    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre I keep getting told that your sorry but no resolution no one commiting to seeing my case through! My house has barely any mobile signal so I can’t tether my internet, my central heating is controlled by wifi so cannot turn thst on. I cannot work & have missed meetings.

    @VodafoneUK What’s the point I ring you, you then put me on hold ring @CityFibre to why my internet not working & I get differing updates everyday, no one ever rings me back! You say you get regular updates from then but they only seem to come when I ask for them!

    @simonbg12 Oh dear, I’m sorry to hear. After a few years struggling for hours on the phone trying to resolve issues with @VodafoneUK, and dealing with regularly shifting answers, we switched to Zen. Where there is a very different and positive attitude.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK My case number is 562191 this is what @VodafoneUK have assigned me. I have rang yourselves & no now would help me. Even on the 3 appointments where you failed to attend I rang and no would help me. If not resolved tomorrow I am going to have to use provider that don’t utilise you

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely dire service. Cant get through on the phone. Hours spent online chatting to a bot. My sim is disconnected and reconnected to solve signal issues which it didn't resolve and not my bill is £18 a month higher because the person who disconnevted it removed the discount!

    @VodafoneUK The service is not live but if the account is not ready why are u sending me a username and password that does not work. It’s an online account not launching a rocket that it’s not ready.

    Four days without network connectivity is causing more problems than I'd thought it would. Turns out there isn't that much public WiFi in London. Does @VodafoneUK give compensation for network outages?

    Over the past week-or-so I’ve encountered the two ends of the customer experience spectrum. @SkyHelpTeam were brilliant. Their call handling team are always top-notch. At the other end are @VodafoneUK. Their chat bot is awful, and the customer experience overall is horrible.
