@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

Hi @VodafoneUK - when I cancel my home broadband and you don't ask me to return my router for recycling, reuse or whatever - how can you claim any sort of environmental credentials? Name one broadband provider that doesn't provide it's customers with a new router on signing up

@VodafoneUK I have one number and pay the subscription to have my Apple Watch use my phones cellular date but I noticed the last month when my phone is home my watch is no longer connected and on settings it says my data profile is not in use. FAQ is no help!

@PeteBeesley @sprintexec It looks like there are some issues with @henet on network routes from the UK, primarily impacting VodafoneUK users. We're working on routing UK traffic around this, and should be able to restore connectivity for our users soon.
