@VodafoneUK Why do you have to cancel my existing entertainment choice while you’re upgrading my contract? I’ve got Prime with my plan but it was cancelled last week I upgraded my plan even the new one has a choice of entertainment. I think it’s breach of contract.

@VodafoneUK I'm trying to reach someone to arrange engineer to come and fix our broadband cable, which was cut through accidentally by neighbours. I just can't chat either to speak someone as everybody is busy 😕 it's urgent as we have no Internet connection .
