@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@ViCustomerCare @vodafone @VodafoneUK Enough of wrong doing & misleading On VI website it is mentioned 9820011110 is the Voicemail box number for mumbai circle, whenever qI divert call to this it doesn't work, qone of VI told this no. doesn't belong to VI, then what is VI VMS number?

@wmarybeard @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue in a town just outside Cambridge. Had to bite the bullet and get a contract with a different provider (Virgin Media). Managed to get a refund & some compensation from Vodafone but was rage inducing nonetheless.

@wmarybeard @VodafoneUK Firstly you will be entitled to compensation-won’t help you now I know but I ended up with nearly 1 free year from Plusnet for something similar. But you can attach your mobile to your laptop and run that from the phones 5G. Google it for instructions how

My network provider is @EE (supposed to be the best) when I get into city centre Manchester it's absolutely shocking. I'm working on the towers they have basements go down to B1 no signal yet 2 of the lads 1 on @O2 the other one @VodafoneUK can go to B2 still get a signal. Smart
