    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @ThreeUK can you please explain why the signal for your network has got worse since you merged with @VodafoneUK ? It has got especially bad between Hungerford and Newbury.

    yes i do have a phone addiction my wifi is bad and my data isn’t working (@VodafoneUK what’s ur issue) it’s been ruining my mood for a week

    @VodafoneUK - two weeks ago the same problem as today. I cannot function without the connection you are supposed to provide and for which I have dutifully paid for 23 years. Your customer service is a DISGRACE.

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disgusted with your customer service . My 70 year old father rang up to renew his contract and because he only has one service with you he's not valuable enough ., despite being with you over 10 years and some weirdo to start asking him where el he shops
