    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @sianelss @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with them no signal for over a month! You are protect under the consumer rights 2015! Need any help gimmie a shout!

    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @VodafoneUK, I’m currently outside the UK and need help checking the status of my move from Pay Monthly to Pay As You Go and whether a final bill is pending before I cancel my Direct Debit. I haven’t received any confirmation yet. Could you please help?

    @VodafoneUK #OpenReach Why does my son have 2wait 4over 10 weeks to get his new broadband supplied by u guys? He’s a brand new customer, in a house that has NO broadband atm, how can he work from home without any internet? This is NOT good customer service, he is NOT very happy😳

    @VodafoneUK Ever since I switched to you I've had connectivity problems I've constantly called for help & nothing works Luckily my contract runs out in a couple of months Can't wait I regret switching to you Can't wait to leave

    I am so fed up with having connectivity issues with my home broadband. Every time I ring they say they have fixed it and then it goes off again. I would not recommend @VodafoneUK for broadband.
