    @VodafoneUK I bought a phone on ebay sold as new from Vodafone network, it turned out blacklisted as stolen/lost. I bought it because I'm on contract with you and were not bothered if it was locked. Can anything be done to make it work?

    @VodafoneUK having issues with my voicemail. When i dial 121 it connects but its just silent. Have tried disabling and re enabling with no joy. It was working up until a few days ago.

    @VodafoneUK service has gone absolutely downhill. Why has it taken almost a year to transfer my business contract! Why am I not able to EVER be transferred to the transfer team? Why can't I pay off my contract right now to just leave you and go to @EE? 🤬
