    @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK @antonycotton Vodafone UK are appalling. Absolutely zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

    @Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK are not answering my request for information, clearly they prefer giving free stuff to illegal immigrants rather than addressing concerns of a paying customer of over 20 years standing. Says it all really…will not be renewing my contract that’s now due.

    @VodafoneUK you will never get my custom again. It is totally unacceptable to be giving free SIM cards to people who break into this country illegally.
