    @VodafoneUK oh dear.. not only do your chat team lie, you then offer compensation but never apply it to my bill & to top it off want to put me in a new 24 month contract because I’m moving house or charge me £60 cancellation fee, even though you owe me money. #Shenanigans #scam

    @VodafoneUK how can there be next to no reception on trains from sw20 to Waterloo.? On sw20 no reception on any network. It says full coverage , but you can’t do anything. How is it possible in this day and age ?

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”

    @VodafoneUK you keep sending letters to my address for someone who does not and has never lived here. We've called you twice to ask you to stop and you said you would but we keep getting letters and now debt collection letters. Can you stop now please.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬
