@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK 'Noon, our broadband keeps cutting out, at least once per day recently; the line this end is new, and this has only become a problem since the upgrade from 30(ish)mb to 70(ish)mb, could this be looked in to ?

@Thebaldedblue @VodafoneUK That’s what I got as well. I just closed the app, I felt quite insulted!! I enter most the competitions and never win a thing. Even the instant win ones, I always get “sorry not this time”

@VodafoneUK Will do. Obviously the network does have the info (hence police enquiries can access texts) but I now understand that this is not routinely used for spam reporting. Another time I will keep the message/number for reporting. Thanks.

@VodafoneUK Just got a robot voicemail from +442970552569 that sounded like it cut in half way through talking about not being able to use my national insurance number anymore 🤔 100% a scam they get weirder and weirder. Or people are desperate and stupid
