    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @sianelss @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with them no signal for over a month! You are protect under the consumer rights 2015! Need any help gimmie a shout!

    hi @VodafoneUK - over the last few months your coverage has got so bad that I not only don't get a signal in my village, but I have problems in central London too. Any particularr reason for this? Given it's a business phone, it's not ideal!

    So unhappy with @VodafoneUK Terrible communication and service. Switched to them and two broken routers. My line switch took an extra two days. And they didn't communicate properly regarding a delivery exchange that had a DPD driver badgering my wife at the door

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK ur operatives are very useless n so unhelpful. Asked to activate roaming and for nearly 36hrs still no service. I give up on u guys
