@VodafoneUK 35 minutes on hold after 45 minutes on hold four days ago, only to not solve the problem at all is not good enough!!! Not sure what is up but this type of service is not near good enough!!! We have six contacts through Vodafone and will definitely be moving on 😡

Has anyone else had problems dealing with @VodafoneUK ? I ordered a phone in October last year and returned it within the 14 days using their own returns label. Vodafone received the phone (and signed for), but are STILL charging me for it! Vodafone are USELESS!

Our @VodafoneUK connection /Internet is so bad we used all the data on the dongle again, in a month, seriously, even with a booster, nothing consistent outside the room where the Internet comes in. That's not right surely

@VodafoneUK Today's chat agent went through exactly the same process as yesterday's, including "refreshing my services", which can take up to 48 hours and, unless the issue with the mast is fixed, will make no diffference.

@VodafoneUK Why are you offering a second rate service. How can it take 10 working days to change personal to business account when no credit check is needed? You need to raise your bar!

It's now been 24hrs since @VodafoneUK's 3G/4G voice call service has been offline in GL52. There's still no resolution in the pipeline.

@VodafoneUK Mate, I've given you 2 place names, they are even close together. Look at those areas, if there is even 3G signal near, it shall cover both. Stop trying to take chat to DMs. You claim cover % in UK, but in this area we see 2G, only, as your website confirms.
