    @Dalkeydan @BridMcGrath I’ve made a rod for my own back with the SIM card as I wanted her to have a particularly good offering from @VodafoneUK with 6m free usage inc for calls to 🇺🇦 I had to try numerous charities to track one down. Most people have just gone for the 1 month ones to get them going

    Shocking customer support from @VodafoneUK Received 5G SIM can’t set up. Looks like new number on my account that’s not me. Customer services: “Sorry can’t answer call” 😮Chat bot sends instructions to swap sim (that’s what’s not working). Unbelievable!

    @VodafoneUK my dad is trying to cancel a contract on a phone, he’s been in store (to change codes) and on the phone numerous times today with them saying the codes don’t match.. can anyone help?

    @VodafoneUK Have you made any changes to your data network in Leeds? Had no issues until the beginning of this week, now I can't use Spotify with 5G signal and even loading images is slow
