    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Honestly, you just have to be (un)lucky. I had problems with EE who couldn't be bothered to diagnose my problem at their end, moved to 3 who couldn't get WiFi working on tube. Went to Voda where everything worked but then had issues going from PAYG to Contract.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I'm sure the Prime Minister has a friend who can attend to your problem. It probably won't be a telecoms expert, it's unlikely to be competent and it will be expensive. But that's ok isn't it? Why not give him a call?

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Actually on this he is right Vodafone customer service especially on the phone is very poor not so bad online chat but it does take a long time to get anything sorted.
