@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

@VodafoneUK Tried that. Your payment recognition is slower than my bank. It took an hour and 3 advisors to find that out. I'm paying £50pcm for a 100mbps gigacube that delivers 25mbps on a really good day and 2mbps on a bad one. im currently looking for another provider.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom one of the worst customer service. My issue been hanging for the past 72 hrs and every agent from contact center have its own theory to my issue. No one is taking any sort of ownership to my case and there has been not a single action of curtesy taken yet.
