    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    Wow @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful, asking a question on the chat and the response is "yeah just hold on" SERIOUSLY! that's how you run the business now! All I asked was if the contract could be resent as not att'd - with a please!

    @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.

    @VodafoneUK I guess you don’t care about your customers Service but why am I struggling in South Yorkshire to make phone calls that don’t break up while on the call to somebody? This is the third time in asking now? I can’t really phone support when the call keeps breaking up 🤪

    That was the weirdest afternoon ever - Sky broadband went down around 2pm and has just come back. However, we all then also lost the mobile data signal too - how is that even possible when they are not connected?! @VodafoneUK I had no way of finding out what was happening

    @VodafoneUK can you help me My powerhub has stopped working off WiFi but the wired connection are ok can you suggest a fix for this
