    @VodafoneUK Spent ages talking to Tobi and then a real customer service agent, who promised to remove a £6 charge and that it would take 24 hours to come off the bill. Days later it's still there.

    @VodafoneUK Current monthly bill is at £85 and last month was £90. £6 a day roaming charge and your support team won't give me my MCK number to change to a local SIM. 4 days ago support said it would take 3 days, I've contacted again today and now they are saying 7-10 days
