@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

@VodafoneUK Broadband is down I called the operator seemed to think it was an individual problem but as seen this appears to be a general outage why are your advisors so out of touch the service is very poor hopefully you will not charge today as you are not providing a service

@VodafoneUK Care to comment on the connection issues. Your tool seems to think there isn't an issue. Very poor look considering you've just increased the monthly bill. Please do not link that support page. It is the first place I looked.

@Gogs_D @VodafoneUK @time_turner23 When our VOIP was down 2 weeks ago they did exactly the same. Sending links and telling me to restart. Took me 2 hours to find out it was a national problem.
