@VodafoneUK our broadband is down and your customer services has given us two different answers. Is it down in the Horwich/Bolton area and how long for a fix or is it our router? Also, can we get some free data to tether our mobiles so we can actually work please...

@annkempster My personal favourite: a thing from @VodafoneUK that gave us what felt like mobile-over-internet for a property with no mobile signal. Only useful for people with no mobile signal. Needed a mobile signal to set it up. Sigh.

@VodafoneUK Hey vodafone. I signed up to fibre2 and recieved contract, router and switchover today. But it doesn't work, rang to find order cancelled, and need to pay 50% more to get connected?!?! No customer service, no broadband and can't work! Terrible

@VodafoneUK I'm being emailed re renewing broadband though my 24M contract started June 21, any idea why? Once again can't log in, as always login isn't recognising my email address. Thanks
