    Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in the industry - had been lied to numerous times, people are not trained to do their job properly. Spent too much time now, so running away as quickly as possible. NOT coming back for sure. #Vodafone #VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK In aggregate I estimate that I’ve spent close to six hours on this issue, add to this the 30 min (and counting) I’ve been waiting to speak to someone on 191. When I finally reach a person I actually think I will be asking to cancel my contract, it’s just too much
