    I got told twice that I’ll be receiving a new modem by @VodafoneUK I have the transcript emails and now while I was waiting for my new modem they told me I can’t get a new modem & I’ll be charged if I cancel... how is this fair? I got told wrong information and I have to pay??

    Spent all day yesterday in DM with @VodafoneBiz @VodafoneUK going through steps to prove my ID after a complaint I made on Twitter. Only to be told they can’t help over social media anyway! What was the point. They will do anything NOT to help their customers. #useless

    .@VodafoneUK stay well clear even the complaints team can’t solve a complaint!! Water of time energy and they just bend you over to have their fun - whilst you are tied into paying the bill for their pleasure.

    Disappointed that as a new customer @VodafoneUK has not responded to either of the two emails I have sent them recently. Such poor customer service. That will teach me. Stay with @EE next time. Ofcourse Vodaphone could respond asap to my emails chasing a £75 voucher they owe me!
