    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK why do I keep getting cold calls from your call centre, then when I tell them I have a business provided Vodafone mobile not a personal paid for mobile your staff hang up the call......its rude and unprofessional.

    @VodafoneUK you are tying to tell my Dad 26Mbps is a normal upload speed on your 900Mbps service. He is getting full download speed but the upload ratio is off and your support team member was not trained correctly. This speed is way off!

    @VodafoneUK cant order broadband online PR7 7JY number 57 can you fix? "Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered." I suspect this is what your checker is flagging on. However, this caveat only applies to installations requiring a new ONT -ONT is already present

    @VodafoneUK I need some help with a number that should have ported to another provider in October 2025 but doesn’t to have completed. It is my mother in laws number and has only just realised. Can you help please
