@VodafoneUK How much longer is this problem going to go on in the South West? mobile been useless for over week now? told would be rectified 18th? Mast rectified soon? hardly ANY signal? line keeps dropping, I am elderly widow & depend on my mobile may go back to BT at this rate

@VodafoneUK I switched my broadband and landline to you a couple of weeks back. So far so good, except I've just noticed Caller Display isn't working for the landline. The option is enabled in my account, and used to work fine with previous provider. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK She can't call you because she has no phone signal, I am with Vodafone too so I won't get signal when I am with her, she does not use social media or have wifi ☹ she is completely cut off at the moment

My Gran is very vulnerable and relies on her phone for an alarm to call emergency services in the event of a fall. Her signal has been cut off for 3 weeks now. She lives alone and is unable to contact any family members. @VodafoneUK have been insanely unhelpful so far
