    @VodafoneUK Im also sick of waiting patiently . 4 days is more than enough . As I have now said if I’m not connected this afternoon I want the pac codes for both phones . The contract will be invalid as you have not actually connected me to yoyr network

    @VodafoneUK have taken to ignoring me now … still no service . I’ve paid for 4 days of absolutely nothing . No service , no connection , can’t contact clients, pay bills, deal with banks . All of it made impossible by vodaphone do NOT move your account to vodaphone

    @VodafoneUK I was then transferred to Ibrahim (a complaints manager) who was very rude & spoke over me. He told me he would not be applying a penny more than what was supposedly already applied #viral2023 @Ofcom (pt3)
