@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

  • ADEBTFREEME1 A DEBT FREE ME (@ADEBTFREEME1) reported from Chard, England

ALWAYS argue delivery and returns charges. £8.50 saved on a @VodafoneUK return yesterday just by talking to a human instead of an automated service. #moneysavingtips #hiddencharges #returns #delivery #cash #itsmymoney #money #wonga @

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Tell them you want all the benefits of being a customer, without actually paying any bills.

  • Blake46Alan alan blake (@Blake46Alan) reported from Swindon, England

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Boo hoo. Shame you never spent 6 hours reading about the benefits for the UK of being in a single market with Europe.🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺

  • NP20193 NP2019 🎪 (@NP20193) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK In your case spending six hours talking to a customer service representative was probably the most useful thing you could have done with those six hours.

  • JulieMontoya20 Julie 🏳️‍🌈 Montoya 🕷️ (@JulieMontoya20) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Customer service is the first casualty in the race to the bottom. Everybody wants to be the cheapest, so corners are cut.

  • MWGilliland Mark G (@MWGilliland) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Welcome to customer contact avoidance strategies. Call and they put you on hold for at least 10 mins to drive self-service on the website knowing if you’ve a real problem you’ll hang on. Tell them you want to leave & in seconds you reach retentions & are offered a deal to stay.

  • Surailian Geoff Doe #LiarJohnson (@Surailian) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK We have been ge tying that service from you #ToryScum for nearly 12 years now.

  • EliModnar Random Hajile (@EliModnar) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK German car makers didn’t come to your rescue? Didn’t break down doors to tell Vodafone to do a deal? Odd that.

  • douglashogan Douglas Hogan (@douglashogan) reported

@VodafoneUK @DavidDavisMP So MPs get a better service than regular customers?

  • RicardoDiogoS SlapbackGOD 🇵🇹🇬🇧 (@RicardoDiogoS) reported

@moving_target_ @LifeStartsAt40m @VodafoneUK Acrually, if you search properly in the law and consumers act, there must be a point that says if you can't pay your contract for some reason and you show proof of it, they need to work it out with you, or even cancel the contract..

  • BR_Reed80 Foxtrot Indigo... (@BR_Reed80) reported

@DavidDavisMP Is this the same company @VodafoneUK has a major contract with our emergency services 🤔 etc...? Wouldn't surprise if govenment signed with a incompetent company.
