    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @VodafoneUK such poor customer service I've phoned up to upgrade my 4 devices and explained I wanted to save money yet the idiot on the phone was no help and upped my bill no I'm going to be leaving can you assist me with this as phone lines are not working

    @WildOne2589 @VodafoneUK Yep, same thing with me. Can receive calls but none going out. Just spoken to someone and it looks like it's a problem somewhere as they're getting a lot of calls with the same issue

    @VodafoneUK Are you going to put out an announcement saying that your Onenet system is down. There's a lot of angry business owners losing money because you are having problems with the Vodafone network.

    @VodafoneUK after speaking to one of your advisers I am now out of contract and thank god I am! how I spoke to was rude after finding a deal with 02 for cheaper I was told for the sake of a £52 a year I might as well stay I hope 02 have better customer service.

    @VodafoneUK I haven't official moved in yet and your engineer is coming between 1pm-6pm. Too vague! I'm meant to stand around for 5 hours? This isn't very good service!
