    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK network coverage in the uk is the worst ive ever experienced across the world, including third world countries. As soon as you leave london forget about stable coverage, if not having a signal at all. Even within london is patchy to say the least. So aggravating

    @VodafoneUK *******. I've now been unable to make or receive calls for almost 48 hours, and the agent still won't tell me what "We'll refresh your services over the next 2-24 hours" means. This is after 90 minutes on live chat. Who do I invoice?

    @VodafoneUK I am doing that now. I just tried login in through the Vodafone app instead as well, and it is also trying to send me a security code that I never receive.

    @VodafoneUK Can you please try and resolve the issues with the mast in Abercynon once and for all. Still no signal after more than 12 hours yet again after a little bit of rain yesterday, this is happening on a weekly basis.

    I guess @VodafoneUK have now given up trying to help. Told me the issue was fixed just like the previous 8 times and just stopped communicating after that. Anyone know which organisation to complain to to get Vodafone to give a ****?
