when I contacted Vodafone support, I was told that the number isn't with them and that I should contact Lycamobile.
