    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK 32 mins on hold... speak to 3 different service reps each of which have terrible VOIP connections and pass me on again before.... cut off. Nice work. Was calling to ask if you can stop charging me £90 a month when I paid the phone off 5 months ago.

    @VodafoneUK Boxing up new phone and sending back. Will look at a different provider. Been waiting 90 mins to speak with someone. Chat bot unable to help. Will NEVER use Vodafone again!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely horrendous customer service. Scheduled broadband installation for 21st Jan - nothing happened and zero communication from them. Absolutely atrocious!!!

    @VodafoneUK Upgrade wasn't the answer... I want to get the price down and to understand why you've continued to charge me a fortune after I've paid off the phone. Something I assume webchat people won't explain?

    @kelseybytheway @VodafoneUK Website then over the phone. First time was glitch in system next issue was issue with line and no date of when to fix it
