@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK - could you explain why your wait times to speak to an adviser are always at least an hour, if not two? I'm constantly told it'll be 20 minutes by your web advisers, but my shortest wait time was an hour and 20 minutes? It's legit the worst customer service I've had.

@VodafoneUK been without broadband pro since last night. Been on hold for 57mins trying to get through to someone. You're quick to take money but not quick to help when the customer has a problem! A bit if customer service would be nice

So on hold now with no comment back from @VodafoneUK complaints for almost 1 hour - call so far including wait time 1.5 hours - & that’s on top of 2 hours + this morning, everyone promising to fix the problem & up until this point dumping me onto someone else 🤬. C’mon - step up.

@VodafoneUK Spent all day on hold 2 cust service as brdbnd down. Online chat not working. 1st call 50 min on hold 2 be cut off, 2nd 30 min cut off, now 1hr 30 min & if I have 2 hear 1 more time "we're really busy at the moment, sorry for the delay" I will scream. Answer the phone
