    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @VodafoneUK how am I still waiting for my broadband that was ordered on 4th September to still be connected??? No communication or updates from you or @OpenreachHelp - was meant to be connected on 3rd Oct and just being fobbed off with excuses. Abysmal service!!!

    @VodafoneUK And AGAIN at least once a month internet goes down. ONT is full of green lights. Reset it all anyway. Issue is your end. Fix your switching gear! Worcester WR4

    @JakeWard180 @CityFibre @VodafoneUK We are in the exact same boat Jake. 2nd time in 6 weeks. We were with BT for 2 years before and no problems. Thinking of just paying the exit fee and going back to BT

    @VodafoneUK Still nothing, no update - you@must know where you stock is or when it’s due? Just blanking customers with ‘we will let you know’ isn’t good enough. I was told 3 weeks in order. It’s really poor @VodafoneUK
