    @VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

    since 1994 but tomorrow my first job will be to cancel my contract with you @VodafoneUK & find another supplier. Just when people need communication more than ever and you put your prices up. Makes my blood boil....

Given my Mrs is a lawyer and leads consumer credit relations with the regulator, I know exactly what complaints to make - customer detriment main

    @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!
