    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @VodafoneUK That's great but if I'm not on the jubilee line? I'm a woman who travels alone a lot and you've removed connection to help, and a feeling of security. No notice, no reduction in bills? (in fact prices went up) it feels a bit underhand when you hold so much usage data.

    @VodafoneUK Wasn’t after upgrade info, just generally curious as to why your ‘deals’ are so expensive. Big difference in the cost of retaining a customer and acquiring a new one.

    .@VodafoneUK just spent over two hours on your pathetic chat service with zero help. Complete and utter waste of time. Slow replies, zero knowledge, broken English and deliberately breaking the law trying to make it extremely difficult to access my account. Seriously disgraceful.
