    @davidgerard @VodafoneUK I think it's something bigger, @Tele2Latvia have exactly the same issue. I wouldn't be surprised if SMS 2FA is borken and the person who knows how to fix it isn't working for apartheid kid no more.

    Hey @VodafoneUK my sim card has suddenly stopped working for no clear reason. Other sims work so it’s not my iPhone 13 Pro. I can’t log on to your site either because of needing telephone verification… hoping you’ll help because I’m about to stick an O2 sim in my phone…

    @VodafoneUK Samsung Z3 fold slight damage on the front screen don’t know how always have the cover on. Anyway sent to Samsung to have a look £165 independent shop £200 but Vodafone and I got quoted £39 in the shop come back to me saying £400 saying I need a new LCD screen.

    @OpenreachHelp And now @VodafoneUK have bungled it too. After spending hours on the phone with Vodafone raising the complaint on Tuesday, who promised a call back on Wednesday, i called today and there was no record of any conversation or complaint on Tuesday.

    @VodafoneUK Can we look at getting the network speed and coverage better in my household? I get 2 bars max on 5G and sometimes it can go to 2 bars 4G and even 3G at times. It’s ridiculous.
