@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK management should "test drive" consumer services. horrible app design. impossible to self service monthly calling plan. friendly call centre staff. OTT security for routine queries.

@VodafoneUK Hi Keely. I’ve tried many many times to get help. Always told to do ‘some checks’ on my router. Which never turn up any issues. Followed by ‘give it a few hours to see if it goes back to normal’. Absolutely pathetic. But it won’t be an issue soon as my contract ends soon!

@VodafoneUK It would be nice if I could get a PAC code on-line. The chatbot is not working and I have 2 lines so SMS does not work. I can upgrade online, but not leave! The system only warns me that an early termination fee applies, there's no "I know, just do it!" Option"
