    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @VodafoneUK Still waiting for them to respond to a complaint made 18 days ago.... looks like finding another provider will be the easier option as a loyal customer of over 10 years with 3 lines obviously isn't worth your time!! Thanks anyway

    Anyone else on @VodafoneUK network & have their broadband getting ridiculously slow speeds on WiFi and mobile data? Nothing loads, the speeds are nowhere near what we were promised even via ethernet cable. Husband has been told to monitor for 24 hours but it's not looking good 😫

    @VodafoneUK Everyday essential except between 21:00 and 21:30, when the router resets itself and all connection is lost. Every night, without fail lol

    Hi @VodafoneGroup and @VodafoneUK, your Ghanaian subsidiary @VodafoneGhana is really really trash when it comes to internet service provision. Very horrible. I cannot even make a normal whatsapp call.

    @VodafoneUK Please read the chain of tweets above. I' explained repeatedly that I could not get through on this number. After a lot of time spent on this issue I've finally got a call scheduled for tomorrow. However I made a complaint because I'm very dissatisfied.
