    @VodafoneUK Hi, thanks so much for the response. I’m aware of cases in my capacity as a Councillor of families moving from host families to private rental accommodation & finding it difficult to navigate the system of getting a contract. No UK bank accounts etc. Could the industry help?

    @VodafoneUK The issue persists via the App, or browser. Unable to log in, or set up again (re-register). Keeps presenting error codes.
