    @VodafoneUK but I get promised speeds!! But when faceplate is back on master socket I lose 20mnps and I have a landline. Also screwed up my home move took them 4 days after home move to actually cancel service at previous address shockingly poor, looking to leave after 16 years

    @VodafoneUK Your internet dongle's not working in my area again. Showing 0bps connection, again 🙄. This happened before and couldn't use it until I contacted u here on twitter. Plz sort this out. Very annoying as I have work to do 🧐

    So @TubeMapLondon didn't say that Stockwell was closed due to flooding, then when told, once inside the station, I couldn't look for alternative routes online because @VodafoneUK no longer buys Tube WiFi access for its customers. Haven't seen my bill come down though. Nice 👍

    If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

    @VodafoneUK Increased traffic there is every year, yet come the summer we get less than second rate service yet pay the same. Towns and villages like ours should be priority for upgrading. Nothing has improved in the four years I have lived here and I am sick of empty promises and apologies.
