    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @sianelss @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with them no signal for over a month! You are protect under the consumer rights 2015! Need any help gimmie a shout!

    Still no answer, over an 1 hour later and one tweet reply from @VodafoneUK. It’s poor service, really poor

    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @VodafoneUK was just told by customer service on phone inquiring about a pac code “why would we look to help you if you were wanting to leave.” This insures that I will never return,I will look to end wife’s contract, a phone call should never turn a happy customer against you.

    @VodafoneUK You owe me money and compensation for the fact you owe me money, and what a shock, your sales advisor didn’t call me back to discuss this?! So appalled by your customer service, I can’t wait for my contract to be done to move to another network!!!

    @VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

    @VodafoneUK That number is not recognised. Your online chat bot sends you to a tool that does nothing. I've literally spent days on your customer service getting nowhere. Roll on the day my contract ends.

    @VodafoneUK's automated ***** are actually about as rude as most of their staff. My first upgrade with them and I can't even be arsed. Tempted to go back to @ThreeUK 🙄

    No signal from @VodafoneUK for over 24 hours. No updates. Except WiFi calling now stopped working as well so can't even call them. Other one in household is on O2 on same defective mast. Why does this useless company have such disgusting customer service?

    @VodafoneUK Then why when I ring that number does it send me through a series if questions to tell me that the quickest and easiest way to cancel broadband is on the chat?! I ring that number and don't get through to a person!! I switched my mobile to O2 today cause I've had ENOUGH !!
