@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

@VodafoneUK I ring as I have no mobile data, you send a link to access a website to sort my problem! I have no mobile data - if you weren’t aware, that means I can’t use the internet! Now I’m home, your virtual assistant is confused and I’ve held for 39 mins and got cut off!

@VodafoneUK Hi. I'm having significant issues with my internet. I'm paying for 74Mpbs but it's averaging 10-15 during the day and maxes out at 28 in the evening if I'm lucky. Connection drops repeatedly all day. Not having much joy with online chat...
