    @VodafoneUK Whenever you send me a text follow up survey after a phone call, my responses to 40250 fail. I’m not on Vodafone but have a business account with you. The system should be able to accommodate that surely?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried to dm you I just get sent to a general support hub. This is ridiculous!! I just need my broadband fixed!! How on earth do I speak to a person to resolve this? I’m getting nowhere with your second line technical support team either!! My fault No is 923322.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks - my broadband is now set up but my home phone still isn’t working. I’ve raised this again via chat yesterday. Can I DM you to raise it as a complaint as it’s now 72 without a working home phone line since I transferred to Vodafone and I rely heavily on the home phone?

    @VodafoneUK I guess there's not much you can do about waiting times or broadband being down. Could you pass feedback about the chat app? Using it on a phone it's impossible to see what you're typing, it's hidden behind the keyboard

    @VodafoneUK once again another **** up! I am so annoyed and disappointed in the service you continue to deliver. I did an annual upgrade promise on the 07th Dec but I’ve received no info on returning old phone. No one can help and I’m left with a huge bill!

    @VodafoneUK I switched to you from @EE about a month ago and lads your data signal is piss poor. I pay for 5G and never get it. I’m barely on 4G usually. Outrageous service. Switching back to EE ASAP. Regret switching.💩

    @MoneySavingExp 72mb about £15 a month after benefits taken into account. @VodafoneUK. Seems consistent speed and their Asian support line is friendly but absolutely useless.

    @VodafoneUK my account that was supposed to be deactivated on Thursday as I moved home still appears to be active. I received confirmation from two advisors informing me it'll be resolved. I first got in touch with you in December. Appalling service.
