@VodafoneUK are absolute trash. I've been a customer for well over a decade, including broadband. Need a new phone, expected some sort of benefit as a long standing customer. Was told nah, sorry, not possible. Give zero ***** about their customers. always have, always will.

@VodafoneUK I have a complaint reference and it is already being looked into. It’s just that nothing seems to happen. Get promised the moon on a stick and then deadlines pass and then there’s always another excuse. Never experienced such terrible customer service in my lifetime (I’m 45!).

@VodafoneUK I logged a complaint for an absolutely appalling service setting up broadband. It seems your complaints resolution is equally abysmal. You are over 10 days responding when your auto response says within 10 days. How long am I supposed to wait?

@VodafoneUK @GoogleUK transaction. They told me to call Vodafone customer service. I call customer service, it tells me to go to vodafone dealers. Now they want 650 Turkish lira withdrawal fee from the contract. Vodafone is a company far from solving problems. Vodafone is trying to send customers ++

@VodafoneUK why selling 5G devices is no 5G area (TN24) all order networks in the same area have very good 5G network, and since years, Vodafone did nothing about. Was my choice wrong going with the Vodafone??
