@VodafoneUK Yes I’ve been on the phone 3 days for over an hour at a time. They sent me troubleshooting texts & none helped. It is now not notifying me if messages or WhatsApp’s. It’s very frustrating! I should be sent a new device. I’ve been a customer over 20 years.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup been waiting 30 mins to speak to an advisor about my non existent internet connection which was meant to arrive yesterday!!! Why haven’t you employed enough people to deal with these things?? Horrendous start to a home broadband service.
