Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

Fortune Imports (@MrMBajaj) reported@VodafoneUK broadband installation delayed for over 10 weeks because Vodafone and Openreach cannot coordinate properly. Multiple delays, no ownership, no resolution plan, and endless chasing by me. Formal complaint will be raised to Ofcom/CISAS if unresolved urgently.

Dean Jones (@dean_jones91) reported@VodafoneUK great service have to watch iplayer on my phone using 5g rather than on my TV using my superfast broadband because all it does is buffer! Been absolutely shocking for the last week or so!
