  @VodafoneUK customer service is a piss take, my contract has ended and I’ve now received a text to say I have a bill to pay when I have already paid my list bill, but it’s also now not showing me my bills as I’m no longer a customer and I also can’t use the chat bot

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!
