2/3 whenever I called @VodafoneUK or login, the system linked to my @VOXI_UK ac/ and said there's error. I was talking to VDF online CS, then directed me to VOXI CS, now I'm re-directed to VDF AGAIN. Voxi CS told I can't have both VDF and VOXI. Does it mean I have to cancel one??

@VodafoneUK No point I’ve spoken to your tech support in Egypt and customer services and no-one could/would help. Openreach called to look at it and even said you shouldn’t have been sold the faster package as your line can’t sustain that. So was lied to to by @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK switched to their broadband, was promised 72mbps, only got 34mbps, they kept saying guarenteed was 64mbps, then it's changed to 44mbps, I still didn't get it but never got money off. Kept dropping no Internet for hours but they "ran tests" avoid moved to #nowtv broadband 5 star
