    Hello @VodafoneUK, I’ve played your ‘rewards’ via the app since they started and I am yet to win a single thing, at all, in that whole time. Do people actually win any of the prizes you claim that you can win? Everyone I know on Vodaphone says the same, never won anything.

    Would not recommend anyone move to @VodafoneUK 4g coverage in Norwich is so poor . Has been for years never changes

    @VodafoneUK why have I paid 9.99 delivery between 8am and 10 am when it goes not leave the depot u.tull 9.30 and I live over a hour away from depot . I want my money back and to cancel my new phone order

    @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
