I've been on EE and o2 in the past and Vodafone is by far the best network I've been on in Pompey. Gfs granddad house I couldn't get a signal inside for o2 but I get full connection with Vodafone.

They said it should be done 24-48 hrs and 7-10 days well today is the tenth day and nothing so rude and unhelpful need my phone as cannot use landline

This is the first time I’ve had a problem claiming £10 off my bill as you’re usually pretty quick doing it. I just didn’t realise it would take this long.
