@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

@CharlieSanford1 @VodafoneUK rang 3 times today, each time waiting over 45 min so each time I gave up. Been through live char never less than 100 in queue. Finally thought they were gonna sort it in DMs now only had 2 messages since 16.39. Unbelievable mate. How can they start live chat and just not reply

@VodafoneUK 1/2 I suspect no-one will reply to this as you've ignored all 3 of my previous messages but just in case. 1) If 'delays in the warehouse' means incident like fire, storm, flood, IT failure, let us know and a time to fix - stuff happens.

@VodafoneUK I called customer service on phone to amend direct debit after asking 25 questions, auto voice asked to use online chat and ended the call, online chat never worked and shows Loading please wait for 4 months ..poor support..

@VodafoneUK it’s been 35 min so far on the phone and all I’m getting is ‘I’m talking to my other team member’’. Your customer service is terrible. It’s almost like you don’t care. your online system is useless hence why I’m stuck on the phone on a cycle of crap music #VodafoneUK
