@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK what is going on with your network today???? I have been unable to make calls/texts or use data since early this morning as no signal whatsoever! I have tried resetting network settings etc but to no avail! Your online help is as much use as a chocolate teapot!

@VodafoneUK Yes, you do have a cancellations team on webchat. I've spoken to them at length. Repeatedly. But you're implying they can cancel broadband, which they cannot. So, once again, can you please stop misleading your customers, and acknowledge you cannot do this. Thanks.

Hope what a way to spend my day off. 2 hours in @VodafoneUK trying to sort my upgrade cause they made and error and then an emergency application with my GP and on 2 lots off meds for an infection I’m my leg great!
