Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.

You've got a circular trap - Create an account funnels you to download the app - you can't login to the app, so you try to create an account which takes you to download the app. Your AI bot is the worst too.
