    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @simonplantphoto @VodafoneUK What app was that obtained through. I am having Vodafone issues and using cellmapper to work out what cell I am connected too and it's strength. Also I think Vodafone ignore x now

    My father passes away on 7th Jan. We inform @VodafoneUK on 14th Jan. It’s now 2 months on. His number still hasn’t been transferred over to my mother. Stupidly we decided to take out broadband with Vodafone too. Installed on 6th March. Still not connected. Shocking service.

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?

    @VodafoneUK Had an experience that you for you to feed back to the correct team: New Business Broadband customer. Received Power Hub. Sticker and wifi card have incorrect details. Also the Support tel no supplied in the Quick Start Guide is wrong. It's missing a 3.

    @VodafoneUK yet again piss poor from your company, new phone not working, 24 hrs with no working phone and your company hasn’t got a clue . To be told go into store as can’t do nothing on line, I show you that after 30 year I’m off to another shop to do business as you care
