  @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

  I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken

  Lovely technical advice from @VodafoneUK with a local mast ‘under maintenance’ a whole village suffering. And they want me to reset all network connections losing all Bluetooth/wifi passwords. And it’s will only take 3-5mins of my time. It’s a mast issue not device issue.

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  Don’t believe a WORD of what @VodafoneUK say when they offer to ‘help’ whn you are struggling. They don’t! They charge you for late payment and send you straight back to square one.

  @VodafoneUK I need urgent assistance and someone to contact me regarding my account and issue with outbound calling. I have tried all day to sort it and online chat agents just end the chat !!!
