@MICHELLEJDUDA @VodafoneUK We had talk talk before and they were bad to begin with so I expect it’s just teething problems but it’s the not getting hold of anyone that’s been the problem. No live chat, phone message saying they might no answer today (rang at 9am) and they only responded once I tweeted!

@VodafoneUK - URGENTLY need help. Engineer didnt turn up, turns out order was never completed by the customer service team. Customer service have been no help. Now a month without phone and broadband. AWFUL customer service. Need an engineer ASAP
