    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK So "shortly" ended up being 3 hours 24mins. And despite me replying to with the requested details in just 3 minutes, it has now been over half an hour with no reply. I am hanging on the phone instead - though it is likely to be just as slow.

    @VodafoneUK Eventually someone called Tim did thing, got in touch and found that someone higher up the pay scale was meant to be fixing it. They're not, they're meant to fix it, so kudos to Tim for checking everything first, but nothing has been fixed, and it's clear that it won't be here.

    @VodafoneUK Appalling service. 3 weeks in new home, still no broadband! Missed engineer visits, unreturned calls, no one taking responsibility for our lack of service or even our complaint. I have been a customer for over a decade, won't be much longer! #Vodafone #complaint

    @VodafoneUK spent an hour trying to get through and then put through to a call centre in India who can’t help. VF increased my bill with no explanation. I am the bill payer but because the phones are for my daughter and husband they won’t help me even though I pay the bills.

    @VodafoneUK You are a company who supports FRAUD after twice contacting you about the same incident, you have ignored everything, if you want free phones take out a contract with Vodafone and just use a random address they obviously don't check anything.
