    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK after 5 live chats and 2 phone calls this week (4 hours this afternoon alone) I give up. I'm sick and tired of shoddy customer service. I've been cut off in mid chat, I've talked to people who come across as if it is me who's wasting their time!

    @VodafoneUK probably the worst internet I've had! 6 problems in 10 months constantly speed dropping getting high packet loss and stupidly high ping! Do there steps they tell me every time and always the same outcome and tell me to monitor it for 72 hours! Appalling

    @VodafoneUK I've been a loyal customer to Vodafone for year's. Today my service was cut of without any notice because I'm 1 months payment behind. Contacted customer services. Offered a payment plan. They still wouldn't put my service back on untill i pay in full. Outstanding balance £40.97
