@VodafoneUK hi I'm trying to cancel my Amazon prime video pass. When I try to proceed I get a message saying 'Sorry, we’re making a few tweaks. We’ll be back soon. We’re working hard to get it all done and dusted.' My pass auto renews on the 25th - I don't want it. What now?

@VodafoneUK is it possible to have the speeds we are getting but keep losing connection from the internet? We keep getting drop outs but when we check speeds they’re not too bad. Normally zoom meeting we notice it and my wife has noticed it working from home

Why can’t you give us a more accurate time @VodafoneUK and recognise that she is vulnerable & needs more support. She’s currently very upset & worried. I’m shocked as to how inaccessible your service is & that you have no mechanisms to offer support to those who need it

@VodafoneUK I want to get the curve tracker that you sell for my cat, he has a magnet on his collar that has to stay on there to help him get through the cat flap, do you know if this will affect the tracker and vice versa? Also I’m not with Vodafone, does that matter?
