    .@VodafoneUK can you answer when I call 191 to cancel my contract with you?! I have been trying many times and your voicemail always says the same: "we are busy blabla..." I want to cancel and I will not accept to be charged longer because you do not do your job #fail #scam

    @VodafoneUK Ive tried calling on 191 and after holding for 15mins gave up, I tried the live chat but nothing happened and I can't access the App because for some reason you only have me down as internet and land-line. And yes my internet is not working properly 😒

    @VodafoneUK come on Vodafone can't get through to customer services. Why have you charged me for a phone i have not received yet? Plus charged me for my current phone.

    @VodafoneUK We haven't got great internet bandwidth so the quality of calls is no where as good as with the suresignal. Plus the fact that wi-fi calling just dropped out completely sometimes. Definitely an inferior solution I'm afraid.
