    Why is @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup customer services so convoluted & slow?! Never had a call in 3 years where I’ve been put through to the right department first try. Even the “dedicated number” for Superfast Pro 2 customers doesn’t actually get you to a dedicated team. Strewth!😡

    @VodafoneUK another day gone and my number has still not been transferred from one Vodafone contract to another. I have once again been told to wait 48 hours. However, this is not the first time I have been told this. No one has bothered to take a deeper look. Awful!!!!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK i havebeen havi g jssues with my broadband router wifi signal not working for three days and i have been waiting for tech team 2 to call, how ipmuch longer do i wait to be able to use internet without a ethernet cable connected to the router in my house again

    Don't bother signing up to @VodafoneUK broadband. They cancelled my broadband contract at my new address and installation date without notifying me... All due to a technical issue. Working from home should be fun for the next two weeks until a new provider installs broadband.
