    @Iromg @VodafoneUK If you have gone to 3, check it out, it's owned by vodagrone. Many others use their cell network too.

    Power cut this morning, internet providers infrastructure damaged, it meant falling back on @VodafoneUK for data services. If I lived in the artic circle, or the Sahara Desert, I’d get it. I live in Surrey. How can you be this apocalyptically bad in 2026? It’s disgraceful.

    Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!

    @VodafoneUK What’s with the freebies you are handing out then? Dont see much denial.. or even an apology.. I’m glad I cut the contract you.. not only tripe service but you are a core problem in this country.. Nick Read.. prep a public apology before you lost any sane customer you have left.

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
