    @VodafoneUK Please send me a copy of your complaints procedure. I have been on live chat since 20:44 and have just been logged out for the third time, despite sending message at least once every 2 mins. The latest in a long line of problems - a complaint is going to OFCOM.

    @VodafoneUK you were meant to move my number from PAYG to Pay Monthly - due to be completed on 16 Feb. Now I have ‘No Service’ unable to make or receive calls. Can you look into this?

    Avoid @VodafoneUK. Nothing but problems with them! I go from having intermittent signal issues to having no network connection at all!

    @GCzerniawski @VodafoneUK I had the same a few years ago and switched to EE - much better though I've changed my Dad's account to Pennymobile and they use EE network - really cheap and good reviews
