@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Worst customer service experience I've ever had was with Vodafone. Just awful. That was years ago, so they are clearly not learning lessons.

@VodafoneUK I'm sorry to say but I've just got off a call from 191 and not only have the quotes increased yet again they are even higher than the advertised ones I can only assume you have no interest in keeping a 20 year customer with 3 accounts on board

@VodafoneUK 40 minutes on hold speaking to your upgrade team who said they’d be “right back” to be routed back through to your main contact centre. Such poor service

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK The country is being wrecked over a harmless flu virus and Davis is moaning about his mobile phone support. You can’t make this s**t up.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Genuine point: is it not bad from a security perspective to let people know when you’re swapping numbers across networks? Feels like a stage in the process that would be open to security flaws and or social manipulation.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Why not simply leave them and take back control, you'll find it so much easier to run your own mobile service @DavidDavisMP

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Know the feeling, Mr Davis. From the ridiculously trivial to the serious We've suffered ten years of the most spectacularly inept, corrupt and incompetent government in modern history. Perhaps incompetence trickles down.
