  @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

  Awful new customer service from @VodafoneUK - new router damaged by DPD, broadband go-live date this Wednesday and they won't send me a new router until after activation!! I have been told to wait or cancel the service...Nice!

  @VodafoneUK Thank you - I’ve already read all of this and it’s no help at all. I have no intention of breaking my contract or leaving early. I just want it to end after the agreed period. There is absolutely no reason why I should waste my time having to talk to someone to confirm.

  Broadband reconnected last night, exactly one week after it was disconnected. Thanks @VodafoneUK and @WeAreOpenreach but it would be nice if you had a communication policy for these events that was more than just “we are aware of the problem but will not tell you anymore.”

  @Ed_UKation @VodafoneUK It’s the one supported by Openreach alas. Their customer service is abysmal indeed. Everything just reports as fine but it’s essentially unusable a lot of the time. Like swimming through treacle getting anywhere with them. Baby steps. I know they’re all pretty pants sometimes.

  @O2 your Esims and customer service are awful! 1 whole week and 2 family members without any service whatsoever. Went to the O2 head office in Slough to get it resolved and they couldn’t fix and didn’t know what the issue was. Wow. Moved to @VodafoneUK today.
