    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    given he closed his @VodafoneUK account in March, so ignored it. He received a letter 10 days after that saying that this amount had now been passed to a credit collection agency. I spoke with your customer services at the weekend (with him) and they confirmed an error 3/8

    @VodafoneUK If you take more money than you are supposed one month more, I'm going to @Ofcom. Truly incompetent, incapable of fixing things. For the 3rd month, another incorrect amount taken from my bank after saying you fixed it. A number for a manager in Customer Care please.

    @VodafoneUK upgraded to new phone. App and website for trade-ins not working on Friday to trade in my old phone. No available to do it over the weekend. Follow steps on old phone to secure trade-in app confirms done. Text message to say I still have steps to follow 1/2

    Just spent an hr of my life talking to @VodafoneUK so I can cancel my watch contract - wait, explain, do security checks, get put thru to cancellations, q of 30 people ahead of me, wait, get through, security checks (again) get told to call back 27/9 #Thanks

    Hey @VodafoneUK my FIL left you in March, and settled his account. He received a bill in April which I spoke with Customer Service about and they confirmed it was a mistake and he owed nothing. This month he received a further (larger) bill and assumed it was a scam 2/8
