    So now my complaints handler is on holiday and no one is willing to help sort my internet out @VodafoneUK complete and utter joke of a company. Next steps advice anyone? @Ofcom? Any suggestions. Oh and no engineer booked so still no internet date.

    @VodafoneUK Hi - need to get my daughter’s Vodafone mobile plan onto my Vodafone A/C to manage. Last month you advised to complete ‘Tfer my plan’ form. Did that, got email receipt but nothing since. Help pls.
