@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@alsuser @Tacos2sc @VodafoneUK For a website like down detector to have over 200 reports in the last 2 hours - you can expect the number of people suffering an outage to be 1,000s of times more than that. How many know the website, how many would report, I haven't reported the problem, so to get 200 is a LOT.

@VodafoneUK Why have you fixed the outage that you are studiously avoiding admitting that you are currently experiencing? Despite me asking you twice, straight out, whether you are suffering an outage. I note you haven't denied it.

@VodafoneUK I am surprised you are asking me like it is a personal issue, when all of the sites regarding whether a service is suffering an outage indicates that Vodafone is suffering an outage, based on user reports, and has been since 8pm. Your internet is down and it has been for 2-hours

@alsuser @Tacos2sc @VodafoneUK Which is why it is a little galling to be asked - oh what service is it that you are having a problem with? I don't know Vodafone, maybe that outage that's causing thousands of your customers to be without internet - could it be that do you think?

@VodafoneUK @Vodafone. You said to wait until 19.30 and you would set alarm to update me with a call back. One number plan STILL not working, no update from @Vodafone no call back. Is there anybody who can fix this issue ??
