@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Able to switch to a plan in my online account, realised I clicked on the wrong one so phoned to switch to the correct one and I’m now being told it was a mistake and I was not eligible.

Order delayed and customer service promised delivery in 48 hours everyday since Tuesday @VodafoneUK but still not even a dispatched notification. Was told I can’t cancel either until I receive it. Shambles.

@VodafoneUK Utterly farcical customer service. Now been 3 weeks trying to receive an upgrade. Firstly, you ask me for a proof of address….to an address where we’ve already received a previous upgrade! But no matter, did that.

@VodafoneUK have messed up my broadband switch, left with no WiFi & no date for getting it. Told to DM them here, they replied instantly with a greeting then have totally ignored my actual question and aren't responding. Called customer services and was passed to a silent line.

@VodafoneUK Now after being on the phone for almost 1 hour & 15 mins, I explain the situation AGAIN. I’m told to wait 3 mins. Another 3 mins! Then I’m put on hold & ….get cut off! No surprise, no-one bothers to call me back. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.
