@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK you continue to say my town has good 4G coverage. Right now, in the town centre, there are between 1-2 bars on 4G outdoors and only 3G indoors. Very poor indeed.

I will definitely gonna file a legal thing in consumer courts for this, and you can listen to our call recordings.

@VodafoneUK switch to Vodafone Broadband they said, great! Activation date of 27/01 was set up well in advance, our existing broadband turned off that date but no Vodafone broadband. New date of 03/02. Why not tell us? Im now without broadband and I work from home. Extremely poor

Such a shame @VodafoneUK got greedy, they literally had to do the bare minimum to keep me as a customer, a customer of well over a decade. Instead they try sneaking in extra charges, move goalposts to suit them. Odd behaviour as it was money for nothing for them.

@VodafoneUK when Vodafone try and send you to @CISASUK without a deadlock letter !! I left Vodafone 5 months ago paid all bills proof of statements but they claim they never received money now my credit file is damaged and defaulted and staff keep putting phone down
