    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    - after setting off SOS almost 5 minutes before band mode changed - after “Help on way” flashing green doesn’t change to solid green - after emergency over, band still hasn’t reset - hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. @whichUK PLEASE investigate @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK well I have waited the specific time for an email from Vodafone to unlock my phone. They said it should be done 24-48 hrs and 7-10 days well today is the tenth day and nothing so rude and unhelpful need my phone as cannot use landline

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, I'd really appreciate some help. I've just been speaking with one of your advisers through 191 who didn't have a clue. They were trying to tell me that 0118 is a non geographical number (it's for Reading) and that I wasn't being connected as it's chargeable - incorrect

    Hi @VodafoneUK is there something going on with your network? I'm getting an invalid number message for multiple numbers, and I know they are valid. Some are for public settings, so it's not a matter of being blocked. Any ideas?

    @VodafoneUK just received new phone & there's a cable with it that doesn't plug into anything I own. Surely you should send me a plug or adaptor so can use a usb socket? Already shocked by having to take out 3 year loan agreement which I never have before. New provider next time!
