So, @VodafoneUK having spent over 6 hrs on the phone and still have no mobile network so can’t call or text. You’re quite happy to take my money but your service is rubbish. Not one person has helped & been hung up on 4 times. I’m still without working phone

@VodafoneUK Still no improvement a week later. Another 2 hours of my life lost talking to your agents only to be told network issues will be resolved 'soon' with no metric of what soon is. Apparently, I'll still have to pay an early termination fee? WTF?
