Thanks @VodafoneUK for reminding my why I should never use ISP-supplied kit. Your router simply does not work, and no amount of wasting my time with repeated factory-resets it is going to change that. Its going in the bin.

Horrific timing for @SkyUK to email a Customer Feedback Survey literally 5 minutes after my local area has a big internet outage. Thankfully I was able to tether to my phone, so big thanks to @VodafoneUK!

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup As much as I sympathise with the situation in Pakistan, where was this when Bangladesh was half under water couple of months ago? Wouldn’t the folks who wanted to get in touch with their family and friends needed this too? Or did not enough folks lose their lives to warrant help?

@VodafoneUK hi, can you please connect me with someone in customer services who can help with an issue? I've spent the past 48 hours unsuccessfully (and repeatedly) trying to resolve an issue for an elderly family member via tobi so having to resort to contacting you here.
