    @VodafoneUK who do I contact in regards to my Google pixel 6 pro. Had it just 2 weeks and not impressed. the phone gets so hot, keeps freezing, battery life is awful and I have to keep re starting it.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, but received a handset this morning - wrong handset but at least I know VF does have phones - & spent another hour speaking with 2 more resolution managers trying to sort it out, only to be told to ring back tomorrow. If you can do better, though, I'll gladly send a DM.

    @VodafoneUK I can't log into the Vodafone app due to errors everytime I try and I haven't received any emails that let me know my phone was even coming, and I haven't received my e-SIM. what do?

    @VodafoneUK is pants as a business provider; 2hrs yesterday to upgrade one phone on the account only for them to upgrade a completely different number, and the only way to change it is to delete and send phone back and start again. Madness. Awful.
