  @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

  @VodafoneUK My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is included with my contract and shows active on the Vodafone webpage but not on the APP, but my Microsoft account says the subscription expired on Feb 3. I need help to sort this as I can't play games on Xbox App due to "no subscription".
