    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @messalinahooper @VodafoneUK They are garbage. The real issue is that they don't even care, infact it is very deliberate how bad it is. They take their customers money then sit back and laugh at them. Utter scumbags they are.

    .@VodafoneUK hullo yet again. I've sent DMs about conflicting messages I've had about our much-delayed broadband installation. Am in receipt of TWO new routers. Case Ref: 33131307 I suggest you ring me on mobile (landline doesn't work).

    @VodafoneUK Does this include security info? Surely it would be stripped right back to basic customer data and not include things like a security pin? Also might want to refresh GFPR training as this was not the reason provided by two agents!

    WiFi dropped 4 x in as many minutes so uou come put of program reconnect and you have to rewatvh the 1 minute you've justcwatched 4 x before. This is not a service uou are taking my money and not delivering @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK What a shambles . . . . . I sign up for a broadband account, you offer installation dates from 3rd - 20th March. I choose 20th which you confirm by email. I cancel my current contract then 3hrs later I get a text telling me installation is now 11th of April.
