    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same thing happened to me. Twice. Using their online complaint form triggered a very fast response after multiple phone calls achieved nothing.

    @AyyanMalikyf7o @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Mercury did it to me, let someone take an account in my name. I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

    @Alexarmstrong @gala_borders I’m due to renew, shall be taking my business elsewhere. Giving SIM cards away to illegal migrants is only part of decision, @VodafoneUK, the connectivity is really poor in my rural area.

    We're out of contract (broadband) with @BT. They quoted £167+VAT for two lines into our church site. @VodafoneUK less than half that so we went with them (and v pleased with the service). However, can't fault BT for being VERY (too) persistent in trying to win us back.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.

    @VodafoneUK URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED For the last 3 days I've had no network connection (SS17 7PL). I'm having to make all calls and texts using WhatsApp. Please advise when this issue is going to be resolved.

    Cancel your @VodafoneUK contract at the earliest opportunity, they are giving free SIM cards to illegal immigrants that YOU are paying for. Put these traitors out of business.
