    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Just pay what you calculate to his date of passing and let them sue his estate for the service provided while he was dead. See how far they get with that

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I used the Lifeledger website to do this and it was so simple to do. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

    @VodafoneUK Omg Vodafone 🇬🇧 you’re so awful at providing a service. Definitely avoid these jokers if you’re in the UK 🇬🇧 for your broadband. Bad bad bad 👎👎👎

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the same with Vodafone. Customer service was awful, I had them literally laughing and hanging up on me. Nearly caused us to lose a house move. I’ve sworn to never go back to them unfortunately!
