    The ability to get hep from @VodafoneUK is extremely limited. I have been trying for about 2 months to find a way to get help with a slightly complex thing, and I cannot, for love nor money, get ANY help

    @VodafoneUK How long are we to face service issues in Kibworth, Leics (LE8)? Disruption for best part of a week and TOBi is less useful than the very patronising Microsoft paperclip from the 90s.

    Once again rendered apoplectic after yet more prevarication and dodging from @vodafoneuk who are still not returning money taken from me for a number I have never asked for, received a SIM card for or used. But apparently that's my fault? Other mobile providers are available
