    @VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

    @AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK They will try anything to try and retain him .. by upselling. However he will never get any better deal than a brand new customer. He has every right to cancel out of contract and must say ,no offers period!.

    .@VodafoneUK is offering an “upgrade” to their “Superfast Home Broadband” - 63Mbps for £24/m (24m contract). I’m currently getting 74Mbps from @SkyUK. Yes it’s a couple of quid more a month, but it’s a shorter contract with far better customer support. Upgrade? I don’t think so!

    @karmel_nair @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK This is worrying when you get billed for calling a fake number which doesn’t even exist . Kindly get to the bottom of this as am sure lot of citizens will be similarly targeted by these fake numbers. ARPU going up in the wrong way won’t help the people’s cause

    Dear @VodafoneUK my nephew wants to cancel his contract which ran out in MARCH. Apparently U only allow people to cancel by phone so U can ‘discuss next steps’. Is this code for something? Anyway he tried to call several times, no answer, phone now in for repair & your 1/2

    @AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK What he can do is port his number out of the network. By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.
