    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @sianelss @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with them no signal for over a month! You are protect under the consumer rights 2015! Need any help gimmie a shout!

    @VodafoneUK #OpenReach Why does my son have 2wait 4over 10 weeks to get his new broadband supplied by u guys? He’s a brand new customer, in a house that has NO broadband atm, how can he work from home without any internet? This is NOT good customer service, he is NOT very happy😳

    @VodafoneUK how can I make a complaint and speak to someone in the UK? I have had no internet for over a week now and open reach are doing a terrible job and I'm getting no where with Vodafone as well.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

    @VodafoneUK I ported my network to Vodafone last week. The switch was supposed to happen on the 3rd. My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.

    @simonplantphoto @VodafoneUK What app was that obtained through. I am having Vodafone issues and using cellmapper to work out what cell I am connected too and it's strength. Also I think Vodafone ignore x now

    Breaking News @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @SMARTYMobileUK Currently there is a scam going on for upgrading your account to 5G because of signal issues! These 3 companies of HUTCHINSON 3G don’t care about its customers in fact they have sold their database with every ones numbers on

    @VodafoneUK hiding their customer service behind a paywall. I want to talk to you about my bill, but I can’t talk to you about my bill unless I pay what you decide i owe. Counting down the days to freedom! 🤮 awful experience start to finish, would not recommend.
