@VodafoneUK your internet server for broadband has got to be THE WORST I've ever experienced in the UK, every 2 days for the last week it's cut out for hours at a time, that's not including all the drop outs and hang ups we have experienced in the past, absolutely terrible!!!

@VodafoneUK Well I am on the phone to your complaints who say it's not you and they don't seem to care. so I am being billed monthly from people claiming to be you telling me my bill is ready and it's not you they said !!! Wtf. I have 9 more months to put up with this till my contract is up

@VodafoneUK no wonder customer service ratings are so low! You have messed us about for 2 months regarding our broadband. Despite giving us activation dates, you then cancel! It’s a joke!
