    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve moved house, unpacked, put up a tree, took down a tree, changed job and fully redecorated a room all in the time it’s taken you to NOT SEND ME A BAG for your old phone after asking x5! I just waited 20 mins for someone to NOT DO IT as I was in the wrong dept.

    @VodafoneUK I've already had conversations with your support team who are confident a new sim will fix the issue, despite a signal meter showing the signal being received is -115dbm, and having now tried another handset the signal is still away with the fairies.

    @VodafoneUK I have been going in circles with your ridiculous customer service process, all I want to do is give you more money by upgrading. I ring 191 and it tells me to talk to Web chat. I talk to Web chat and it tells me to ring 191. What an absolute farce. Even My Vodafone doesn't work
