It took many more months to have it resolved, to their satisfaction, at my cost, for their error!! Would not recommend Vodaphone at all.

Anyway, I just got a £6 roaming charge and disputed it on the grounds that they didn't provide the actual service they were selling. Credit applied!

Everyday I report their many calls and block numbers - next day the calls are from an apparent different location & number - why should I change my number with it’s hassle ??
