    First bad experience with @VodafoneUK today. Probably partially my fault but quite how you can give 30 days notice of a home move when the dates are fluid until agreed is beyond me. And to be liable for any charges the new occupier might make after you've left is absurd

    @VodafoneUK i’m actually fed up, your online support is abysmal, i’m trying to get a network unlock code, and your website states, “All iphones should already be unlocked” so it won’t let me fill out a form. But my iphone is locked, so what do i do? fuming

    @virginmedia I tried to call on the 19th April to cancel 2 of my numbers but your foreign call centre didn't action the request. The sooner I can leave completely the better. Is only going to get worse when you change to the @VodafoneUK network who's got the poorest coverage in the UK.

    @VodafoneUK Just see if a Complaints manager can call me by the end of today, I was promised a call back by 2pm on Friday but that never happened.
