    @VodafoneUK I personally know at least one person who's aggressively uninterested in the Internet, smartphones, or digital anything. He will *never* use email. He won't even use SMS, and complains constantly that Nokia dumbphone his daughter's got him doesn't work / he doesn't understand it.

    @VodafoneUK So I've been lied to again? This is unacceptable I was told between 2 and 10 days! I've checked them everyday! This is the worst customer service I've ever received, I have my dad without a phone he cares for my disabled mum! This is ridiculous!

    @VodafoneUK Over an hour on the phone, lots of false promises of call backs and maybe they'll call next week to update. @CityFibre, if this is down to you at least let Vodafone know.
