@VodafoneUK I’ve ordered an iPhone 12 pro, I’ve been waiting 10+ days and they’ve updated this saying I’ll find out in another 10 days. All I wanted to know from the store (Workington) was if I could cancel my order and come back next week to the store and get one on the day from there?

@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service from Vodafone, due a refund from month ago and being promised (lied to) it will be in with 24 hours numerous times now being ignored on Twitter and Facebook with them asking me to confirm details then never replying!

We've been trying to upgrade our phone contracts with @VodafoneUK for over a month now. Truly appalling website and customer service. Beggars belief how such a big company can be so poor. Will they help us today???? I'll keep you posted.

@VodafoneUK so i find it quite annoying as i was in LIVE chat yesterday on your website for a total of around 4 hours having to jump through hoops like a circus monkey, and yet again on the phone today to do the same and still no solution so whats next on the script? cause right now im mad!

@VodafoneUK I tried to buy online tonight and twice I could not get past the processing your order. Do not leave this page. It timed out back to previous page. Online chat and phone staff extremely unhelpful. I need to purchase before the 30th due to the offer. Help.

@VodafoneUK How about providing a handset that has the capability of the tariff you upgraded me too. After over a month of failed correspondence and loss of connectivity I will NEVER use Vodafone again after nearly 15 years with you !!!
