    Just spoke to the most uninterested person at @VodafoneUK when asking for my PAC codes and she told me I couldnt get them for a another month. Didnt even bother to ask me why I wanted to leave and then when I asked her if she wanted to know why she cut me off. Awful service

    @VodafoneUK Waiting for Openreach to come fix my BB. Outages getting worse every day over the last week. Full 24h down yesterday, hour of service this morning, then down again. Used all of my phone data. Trying to wfh and do uni work. Never had issues with prev provider, very disappointing.
