@VodafoneUK I'm chatting via Tobi as it appears that despite us giving the instruction on Saturday to cancel everything, the account is active even though we've never had service. Vodafone is utter abysmal. Who is to blame - staff or management?

@Ofcom Thank you. I've been in touch via phone today. This has been going on since January this year, this issue. It has been well over 3 years that I have been requesting the cable be replaced. I have issued a formal complaint to @VodafoneUK today.

Shoutout to @VodafoneUK for leaving my mother in law with no phone or internet for 11 days. She is in her mid 70s, has health issues and no way to contact anyone. No mobile phone. Completely isolated. My husband just keeps getting told "will be resolved within 48 hours" 😒
