@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK - Even more fun today. Got a call back from customer services at almost 2pm after trying to find out since 10am if a promised installation would be taking place - their response was 'we haven't given you that date'! But they did, now it seems someone cancelled it.

@Karen_karenelee @VodafoneUK 😡annoying! I wasted 3 hours trying to work out why my Wi-Fi was down on Sunday, to discover that it was VDF’s fault…no word from them at any point, and no answer to my call! I share your pain. Hope you get sorted….

@VodafoneUK Hello , thanks for contacting me . I tried the phone based customer support , but I didn't get any resolution . Just a suggestion that the handset might not be VOIP compatible. How can we know definitively if this is a handset problem .

@OldPeacock1972 @VodafoneUK Started locally removing 3G and the network service has been awful - strangely enough, my 11 year olds phone is on @VOXI_UK (£12 a month!) and he has a far stronger network signal…… and guess who provides Voxi their network 🫣

Just received a notification from @VodafoneUK that my price plan will be going up by 13.9%! WTF! Thank God, all my contracts are coming to an end this month, might be time to move!!! I’m just curious, are they paying their staff, 13% more? #AskingForAFriend
