    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

    @VodafoneUK I requested to cancel my contract by phone in December only to find out that you didn’t cancel it and continued to take payments until I noticed in March. Had confirmation of cancel again and credit back but another payment was requested in May. What’s going on?

    @VodafoneUK 4G signal is absolutely awful, it used to be ok but now it is useless! Check online and get “good outdoors only” time for a change I think!!!

    @VodafoneUK Dont u think iv done that. Its been ongoing since friday. 3 Vodafone contracts in this house without a network all wknd. Iv got the 1st compensation il be phoning for a reduction when the work is complete. We pay over £100 pm for all our contracts. No service no payment

    ..still no further! They cant fix it,they cant really help, theyve raised a SR,but I have to wait up to 5 days! Why is EVERYTHING an absolute pain when dealing with @VodafoneUK & more worryingly why is it only your team that are capable of fixing anything?! Dont like doing it..

    @VodafoneUK So I’ve been hearing for the past 3 months! I did this last night, they couldn’t fix the issue. I’ll give it one more go then I want to be allowed to leave. I’ve had enough and the stress is taking it’s toll!

    @BigusYidus @VodafoneUK Tell me about it! ANYTHING I do on my account is a pain in the arse,it never works, nobody cant help & I always have to resort to a social media rant! Would mind if it was stupidly complicated,but its stuff likes upgs,sim swaps etc Id change but im sure the rest are just as bad!

    @VodafoneUK It’s ok now as I have put my airplane mode on & off as my phone must of tried to connect to an cell tower an bit further away as I have got full signal back now. 👍
