@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK hi I’ve had a problem with my broadband router with it dieing, power keeps going other than that the line is fine. Went through web chat yesterday was told I would get a call within 4 hours yesterday and arrange a new router. Just got a text saying fault is resolved?

@rnewham @VodafoneUK Yeah mine went off around then too. Thanks not just me then. Impossible to get to speak to someone and the guy on chat just kept telling me to reset my router. Poor support.

@VodafoneUK hi I have been now on two calls and my second calls for nearly a hour and half. Both calls get disconnected half way though speaking to a member of your team. This is awful customer service. Please help me!
