    @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.

    @VodafoneUK travelling into London and I haven’t got a signal on my WiFi pretty much the length of the 30 miles into central London . What am I paying you for?

    @VodafoneUK been with Vodafone 12+ years, I just wasted hours on the phone to their support because I get intermittent coverage at both of my properties & it’s getting worse, yet I’m paying 100% of the bill only to be told it’s tough & they are sorry! Absolute joke, moving to EE
