    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @ThreeUK merging with @VodafoneUK is the worst idea you’ve ever had. Have you seen how they treat their customers? My mum has spent most of this year in hospital and they sent bailiffs AFTER confirming her contract was cancelled. They’re appalling #customerexperience

    @VodafoneUK After one hour with your useless chat bot, I've given up. It sucks the life out of you. I can't login to 'my Vodafone'. Nothing has worked. Multiple requests for a security code. I've received none. This ain't the future of on-line security. Hopeless. I just gave up

    @VodafoneUK Yes that is where I got the I don't care attitude from. I'm coming up for a contract renewal and just want to look at way to reduce costs. Having said that one of your agents sorted out a problem where I was charged for something I had cancelled he did it quickly and efficiently

    @VodafoneUK I ended my contract within 14 days period of signing it. Even though it got canceled but standing instructions from my bank account hasn’t been removed. Made a complaint on call centre still issue not resolved

    @VodafoneUK I have now spent 2 hours trying to upgrade my contract and have still not been successful. I am now so angry I wish to cancel my contract! As it seems impossible to actually speak to someone in person please could you advise how to do this!!

    I here there are merger talks with @VodafoneUK and Three. Three defiantly gets the better deal, while Vodafone gets a bunch of Students and no signal

    @VodafoneUK I just spent nearly 2hrs online being passed about/waiting to ‘speak’ to 3 different teams - to be told I cannot cancel my own account until 12/10. Why? 2hrs I won’t get back!
