    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @BBCWatchdog Yes! Have found another provider and will be ending my contract with @VodafoneUK early as soon as its installed. Their service..or lack of..is appalling. Left for days without Internet, no customer support. Dreading actually trying to cancel my contract.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been having issues for 2 days now. Yesterday numbers were calling through as unknown, when they weren’t. Today people can’t get through to me; goes to an engaged tone. What’s happening? My phone or a Vodafone issue?

    @VodafoneUK No lights have been changing colour from what I know of, the Wi-Fi on my phone seems to lag every now and then but it’s mainly my pc which constantly disconnects or has really bad drops, and one device is connected to Ethernet downstairs however it is not in use.

    @VodafoneUK @vodafone No one has come back to me. Have made a formal complaint through the online form but received no acknowledgement. My experience with Vodafone has not been good, so could someone please acknowledge my complaint so I know it has been received and not dropped straight in the trash?
