Has anyone else had issues with porting numbers over to @VodafoneUK I've had an issue for over 2 weeks now so haven't been able to contact my family and everytime I contact them they say 24 to 48 Hours been ongoing since 21st October

@VodafoneUK Hi 👋🏻 I have been speaking with the broadband team. I have a 2.4ghz smart heater that won’t connect as my router is 2.4/5ghz. They say I cannot have a separate account for 2.4ghz. This surely can’t be correct. Can someone help please

@VodafoneUK I spoke to your cancellation team but was never offered a chat with your retention team. I only drppped your BB because of continued poor performance due to, I suspect as a broadcast engineer, due to over contention in my area. In the evenings I have saved speed tests.

@reygar @VodafoneUK Yeah, unreal mate. Nobody has had any service in the area, messages back and forth with these, requesting images of no service, pics of failed phone calls etc. All while my Dad was in hospital out of town fighting for his life. We've lost him and the ******* phones start working
