    @VodafoneUK Wow my vodafone is a broken mess on ios at the moment. Won't connect, says no network yet I can stream videos on my partners phone during the message! Works on android though. Oh and those security hoops. What a total shambles. #feelbadfriday :(

    @VodafoneUK going around in circles (as per usual when raising an issue with you on home broadband) with live chat responses from an agent and their manager. Why is so hard just to have a direct conversation with anyone and get a resolution?

    @DavidCoombes4 @r1b1ker @VodafoneUK This may be load related, alternatively you may be using DSS. If you can determine the bands and which cell site being used that will help and provide times of day.

    @VodafoneUK The worrying thing is that I couldn’t even get an answer to getting the initial installation date, if you can’t get that right what happens when there’s a problem with the Wi-Fi to go through the chat and phone calls is horrific. On hold for atleast 1/2 hour every time
