@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

let it be known that despite being the biggest phone company in the uk, @VodafoneUK is ******* awful. been a week and theyve somehow mixed up switching my phone number to @VOXI_UK, their own company, with putting me on a £46 contract?! leaving them as soon as I can jesus christ

@VodafoneUK today's final solution is to cut off my broadband again and send a new router to me..... As many people on the community pages are suggesting , this is a deeper issue with Vodafone and us customers shouldn't be taken on this ridiculous journey to 'resolve' the problem

@VodafoneUK your credit checking system is broken. Never been refused credit in my life. Never missed a payment on multiple credit cards, mortgage etc. Credit checking service gives me highest rating. Yet you refused me a £35 a month broadband connection.
