@VodafoneUK Can you tell me how to raise a complaint, if it can only be done for an 'identified' customer ... But the complaint is GDPR related about the flawed data being used for ID in the first place ?

@VodafoneUK I have tries. I have had two online chats and apparently it's fine to switch to a new supplier and be without broadband for 24 hours? Not when you work from home its not fine. Disgusting service, I will be switching back ASAP.

Honestly people, avoid @VodafoneUK . Worst service ever. Staff actually good but hold times endless. Day after day. Can’t stop crying today. It’s breaking me. Don’t be me! Don’t do Vodafone!
