@VodafoneUK I tried DMs but got conflicting info. First they said 4G will be available when 3G is switched off and then "we do not have any updates on when we will get network in this area." We currently have no service at all here & 2G is only intermittent even when we do. Please help!

@antronicsltd @techUK @VodafoneUK Switching off the Analog PSTN means careline sevices no longer work during a power fail. That's a downgrade in my book. So Mum, don't fall over during a power cut (actually the most likely time for an elderly person to fall over is during a power cut, as the lights go out!) 🙄

@VodafoneUK how dobi escalate something? I have 5 chat transcripts relating violence my issue. I have also spent hours on the phone with advisors who can't help.
