All he wants to do is cancel a contract because the service doesn't work and Vodafone either says "do more tests" or "You're in a contract" - it's obstructive. I get this isn't your fault. We'll be launching a complaint with the Regulator instead of engaging.

We haven’t changed anything - do you know why this may be? It’s difficult to WFH as calls were disconnecting today
