    @VodafoneUK Been a vodafone customer now for 4-5 months and couldn’t be happier with the broadband provided. The customer service teams have been very helpful and i don’t see why they get so much hate.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Adam, the most recent update is less than satisfactory to say the least. After 3 weeks of calling you everyday to he told I have to be more patient is disgraceful! A second phone lost in transit and a very rude customer service advisor is not doing a great deal for Vodafone!

    It's bad enough that @VodafoneUK won't let me change the name on my account from my full legal name that feels like a needle in my chest every time I see it, but continuing to use it in marketing texts even after I've opted out is bordering on abusive.
