@VodafoneUK Yes, but any other network would have fixed it by now. Plus one of your other representatives have denied any knowledge of this problem. And since you won’t waive the termination fee, I’m stuck on a network that’s not fit for purpose and has been like this for THREE DAYS 1/2

@VodafoneUK The trouble shooting steps need to be generic, 2 x Galaxy S9's 1 x iPhone 12 Pro. all using Twitter mobile app and pictures not loading into stream when using mobile data, all fine on Wi-Fi. In my opinion a Vodafone network data issue, so please don't waste my time, Thanks
