    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

    @Ofcom how do I go about making a complaint about @VodafoneUK been charging me 6 months for a service they never activated now after 4 attempts and 4 hours later won’t do an e sim swap on a contract but still want to charge me for a service i can’t get

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We had so many problems with EE when my dad died in October 2025. Apparently death does not terminate his contract with them, we are having to carry on paying for his sports package until the end of the 2 year contract, as I own the house. Outrageous!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had so much trouble with virgin when my mother died. I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! I’d even emailed.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK To have to go over death details to every supplier is awful. Did u not use the green form TICK ONCE when registered his death ! I am so sorry for your loss x
