    Anybody else finding @vodafoneUK 's customer service beyond useless at the moment? Doing simple things well is far better than developing a complex offer and doing it badly.

    @VodafoneUK I guess you don’t want my money. Been trying to pay my bill for the past 3 days and the app is down. Can’t get through on the phone either as I don’t have time to sit on hold for over an hour.

    @VodafoneUK distress caused by such a minor thing that could most likely be resolved in 5 mins - but of course can’t get it sorted because no one is responding. Customer service is shocking and will not recommend to family and friends.
