    @VodafoneUK I have been billed for a gigacube account I closed down and paid in full in March and have not used since! Now got a debt recovery letter saying I owe £12.31 (Don’t know what for)and when I phone, can’t speak to a person. Can’t log in to pay on line as acct is closed!

    @VodafoneUK It still says the network is working normally but I am now hearing from neighbours who also have no coverage - there is clearly a network problem

    @VodafoneUK my internet is extremely slow and doesn’t even work on some apps it was fine on a few weeks ago. I haven’t moved areas or changed the settings. Tried to use Tobi chat which doesn’t work either!

    Thank you @lebara for introducing additional features from the only decent mobile network in U.K. WiFi calling and volte @VodafoneUK what with international minutes in your packages as well more than makes up for lack of unnecessary WiFi on tube 👏👍

    @VodafoneUK FYI. Vodafone 5G is no it free to any customer. 5G is £60/month and 4G is £33 per month. Why are giving out false information? Have you had any training?

    @VodafoneUK Gonna carry this on in the morning as now I have lost the included option on my entertainment list to select one of the items to be included in my package. Support have now lost me a paid for feature. What a farse. I can't choose Spotify as I have a separate paid account already
