    @VodafoneUK No need, your complaint team fixed it for me after I advise I wanted to raise a higher level escalation complaint. It seems that's the only way to get things sorted with your company as your billing team are so incompetent 🙄

    @VodafoneUK My mum was missold a new pay monthly contract as she was told her old contract would incur EU data roaming charges. She has tried to call Vodafone from abroad to cancel this (within 14d) but that number going to an automated bot. How can she contact you to cancel?
