Just been ripped off £29 just to call @zaynmalik and listen to 5 seconds of a sneak peak of his song. Never mind paying another £10 for the CD Barely afford my phone bill as it is and there was no warning in his tweet or before calling to say how much I'd be charged @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK The vodafone app has been down for 3 days now with technical difficulties. You have no problem taking money and shafting those who have been with you for years but you do have troubles when it comes to being honourable. Someone needs to take you down a notch or two

@VodafoneUK very disappointed in vodaphone. Cancelling my phone as I’m not happy and trying to get the money back couldn’t happen due to it being down. At least it gave me a reminder as to why I don’t want to be with you anymore

@realshannono @VodafoneUK Total robbery! Same issues here! Network is unreliable in London since Dec!They confirmed that they’re having tech issues. I spent £150+ on Pay as you go to ring them and to use internet when Vodafone’s network is down!Yet they won’t let me leave unless I pay over £400+ in fees!

@VodafoneUK I've had a few problems with the speed of my broadband which I still think my bill is correct but apart from that I'm very happy with Vodafone.
