@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@eann_hie @HBPship @VodafoneUK Yes. Fortunately we switched at the distillery from Vodafone, so it's fine. Not able to work from home is a pain. The hot spots are being rapidly drained of data. It would be good if they could issue 4g routers if it is going to be a 2 week fix.

@VodafoneUK I have been a customer for at least 25 years and never had a problem. All of a sudden, no DD taken in October or November. You blamed my bank. On checking they can see the payment was not requested. I had to pay by secure link and was told it was failed. It was tried again…
