@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

@VodafoneUK Having contacted Social Media team direct my wife has been told they can't help! She's spent hours trying to stay with Vodafone but nobody can give her the deal they offered her - how ridiculous is that? Looks like @lebara will gain another customer shortly.

My @EE 4G internet is down again, making working from home damn near impossible! - every few weeks this is happening and repair estimates always 12-16 hours… can’t say I have the same issue with @VodafoneUK #switchincomming

@VodafoneUK I was told that you wont reconnect me Even tho you have recorded calls? I called 3 & although they aren’t signed up 2 essential broadband scheme, same charges for my first year & will be connected tomorrow! Clearly superior service provider compared to Vodafone’s stress & 🐮💩!

Why is @DHLParcelUK so goddamn awful? They don’t answer any messages, their phones are all robots and there is no way to contact them. They’ve had a parcel for a week now and instead of delivering it have ‘interventions’. @VodafoneUK are useless dealing with the issue too.

Very frustrating time dealing with @VodafoneUK - cannot add more data for use abroad until contract expires in July bc it's old type of contract. I'm travelling in May. Didn't know this when taking out the contract. Their solution? Buy a sim card from someone else. Go figure.
