@VodafoneUK i ordered broadband on 16th November. Its nearly 2 months later and countless phone calls where i have been hung up on twice, and still nothing. Absolutely terrible service. Hours spent chasing you and no progress made. The worst company I have ever dealt with!

@VodafoneUK I'm already on board, have been for 20yrs. It's a replacement SIM after I broke my phone and couldn't get the old one out. If I phone customer services will they be able to give me the Dpd tracking number?

@VodafoneUK another day with no signal at Praa Sands. The mast has been down since 17/12/2020. Keep being told no access can be gained but this has been denied by the landowners. Extremely bad service @VodafoneUK

Porting from VI not because of a cheaper option but bcos VI service levels are the pits. Despite informing about a glitch in their system, no response and instead disconnected all connections for two days. I am disgruntled. Let me go @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare
