Hey @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK - which one of you do I need to contact to fix a damaged telephone cable box (copper wire) from telegraph pole to my house which I suspect explains why my broadband is dropping constantly?

Just suffered the WORST customer service from @VodafoneUK. I wouldn’t even call it a service. I’m expecting broadband on Wednesday, and track the order to find out they’ve cancelled it. Then they say next available date is 22nd Nov… Then insult me with offering £10 compensation

@VodafoneUK why is your complaint phone line so hard to speak to anyone ? I just want my deadlock letter and take my complaint further to @financialombuds . As I had been lied to and mis-sold on my home fibre broadband
