  @VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

  Wants to get SIM or a eSIM? Need a Contact number. If you dont have one or have a family or Friend then you cant get a Number... Been looking, 2 companies no go, 3rd try came up just fine. One Company that 100% Needs a Contact number & Support sucks. Looking at you @VodafoneUK

  Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

  @VodafoneUK I am a broadband customer. Your app (s) are awful - the ai bots are shameful. I just want to get Secure Net. After 50mins of searching (using chatGPT) and downloading a third Vodafone app I’m told it’s not available with NO explanation?? Please help. Human help
