    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking experience today - you've lost a loyal customer. bounced between three people, spent an hour agreeing a new deal only to be told the system couldnt process it and then passed to a complaints team who ignored me.

    @photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK I took Vodafone to arbitration and got awarded compensation their customer service standards were that poor, email a complaint to their CEO with threat of the ombudsman, it'll be sorted within 24 hours.
