@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

Hi @VodafoneUK - spent 30 mins on phone Saturday upgrading my broadband, now getting calls and voicemails about a problem with it going through. You say all calls recorded so you have my authorization to proceed on tape, happy to not upgrade if it's such a hassle. 👍 #help

@VodafoneUK Have never once had an issue before. Agent was patronising and when passed through to a manager they were no help! Working in a call centre myself this is disgusting. I do not expect to be called “dear” or “my dearest”! At the end still not able to resolve my problem

@VodafoneUK I have been trying to get in touch with someone for 3 days with no luck! 22nd in a queue that never seems to go down for an online agent and on hold on the phone for 90 minutes with no luck! All I wanted to do was upgrade, you’re losing a customer.
