ALWAYS argue delivery and returns charges. £8.50 saved on a @VodafoneUK return yesterday just by talking to a human instead of an automated service. #moneysavingtips #hiddencharges #returns #delivery #cash #itsmymoney #money #wonga @

@VodafoneUK Today’s update ? Your router is faulty, we’ll order you a new one. Really ? That’s number 5. Oh hang on, you still haven’t despatched any of the previous 4 yet. Absolutely no confidence that this will happen any more then the previous orders. Shameful

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK thanks for the two hours of wasted time again today - still no further forward. Still no service. Still the same ‘checks’ from your tech support. Still the same conclusion (you need a new router). Yup, we all knew that for a long time now. I guess you can’t do this.

@VodafoneUK how can I get someone from customer services to email or call me back? 3 hours spent on an online chat and call today andthe issue's still unresolved 🤯. I was told I'd have to call back!!!! I'm losing the will to live!

@VodafoneUK Thank you. I cannot possibly be the only person who experiences this and finds it incredibly frustrating & wasteful of time. I’m sure it’s not beyond the wit of you & other mobile network providers to come up with a solution that prioritises the routes people use most frequently

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK Day4 of no internet 😤🤬 Vodafone blaming CityFibre , CityFibre doing nothing to resolve the issue there engineers still haven’t filled out a report on the fault according to Vodafone. And both companies not giving me any further resolution to my issue !

@VodafoneUK A couple of weeks I spoke to an advisor who promised that in case I have further issues, I can leave penalty-free from the contract and look for another provider.

.@VodafoneUK - why is your network coverage so abysmal on both main train routes heading north out of London…? 🤔 a mix of 5G (v little), 4G (some), 3G (a lot) and ‘E’ (yes, seriously… ‘E’… in 2023! 🙄) #woeful #21stcentury #impossibletoworkonatrain
