    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Covid has shown us what 'Customer Service' or lack of it, is provided by the big companies and the excuses they've made. If a small imdependent company can answer the phone and deal with you in a friendly and efficient manner why can't they - answer coz they don't give a toss!!

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK I quited Vodafone years ago after having to deal with their terrible customer service and when it came to renewal I gave them one chance to give me the phone that I wanted that another network was doing at the price I wanted. Long story cut short, I'm now with the other network.

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Ha,ha @JuliaHB1- I feel your pain and fully sympathise!.My bugbear is having a boiler service/inspection booked between 9.am-5pm,take the day off work and they get to you at 4.45pm!

    @AlistairHaimes @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK You see, everyone is assuming this will be just a drink, but I think with The Meg's help it could be transformed into a recipe for a reviving high-colonic irrigator. She could market it by having one on live TV, right after her vaxx. Genius, right? They should so pay me for this.
