    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK Why is DPD Crawley refusing to deliver #vodafone package for 24 month contract etc when I was told they would redeliver DPD Crawley are bad but usually the contractor can make them do their bidding. Utter Cucks!

    @VodafoneUK how on earth do you get to speak to a human? “TOBI” is crap, your call system after pressing 1, 2, etc etc cuts you off. Absolutely **** frustrating customer service.

    @VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

    @hollymorgs @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Hi Holly, I'm sorry to hear your father's issues. Sadly this is an all too familiar story. They do not take responsibility. Vodafone should be able to give your father unlimited data under their Stay Connected Promise
