    @VodafoneUK @bwianair Same here. WiFi fine but if on Vodafone mobile data then no pics or media loading on Twitter. Have another phone on a different network and that one is fine.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, Is there any intelligent person at Vodafone I can speak with? I am trying to disconnect a number I had ages ago and for which I was paying up till 3 months ago. I have called customer service to disconnect however they couldn't after being kept 45 min on the phone

    @VodafoneUK to Vodafone Clacton on Sea where they took a copy of my passport and used my debit card to verify me, gave me a pin which I've tried to use today on the phone with the customer service, just to find out that the pin nr was unsuccessful, the ones in the shop done nothi

    @VodafoneUK how many more times do I have to message you to get someone to acknowledge my complaint. You have to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not want an auto reply from your bot asking me to dm you as I have done this twice at least already!!!!

    @VodafoneUK I am awaiting a replacement voicemail PIN that your web chat said would be sent 4+ hours ago and now no response on 191. @VodafoneUK service has gone downhill and I’d appalling.
