@VodafoneUK Thanks Ryan, as a Vodafone customer I am aware of that great offer, but I was wondering if there was something that could be offered to potential non Vodafone customers and/or non data customers. (We’re talking about senior citizens who might only have a basic mobile phone)

Only 6 months in and yet again back onto @cedrsays to raise a complaint about @VodafoneUK for the second time for over charging and refusing to stop charging for a contract that finished the end of November. Absolute disgrace of a network. 10 years a customer and def my last!

@VodafoneUK I now can’t make phone calls OR use my data. Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Come on Vodafone, sort it out!

@VodafoneUK Help! For some reason I cannot log into My Vodafone. I was promised an e-mail for a temp password but half an hour later - still no password! I am on a PAYG scheme and so cannot use data but will sue Wifi
