2. @VodafoneUK Your team have the guts to ask me to take take out a broadband contract so i can use wifi calling to prop up your network. An unnecessary expense. Please fix up provide the service or terminate the contract.

@worcestercourt @VodafoneUK Mine isn’t working either. Hasn’t been for 3 days! Trouble shooting does nothing they need to get the network fixed! This happened a couple months ago too!

1. @VodafoneUK Your customer service is poor. There is no network coverage in WR14 area like ZERO coverage for mobile. You expect me to keep paying for a service i am not getting?

Don’t get @VodafoneUK. Went in store to order phone, find they had ordered the wrong one, asked to cancel, still waiting and can’t order the one I want until it’s completed. I wanted it specifically for camera use for once a life event…. Been told I can’t order until too late!

@VodafoneUK I want to speak to someone asap. I was speaking to an advisor on chat and told them I was lied to as you have put charges on my bill that you said you would remove – and the person said they would help and then LEFT THE CHAT. What kind of customer service is this?!
