    @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    So got the emergency alert on my @SMARTYMobileUK sim but not my @VodafoneUK sim. Shouldn't they be on the same network now???
