    Hey @VodafoneUK I hope I could get my issue solved when I call tomorrow as advised. It’s odd to get a bill of broadband service when you don’t even have the service in the area.

    Day 18 of no home broadband @VodafoneUK - been promised that it would be fixed 10x over, and still nothing. Then when being asked to speak to a manager, he told me that “I’ve experienced the same issues here in Egypt” WHAT!?

    @VodafoneUK If you'd have replied sooner, that may have helped. But the five hours you ignored me did not help. And you still haven't answered the question as to whether you even make these types of phone calls.

    @VodafoneUK worst support service going. Over 12 years of being a customer as well, and the support I have received to has been rubbish.

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to get my bill sorted from I upgraded. I've lost count with how many people I've spoken too and everytime I'm advised that the bill is corrected. Yet the next month the same thing happens and I'm over charged! Also no update to my complaint?!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup They did. And it wasn’t anywhere as good as I can get through Carphobe warehouse. Nowhere close. Even with your network.
