In 2022, UK mobile network operators completely abandoned 3G network. In 2012 when I was using my 3G for internet, I could easily stream youtube video, nowadays once network drops from 4G/5G to 3G - I basically have no internet at all. This is absurd. @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I have had issues for the last 5 months (since joining) I have had upwards of 50 calls. Just this week I have spent 9hrs trying to resolve an issue. I've now asked to cancel and have been blocked 5 times to speak to your complaints team. ...[pt1]

@Craigchelsea91 Yes, their customer service is appalling. @VodafoneUK had been overcharging me for months and offered not enough refund. They are not solving it within their own agreed 7-10 days. It’s probably worth trying Sky mobile, they have better prices.
