    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK broadband currently down. Your WiFi service checker, also down. Live chat customer service, unavailable. What is going on? Have been a customer for over a decade and seriously considering another provider right now. Please help!

    @SueCasanove @VodafoneUK Disconnect all wires except power and restart router. The problem is with the Vodafone servers and your router thinks it’s connected correctly, so 4G will not kick in. If you just have the power connected the 4G will work
