I do enjoy winding up cold callers. Fone House company called me to tell me they’d been given my number by my network provider @VodafoneUK told them I had a Nokia 3310 and to **** off. Scammers.

@VodafoneUK I have spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone trying to help my Mother get a refund of the £273.25 you took ‘in error’ via insurance payments. Calls get ‘cut off’ It is virtually impossible to hear and understand your call handlers because the line is so bad. Disgraceful

@VodafoneUK #suresignal we where told that the Sure Signal was going to end at the end of November. We have had a broadband problem over the last few days & now we find the Sure Signal doesn’t work before I could find an alternative.

@VodafoneUK I’ve already spoken to an advisor who couldn’t help. Having to transfer the number to another provider and then back to Vodafone. It’s ridiculous!

Trying to get through to talk to @VodafoneUK over the last two days about an upgrade is painful. Phone refers to online chat, online chat has no capacity & refers back to phone and so constantly stuck in a loop! After nearly 20 years with Vodafone, this is really poor service!

@VodafoneUK You can’t do that if you want to upgrade through your Annual Upgrade Promise. You really need to sort out the service it’s not good

Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK - my wife has sent her phone away for repair 3 times, each time you said it was fixed but it isn’t.

@VodafoneUK I’m getting increasingly more irritated. I pay for a somewhat decent service and my broadband drops multiple times daily. I have been with you for a few months now and it has continuously done this. Do better, please.
