John Spear (@js66) reported@VodafoneUK your my Vodafone website is currently not working, saying it’s very busy at the moment, and the My Vodafone iPhone app says we’ll be back soon. Bizarre and conflicting messages when i try to access my broadband account!
-
Martin Thorpe (@met24fly) reportedSo not only do @VodafoneUK now support eSIMs (which is mentioned on the Apple carrier page) they also now do Visual Voicemail (which isn’t mentioned) and they have finally got SMS-over-WiFi-Calling working. Here endeth the geeky telecoms tweet.

AnyKey Fitness (@AnyKeyFitness) reported@BeefyRoberts @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I believe they do it on purpose. I had unlock issues 5 years ago and literally nothing has changed. Its, in my opinion, an internal policy to cause hurdles so that customers just "give up" and stay with them. Weird logic, but seems that way. But def done on purpose.

rALPHA (@UKDeadUnion) reported@VodafoneUK Well @VodafoneUK I was contacted by one of your Facebook advisors at 00:27am to tell me since I had declined £20 for their month long contact with many phone calls to be told I had to escalate my issue I thought that’s what I did.. what business contacts someone at that time ?
-
TVL (@tvllvt05) reported@VodafoneUK since switching to you I only have 1 bar of signal - is this normal? It is affecting me making calls..
-
Callum (@CCallum22) reported@ThreeUKSupport That's the thing though, there's nothing even close. I've always loved Three, but if this is what a 'loyal' customer gets, I'm going to end up moving to somewhere like @VOXI_UK or @VodafoneUK if you aren't willing to help me out. I only have 30 days before you do what you want.
-
SBGBiker (@SBGBiker) reported@VodafoneUK forth call to try and cancel a service -its almost like your being deliberately obstructive? @Ofcom
-
AnyKey Fitness (@AnyKeyFitness) reported@chelt_onian @Ofcom @VodafoneUK That email was my only lifeline. I cant remember how I got it. But then told wrong IMEI, had various codes, told I must be doing something wrong. Eventually got sorted. Just in a similar position with a friend who faces same EXACT issues 5 years later. So thought why not help
-
AnyKey Fitness (@AnyKeyFitness) reported@chelt_onian @Ofcom @VodafoneUK Vodafone keep that email address a "secret". Because they can use their support desk to bounce people around and plead ignorance. But they know legally once you email them on their "special line" they can plead ignorance any longer.

Rob Douglas-Reeves (@RobReevo) reported@VodafoneUK what’s your phone number for customer complaints
