    Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!

    Can @VodafoneUK have better customer service- it takes ages to speak to a human. Tobi is good for simple tasks but doesn’t redirect to a live agent easily.
