    @VodafoneUK Yes, I am currently 31 minutes into an online chat and we have only just managed to get through security. Really terrible service that I don’t have time for given I’m between shifts and homeschooling three young children

    I’ve had nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK 😡 fail to even do something as simple as unlock my phone. Been told it will “possibly” be sorted within a weeks time. No rush *** 🙄

    @VodafoneUK is literally the worst phone company I’ve been with. Can’t get thru to them but they put you through to that ******** tobi the virtual assistant who does **** all but create more problems.

    What’s the point of recording phone calls if you can’t use them when the customer is tryna fight for there case? Whenever there’s an issue / they’re at fault @VodafoneUK never seem to be able to find the convos. Had enough of it tbh.

    @VodafoneUK Jamie. Can’t get through on web chat. Can’t get through on 191. I’d say I’ve been very patient since Xmas day. Shall I just complain to OFCOM. I should be able to login to my account and get this and guess what - that ain’t working either. Service is awful.
