  @VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

Given my Mrs is a lawyer and leads consumer credit relations with the regulator, I know exactly what complaints to make - customer detriment main

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I went through exactly the same issue, it was only when I threatened them with legal action and exposure they eventually cancelled the contract. Don't give up, don't pay a penny.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

  Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK
