    @VodafoneUK best Worst broadband provider. Every advisor tells you something different and puts you in a different queue. Wasted hours on chats to **** Tobi and on calls.

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre Router and box fitted by an engineer in my flat yesterday. Was told a problem with the city fibre coming into the large green box outside. Reported it. Today I’m told my order has been cancelled. By MISTAKE! New apt. Made for 31st!! WTF?

    @TheReturnOfLCF @VodafoneUK @ee call centre staff nearly all WFH from home now, have done since about 2 weeks into April 2020. They are bang on with support and don't suffer from such issues. Being as they are a communications technology company and all that.

    @VodafoneUK I'm trying to upgrade my broadband. I call the number in my letter, and it tells me to speak using your online chat, which seems to be down. I've tried using upgrading online, and it's the same issue.

    Oh dear @VodafoneUK - Looks like Apple failed basic vulnerable customer dealing and breached code of conduct surrounding Ofcom General Conditions. One complaint already with ADR. Three more outstanding. £350 a pop these cost you, don't they? What about fines for non compliance?
