@AJ7273 @VodafoneUK I won't be going there. Heard nothing but bad things. It's quite a simple request for Vodafone. Keep his number in his account and move my number and the broadband to my name as I'm in the house. Pathetic that they can't do this.

@VodafoneUK losing a loyal customer after 14 years. Offered me 2GB of data a month for £10 and wouldn’t budge. Thought this was a joke so spoke to @ThreeUK who offered a massive 100GB for £12. No brainer!

@VodafoneUK An all time low for vodafone today. Screwed up my upgrade, ive had no fully working phone for a month, 20+ support calls, 2 failed Sim cards. Compensation offered 8GB free data, PATHETIC.

@VodafoneUK … my husband died on 31/1/22… just tried to cancel a/c on web chat and been told ‘I make sure to help you ASAP and cheer your day after the chat’. You seriously need to invest in bereavement training…

@VodafoneUK I agreed to a 5g phone and plan as 5g was coming in 3 weeks from when i joined, year and a half it has not. The phone I have is useless cant replace till november with out paying a fee. both beyond the help of the social media team :( (annoyed at your company not you)
