    @VodafoneUK I am shocked and surprised that you are unable to connect me to the team that is supposed to support customers experiencing difficulties with Home Broadband. I have now been without service for 24 hours. Maybe you shouldn't be in the business of communication?!

    @VodafoneUK Tried to top up daughters phone as she is out and the website won't let me and so called customer services can't find or are unwilling to help.

    @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.
