  @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

  @VodafoneUK been without service since Monday. I cannot make phonecalls or be contacted. This is a huge concern as I have had to inform my daughter’s school if I am needed to call my husband. You expect me to pay my bill but I am not getting a service at all ???

  @TheWildLemons @VodafoneUK I couldn’t even do that, because my phone signal’s so bad here at home - I rely on wifi calling for making calls (quite intermittent), and I couldn’t get online on my phone to check status, or even X. It’s very inconvenient, isn’t it? 🙄 I hope yours is ok now! 🤞

  Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

  @VodafoneUK A truly awful service. How dare I move house? Disconnecting your service has been the most stressful part of this process and they’re still chasing me for money that I don’t owe. Call back requests ignored. Hurried off the phone quite rudely. Promises made and unkept.

  Anyone else had a complication with their @VodafoneUK mobile & been advised by Vodafone to swap to @LycaMobile for 24 hours? 5 Months later my son is still trying to swap back, the whole procedure has been absolute chaos & taken up days of time. Never go near Lyca!

  @VodafoneUK can you fix the outage please. Our net went off around 8pm last night. £78pm for nothing but issues 😡
