    @stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

    @VodafoneUK Sorry kieron but i have contacted vidafone 3 times about this, the last a week ago when the female customer service rep said she would speak to managers and call me back next day. Didnt happen and i get another bill for my dead mother yesterday

    @stephenmountfo5 @VodafoneUK I never opened the link, what came up when you did? Normally postage scams send you to a site that says you need to pay more postage, I don't think they can do much from clicking it

    @VodafoneUK 18 days and still nothing. I’ve been given a ton of excuses, and different dates, since you failed to meet the install date. I know, I know, “this isn’t the service blah blah, DM us blah blah” so you can ignore me in private where you can’t be seen 🙄

    @VodafoneUK #GooglePixel5 I would explore more of the cycle path network around me. With the live viewer no chance of getting lost or taking a wrong turn!

    @VodafoneUK my broadband is so unpredictable, it stops working for a couple of hours, then comes back on, this is happening more frequently and as its happening after 9pm there is no support, vodaphone business team are nowhere to be seen and you guys on here havent replied to any of my DM's

    Data speed on @VodafoneUK 4G has been awful for the past year. I've raised a network case and complaint and their response was "we are upgrading the network at the end of July which will improve congestion but can't do anything until then". 51 BRITISH POUNDS A MONTH. #Shambles

    @VodafoneUK whatever is causing this is not at my end, it was still down at 3.30am and is now back up and running, the router logs should give you the time it came back on
