Marie Jarvie πͺπΊ #MDANT (@mariejarvie) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.

Release the files (@Ftheorangetwat) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Iβve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

Alex Langheld (@AlexLanghe12493) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Do you owe 890 and dispute it due to poor service? 890 must be a years worth of supply

Xtine π (@xtinexoop) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (Β£400), standing charges for utilities and Β£270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so Β£700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Ian P Images (@IanP_Images) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I used the Lifeledger website to do this and it was so simple to do. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

Just A Mom (@shawnmikey716) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the worst time with them, my dad wanted to take over my mom's account, after her death, as his first cell phone. They made it impossible. He finally gave up and got a new number π

Dorastar1 (@Dorastar1) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It seems there is always that one company who is awful at this, we had no trouble with most but f-i-l's insurance company told me they'd all had bereavement training, I told them that it really needed more than just "talk in a soft voice" and actual useful policies.

CJ ππ (@____CJ______) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!
