    @VodafoneUK your reception in South Down is getting worse by the day. I am using you WiFi units but still you are crap. Spend some money sorting out 4g.

    @ajgrundy1980 @VodafoneUK I agree. It's so frustrating & hv wasted so much time. On line 'chats' take way too long. Really no customer service at all and new increases will make affording it hard. Will change once contract up!

    @VodafoneUK Your online help offers nothing other than confirming there's no problem with the network. My problem is widely known to Vodafone yet nobody has done anything to remedy this appalling situation. I must now insist: provide what I'm paying for, and do it now.

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service is shocking, 1hr 45min call, to upgrade my daughter sim plan. due to incorrect data held on my account and incorrect authorisation access, cold transfer of calls and 4 agents later. Thanks for your £5 Costa voucher, but you can keep it

    @VodafoneUK Ha, it gets better, you phone the number and get told to go online and chat to someone, about your broadband problems, really, go online when you have broadband problems. Good bye Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I keep reporting an issue with my mobile signal in the SG5 1 area and you tell me there's no issues but you chdck the @O2 website and it states the mast in the area isn't working
