@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

@VodafoneUK I’m so angry I’ve been forced to resort to social media. 5 hours of wasted time speaking to your incompetent technical support just to get a SIM card activated and 48 hours later it’s still not working. Was I wrong when I assumed mobile phones are your core business?

.@VodafoneUK something wrong with signal in RG41? Normally bad due 2 trees so have WiFi calling (we pay 4 WiFi & 4 signal we can’t get from u). Not getting calls past few weeks or calls drop out. Get voicemail notifications but no call initially. #Annoying #3ContractsUpSoon

@VodafoneUK So disappointing! As a loyal customer for many years, I'm finding it hard to understand how the services you provide are so poor. I have upgraded to your new Pro Broadband and was asked to pay more than the amount on the application I had to fill. Internet speed a lot slower too.

@VodafoneUK you customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. I’ve spent the last hour trying to get through being told to go online then to call, then to go online, then to call. I am moving home and wanted to take my broadband with me but no one wants to help

Have raised a customer complaint several days ago and still no response from @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. Probably too busy dealing with other complaints! Useless company
