    @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

    @VodafoneUK I need someone from your customer services team to call me NOW. I will DM a number once you acknowledge but I've just been cut off by your chat support: "Sorry, we are no longer here. For other contact options, please visit our Contact Us page." I am FURIOUS.

    @VodafoneUK Why has the Customer Support deteriorated so badly? Two 1h long chats with incompetent agents, finally being allowed to escalate it to a manager, to be followed by a second line agent who's "fix" was to buy an extender to resolve an issue cause by them

    @VodafoneUK wow how poor is vodafone been with them since 2007 and in the process of an up grade and they won't do any loyalty or discounts, will be cancelling and going somewhere else

    @_lukeadcock @VodafoneUK file a complaint. Full review on all communication will be taken. Ensure you mention everything gone wrong they need to investigate. They will owe you what they promise, refund any money you lost, and offer compensation

    @VodafoneUK shocking service, no personalisation on the agent chat and only found out "late on" today that an engineer isn't available. Did you not known that BT are strike?! Will review 7/9?? Never heard so much rubbish in my life.

    @VodafoneUK 2 weeks on and still no phone signal, still no working @Apple watch and still no resolution to my complaint despite talking to numerous reps, web chat and retail shops. Seems like they only want to talk when they can sell something to you. Do not buy #voadafone

    @VodafoneUK massive letdown over the past month ive had problems with poor internet connection due to 4g. Cant even watch utube without having to reset mobile internet. But they keep flooding me about upgrading to galaxy flip.. my contact sim runs out feb next year

    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.
