@VodafoneUK OMG, The incompetence is still showing at every answer I get from Vodafone 😩 My service was disconnected on 29.11.2022 and I paid last bill on 4 Jan over the phone but it still wasn’t closed properly,hence missed payment on my credit score record

@VodafoneUK missed a call from your tech team as I was driving. 2 mins notice is not acceptable. The following message I got seemed to say that was the one and only call. If the issue does not resolve itself by a Friday I WILL CANCEL Monday.
