    @VodafoneUK Keep your rewards. How about sorting out people's problems instead? Preferably without having to talk to yet another random, clueless character with a baby crying in the background. 2 months and counting to exchange a faulty tracker. Avoid Vodafone if you value your sanity.

    @VodafoneUK So I tried using the online chat to see if I can either change network or get a better monthly deal. The automated response was that the team that deal with that are closed but open Mon Fri 8am-7pm... I'm pretty sure today is Friday

    @VodafoneUK far from good customer service. to get me help quicker, you try to send me a link via SMS to to a sim card that is in a router, and has failed so won't receive texts. Not sure how that is quicker than simply putting me through to real person on the phone.

    Wouldn’t it be nice to have a week without having to contact either @virginmedia or @VodafoneUK or to report either of them to @ofcom, because they actually did their jobs and provided decent customer service 😩
