    @VodafoneUK For two years you have charged me for watch connectivity that doesn’t work. I’ve tried to have this fixed or cancelled on numerous occasions and every time I’m told it’s fixed, and it isn’t. It is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

    @VodafoneUK Yes sure I can do it thru WiFi but if there is no data when you need it it’s of no use to me. I’ve seen this issue at least in Covent Garden for over 3 months now. Will drop a DM

I will definitely gonna file a legal thing in consumer courts for this, and you can listen to our call recordings.

    If anyone is thinking about using @VodafoneUK … DONT, the signal is appalling. I literally never have signal anywhere in and around central London.
