  I worked with Adrian’s Son for a few years while at Vodafone and he was such a positive fun guy. We all loved @VodafoneUK we were a family. Then this awful franchise scheme came in. Dropped all the teams that had worked for them for years. I still don’t know how this is legal?

  @VodafoneUK The worst broadband we've ever used. Nowhere near the guaranteed minimum speed either absolutely awful.

  @VodafoneUK Tried to top up daughters phone as she is out and the website won't let me and so called customer services can't find or are unwilling to help.

  Been with @VodafoneUK for 10+ years. Just called up to see if they can offer me a better deal before I switch to a cheaper provider. Chap on the phone essentially shrugged his shoulders and told me "cheerio". Very strange approach to customer retention.

  @bt_uk I am so disappointed that I got rid of @VodafoneUK because their service was awful only to find yours is even worse!

  @VodafoneUK price quoted to cancel Vodafone BB £171.58. Have since paid another £39.50 while awaiting transfer to EE. Now Vodafone issues a final bill of £218.65! Clearly, this is incorrect, but I can’t access chat to discuss it
