    @VodafoneUK Worst customer service in a while. Spoke to 2 representatives in Upgrades/New Customers. One who was clueless, refused to give his name and carried out a credit check which affected the next person I was transferred over too!

    @virginmedia @schismmonger Virgin media is **** company with terrible customer service. Not surprised at all. It is why I left them for Vodafone. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Seriously your support is hopeless. broadband off Friday 18 Dec. Many calls. Many lies , many promises of call backs. Couldn't get to talk with anyone who could help. Issues with ip's .. it's clearly your end, last call 1h30m no one answered ... Just sad..

    @VodafoneUK I cannot explain how appalling the service I have received has been. Set up an order over the phone for business account on 1/12. So many mistakes and broken promises. Not a chance of anything until January. Fuming.
