@VodafoneUK Half the time it says my phone is connected to 4G but I’m actually not getting any signal. Then I have to restart my phone to get signal. I did go to your shop and they suggested I go to the Kingston store to get my phone checked. And that they could do nothing.

Hi @VodafoneUK you appear to have no data service again in your cell tower covering RG22 5BB. Shows four bars of 4G+ but refuses a connection. Move to the adjacent 5G tower closer to Basingstoke and it connects without an issue

@Darrenjs68 @VodafoneUK Ive gotten this month free, out of them but obviously that doesnt cover streaming services that can't be used, online gaming that can't be used. The problem is the length of the issue is entirely their fault. They could've sent an engineer weeks ago.

@VodafoneUK Well, I never knew Apple phones were that good! A mast 340 miles away? I don’t think so. @Sure has a presence in the Isle of Man so something is confused!
