Unfortunately, we don't have access to customer-specific outage information or the ability to confirm issues on an individual basis. This is because your service contract and account details are managed by your ISP.

My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.

Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day.
