  @VodafoneUK I need to pay my bill but I am abroad and can’t access my uk number to receive an OTP to log in . I only have a data plan so can’t call. Tried ToBi - useless! Slow and inaccurate. Please advise on way forward

  @VodafoneUK don’t use Vodafone broadband the call centre is beyond hopeless, rude, time wasting, they refuse your request and send you on a run around never ever again will I use Vodafone broadband

  @VodafoneUK waste of time speaking to complaint manager, couldn't even make sense , telling me "cant do anything for me" NO ITS THAT YOU REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING absolutely evil company . CUSTOME LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE

  Dearie me @VodafoneUK: here's at least one customer checking when her contract's up as I try very hard to not buy good or services from businesses that demean women at the expense of men. Not to mention ones who believed every wrong thing Stonewall told them and have, apparently, completely missed the SC judgment in FWS. Catherine Wright is a she/her btw 🙄

  @VodafoneUK Tried to top up daughters phone as she is out and the website won't let me and so called customer services can't find or are unwilling to help.

  @VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a £555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.

  @VodafoneUK ive tried and tried to contact your customer service but I get a computer. I am beyond furious with your company. Do you not understand what cancelling my contract getting another number means
