    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @VodafoneUK What kind of SCAM is your early upgrade fee???? It showed £549.13 on Feb 11th and yesterday it was at £555.19!!!! It's supposed to GO DOWN each day, NOT UP!!!! THIEVES! #SCAM

    @VodafoneUK Not great is it when your own help page won't load due to the signal being that bad. Never heard of losing connection when shutting a door before 🙄

    @VodafoneUK Hmmm. Three hours of chatting and waiting and I've only received cut-and-paste standard answers. Not even sure that I'm chatting to a human @VodafoneUK Really the worst company I've ever dealt with.

    @VodafoneUK totally smooth transition to Vodafone broadband today. Static IP and pppoe details handled by tech support. Was expecting some issues but got none. Speed / connectivity really good. Impressed so far.
