    Getting an upgrade that isn't stupidly expensive for a good package with @VodafoneUK is ridiculously difficult. Been trying to find one and staff at customer services have also been so rude :(

    And so I went to a 3rd party website to get a better Beal on a @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup contract and better than #Vodafone could offer a loyal customer of ten years. How **** is that really. The problems it causes are silly 😡😡😡

    @Charlie_Salter @VodafoneUK Just to let you know (in case you do manage to get out of your Vodafone contract), I believe Three are the only UK mobile network where you get your own external IP (albeit dynamic), rather than carrier-grade NAT.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK I hope you have better customer service than we do. 9 days later and still no contact! The road and pavements are like swiss cheese, and they just seem to want to make more holes! @CityFibre are you looking to go into strip mining or something?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve ordered an iPhone 12 pro, I’ve been waiting 10+ days and they’ve updated this saying I’ll find out in another 10 days. All I wanted to know from the store (Workington) was if I could cancel my order and come back next week to the store and get one on the day from there?

    Switching from BT broadband to @VodafoneUK because BT have dreadful customer service. Completed the order with Vodafone this evening and was gonna call BT back tomorrow to quit, but Vodafone beat me too it. It’s like new partner did the breaking up with the ex on my behalf!
