    Over 2 hours on @VodafoneUK 's terrible, buggy chat app to upgrade from a SIM-only to a monthly contract. 70% increase in airtime fees since the last upgrade "which was a special offer". Not feeling the customer service love right now...

    @VodafoneUK I can’t log into my account to pay my bill, it’s saying it’s locked due to incorrect password entry, how can my Thumb Print be incorrect? Trouble is, the Email I used when I set it up is no longer accessible either as it was in 2018 so I can’t change my password.

    @VodafoneUK is your policy to reduce a widow to tears for trying to sort a problem for over an hour and it’s still not resolved…They have taken £100 out of my bank.and I’ve still got to wait..I’ve never been so disappointed disgusted and ashamed to be a long standing customer.
