@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

Utterly dreadful customer services from @VodafoneUK today. Over 2 hours waiting in queues and chat windows trying to Spk to the trade-in team who have lost my old phone. Still not sorted. Why can’t you just answer the phone and talk to me? You are a phone company after all!!!!!

@VodafoneUK @primevideouk @VodafoneUK Nokia 8110 wasn't spring loaded to slide down Protective cover like in The Matrix. The 7110 was spring loaded, although a slightly different design. So is the 7110 (spring loaded) or 8110 (design) THE Matrix phone??

Our telecom companies are a nightmare of loose security and data breaches never mind customer service @VodafoneUK has randomly disconnected me and sent a dozen text messages since 6am none of which make sense @ofcom zero accountability it seems
