@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK you need to readdress your policy's and put a case manager on all cases that have been live for more than 5 days. absolutely appaling that we are expected to sit on the phone for hours on end for a problem to be passed from pillar to post and never actually fixed

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK calls are cutting in and out, data is slow. the process has only sped up because I emailed the CEO last week, now they're all scrambling to get it fixed asap. if i'd not sent that email though, nothing would be being done.
