    @VodafoneUK I don’t want to deal with a bot. Two weeks of explaining the same crap to customer service agents who promise to call back and then never do is wearing a tad thin. This needs escalating to someone who WILL keep their promise to resolve the issue

    @VodafoneUK need help.. my UK PAYG no. was disconnected on 2/9/21 (117days ago) without any warning notification txt. I'm stuck in Aus, been here since COVID started 2 years ago. Use my PAYG for banks and NHS and want it when I finally can get back to UK, can you reconnect me plz

    @VodafoneUK where is our network coverage? Your tech support said Friday 8pm latest after 4 day outage with no prior notice? Lone healthcare workers in rural areas? Please let me know what’s going on?

    @Danacea @YourSSE @VodafoneUK VirginMedia are the same. They also refuse to carry out speed testing if you do not have their modem in router mode. They also insist that if your external internet is down, then it’s entirely reasonable for your internal WiFi to be borked too.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK well it is the experience. 4 hours on phone over the last two days @£0.09 per minute is over £20 cost to me. Call centre conduct, language, response all wholly inadequate. Compensation offered but doesn’t actually resolve the problem does it?

    @VodafoneUK I don’t know what this means. I reported, you sent new sim, new sim doesn’t work for reasons @VodafoneUK doesn’t seem able to explain. I fly tomorrow on business. I’m out of time. I haven’t been able to rely on your service.

    @VodafoneUK Can someone please explain to me how a victim of fraud due to poor controls at Vodafone actually gets to speak to someone in the Vodafone fraud department? Your website clearly states that I should be contacted within 7 days of reporting, I haven’t!

    @VodafoneUK disappointing roaming service, or lack of, with roaming in Turkey. Using iPhone SE, latest ios, turned roaming & data options on and off, switched done in and off. Absolutely no Internet. I get full network coverage with Vodafone TR and even the 4G symbol but no net.
