@O2 my 4g has got steadily worse for the last 3 years. My call signal is non-existent. I don't have the 4g capability to connect a video doorbell. Having to use a PAYG @VodafoneUK similar card to install it. It's pathetic

@adamcauldwell @VodafoneUK I'm afraid for 4G/5G Vodafone are terrible, bottom of the pile. What makes it worse though is they actually don't care and they are making no effort to rectify the situation. They just take the customer's hard earned money and then laugh in their faces. They are scum.

@VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph Your WiFi guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. 20 plus hours on the phone to your WiFi experts, and every time the same script. Please can I cancel my contract WITHOUT a fee as stipulated as WiFi is unreliable.

you know what **** @VodafoneUK They have had enough chances to get ipv6 to work. Im going to launch a direct competitor to them on the @CityFibre network, the same network they use. enough is enough.

@VodafoneUK Hi Millie, after two hours sitting in your store this morning and various calls over the last six months, I have finally managed to cancel. All down to Fernando the store manager otherwise I would have failed. Poor training of your staff is the key reason.

@VodafoneUK I can’t cancel my account @AhmedShelbaya I’ve been in store with Fernando, wonderful store manager and even he can’t cancel it. I have been paying for months and not used! How can this be possible. Fernando has been transferred five times by customer service.
