    @fulltimeopinion @VodafoneUK Going round in circles with them. It’s beyond a joke. They make it so difficult to cancel your contract when you’re already out of contract!

    @VodafoneUK We were expected to go live on the 11th April. I’ve been on call to your technical support team for 1hr 30 minutes and nothing is getting me anywhere. I’ve been told to unscrew the screws on my open reach DSL and now I’ve hung up the call because I’m getting nowhere

    Absolutely poor service from @VodafoneUK home broadband. Gone from 50mbps, to 20mbps to nothing. I cannot work with no internet! Unfortunately this is the 10th I’ve had issues either fix your poor network or I’m going elsewhere. #terrible #shoddyservice

    @VodafoneUK You shut off my data and said it was temporarily suspended but didn’t give a reason then yesterday I phoned up to ask why and I was told to pay £150 of the bill and it would be unlocked so I did and it didn’t work! Then I call again and you hang up on me! Ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone broadband is not bad. But their customer service department is well below par was on the phone to them for 2.5 hour's yesterday over 2 calls and still not sorted
