@VodafoneUK I have DM’d you, got a reply, DM’d you again and not heard back. What do we have to do to get some kind of customer service?

@VodafoneUK I have spoken to upgrades and retentions which agreed upgrade deal, waited 10days for the phone only to find the "deal" given was a different plan. Not one mention of the plan given. Oh but as it "wasn't clear" either way: that's my issue! Recommend others to follow and cancel!

@VodafoneUK We’ve been in touch, 3 times and spent hours on the phone. You do absolutely nothing whatsoever to help and have no way to elevate issues. Absolutely appalling

@VodafoneUK You cancelled my contract last month and charging me for the cancellation fee? No chance will I be paying this outstanding balance of £140 considering I have been without data or minutes for over a week. Every customer adviser I manage to speak tells me differently.

If @VodafoneUK are reading, I was a former mobile phone customer of yours during the early 00’s before I left. I was wondering whether I could return back to yourselves without having to go through a credit check etc? @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK I like the fibre to the home but the customer service is truly appalling. 3 times on a call and over one hour lost and they just dropped the call. Wi-Fi signal in the home is terrible and they won’t supply additional signal boosters. I’ve now invested in a BT booster to fix it

@VodafoneUK when your customers have issues and are still awaiting contract sim activation after 4 days, you ask for a dm then stop replying.... It takes real effort to treat a customer with such disdain... easier to push a customer to leave you than try to fix issue thats sad.

@VodafoneUK Oooo, and now we’re through and guess what?!?! We’ve just been offered the exact opposite thing to what we need. We’ve been dicked around for days now. Wasted hours. No one offers a solution. It’s not that hard - activate a SIM. Send a new eSIM. Two jobs. Two jobs.
