    @VodafoneUK I’ve been paying for a contract with 5G for the last 18 months and not once have I had 5G despite it being “very good signal” in my area. Care to explain why? I was told on my plan you’d “never slow me down”. I’d hate it to be any slower!

    .@VodafoneUK why have I been charged £300 in the space of a month? I have never paid so much and especially in a pandemic, this is so upsetting. I've spoken to about 15 customer service representatives who have been no help whatsoever. I need this resolved! #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK are the worst effing network for customer service!!! Two weeks I’ve been trying to sort my issue but I’ve yet to get a resolution. Promised call backs that don’t happen. I’m sorry but working from home does not absolve you of your customer care duty 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service, originally offered £150 compensation, to now only being offered £100. Adam Russell I’m customer relations has not fully understood the complaint and has skirted over the issues. Avoid Vodafone.
