    @VodafoneUK what’s the rules on the 12 month handset upgrade. I ordered an iPhone 12 last October, but you had no stock, so didn’t get it to December. When can I upgrade? And will your stock issues last year mean I will have to wait this year again..?

  • ChrisJ401 Christopher John (@ChrisJ401) reported

    @VodafoneUK data single in SN2 has been god awful for about 48 hours and no 5G to be seen. Considering I pay for 5G and am not currently getting 5G….

  • BobbyMeechs Bobby Meeks (@BobbyMeechs) reported

    @VodafoneUK It’s the same wireless problem that you guys haven’t fixed or been interested in for almost 18 months now.

  • JohnArcher965 Johnathan Wilson (@JohnArcher965) reported

    @VodafoneUK Lol, opened a new account as a new customer, got the phone I wanted, at a cheaper price. Upgrading really is a scam.

  • chopper4oz philip trueman (@chopper4oz) reported

    @geoffasenna @VodafoneUK It's been an awful series

  • Redveerenmus Craig (@Redveerenmus) reported

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone is network Ben. I recently had a message to say there'd been problems and they were sorted. Apparently not Wa10 area

  • djalexgraham djalexgraham (@djalexgraham) reported

    @VodafoneUK That’s pretty poor customer service - especially when it’s not my fault. I was told it the device was in stock. That’s wasn’t the case. You advert says ‘the latest phone’, but because of the stock issue, I will NEVER have latest phone when I upgrade.

  • Calibraturbo Juli Anderson (@Calibraturbo) reported

    @VodafoneUK there seems to be an issue with the mast in the AB54 7RT area, we have had terrible signal and data speeds for almost a week now, please look into it.

  • HeidiJaneT2 Heidi in The Hills 💚 (@HeidiJaneT2) reported

    @VodafoneUK It works but if I Sign In with Apple account I will have to pay I assume?

  • troozers Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?
