@VodafoneUK It's about time you acknowledged this. PR5 is also down. PS, I suggest you review your response for these incidents in the future. Generic scripting to use tools or directing to a broken chatbot for a national incident is ridiculous.

@staustellsimon @VodafoneUK Same, I spent an hour doing the usual **** of disconnecting, resetting, and reconnecting only to be lied to by my router.

@VodafoneUK @EEPChris Clearly your customer services team need training. Instead of telling me broadband is down, I was placed in queue to your tech team. Then your connection went after 40 mins on hold. Are you reimbursing people for such a mess?
