Just been told by @VodafoneUK that it is too expensive for that massive company to send a router next day despite Jade needing internet to complete uni work before they can get us a router. Fantastically bad service from them yet again

  • roy_powers
Roy Powers (@roy_powers) reported from Waterlooville, England

Being a good dad, I have been paying my daughter’s phone bill and @VodafoneUK have been happy to take my money. When we finally got them to cancel the account and admit they had taken 2x extra payments. The refund was supposed to be in account in 48hours. A month later nothing!

💯 will be leaving @VodafoneUK once my contract is up! Everytime I upgrade there is issue after issue and the customer service is shocking! I’m now stuck with a ridiculous phone bill that is going to leave me out of pocket every month for the next 2years 😡

  • neilhwilliams
Bantam Menace 💙🇪🇺🇬🇧3.5% (@neilhwilliams) reported from Chichester, England

@VodafoneUK are officially ****. 25 years I’ve had my mobile number. Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.

  • Mark__Eadie

    - after setting off SOS almost 5 minutes before band mode changed - after “Help on way” flashing green doesn’t change to solid green - after emergency over, band still hasn’t reset - hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. @whichUK PLEASE investigate @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

  • windsorholden
Windsor John Holden (@windsorholden) reported from Chichester, England

Well done @VodafoneUK for providing me with comfortably the worst upgrade offer I've ever had - the smartphone they gave me 5 years ago, paying £6 a month more and with half my current data allowance. Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

@VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Crap service. Tried to upgrade to higher price SIM only deal, but told no as not due an upgrade. They would rather have unhappy customers, than try to help.

  • P5Paul
Paul R Lawrence (@P5Paul) reported from Locks Heath, England

@McWill99 @SofaRacer @VodafoneUK They were voted worse after sales service jezza for 3 years in a row...seems they learnt not a thing!..

  • planetf1
Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported from Portsmouth, England

Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

  • windsorholden
Windsor John Holden (@windsorholden) reported from Chichester, England

@VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

  • jtrou45
Jeremy troughton (@jtrou45) reported from Swanmore, England

@VodafoneUK on hold for well over an hour trying to speak to someone about appalling home broadband service

  • ChrisOverthrow
Chris Overthrow (@ChrisOverthrow) reported from Portsmouth, England

@MattDerik @VodafoneUK If you're struggling to survive that's a problem with the government not with Vodafone. No government should let its residents starve no government should let its residents go homeless. Your anger is directed in the wrong place.

  • grahamneden
    Graham Neden-Watts (@grahamneden) reported

@VodafoneUK you attempted to remotely eset two of our conpany phones yesterday. The "reset" has resulted in both phones having no mobile connectivity at all - no calls, no texts and no data. Your support chat both wants me to call 191 (I can't) and won't connect me to a person

  • big1481b

  • TheWildLemons
    Emma S 🩵☁️ (@TheWildLemons) reported

@SomersetBobby @VodafoneUK I have problems right now. I used my 5G to check the network connectivity site. Says there's no reported issues. Funny considering there's not a single light on the fibre box in the wall & not a single light on the router lmao.

  • Ed_Sabella
    Ed Sabella (@Ed_Sabella) reported

@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did
