    @VodafoneUK my Dad’s incoming calls have been gone straight to Voicemail for at least the last 3 days. He’s not on social media. He called the Vodafone helpline and was told he’d be called back at 8.30am today on a different number to resolve. No one called him! Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK I was promised a call back from customer relations - no call. Level 2 technician telling me it will be fixed in 24 hours max - promised me. I’ve had that same promised for 9 days.

    @VodafoneUK how rubbish is your customer service?? Want to talk about an upgrade but can't even get to text anybody was on hold for half hour before it shut down!! Looking to upgrade to s21 looks like I'm off to sky!!

    @marcnufc @VodafoneUK I feel your pain bro , I am in the same **** situation with Vodafone . It past 14 days since Royalmail delivered the phone back to the Warehouse and still not being processed. I am literally paying for something I don’t own anymore . This is disgusting .
