    @VodafoneUK two phone calls over the last month each lasting one hour. A promise of compensation for awful service. Still heard nothing. Tried 5x times today to speak to a human but bot doesn’t recognise ‘ongoing problem’ so keeps cutting me off. Help please I’m at my wits end.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They treated my dad absolutely appalling. Would not speak to me despite me offering more health information than necessary. Brother had to drive seriously sick dad 20miles to a shop AND THEY STILL COCKED IT UP. Extremely bizarrely unprofessional customer care

    @VodafoneUK it is impossible to get hold of anyone at Vodafone UK these days. Been on hold now for a total of 3 hours today... Connected via live chat to be told my number doesn't exist.... And then disconnected. Despite being a loyal customer with the same number for 28 years

    @VodafoneUK Vodaphone are disgraceful the way they treat their customers we cancelled our contract 2 months ago & paid upto date now we've received another bill for nearly £50.00 we can't open the email bill, we are unable to reply by email or phone as we get no response so angry

    @VodafoneUK Experiencing complete fibre broadband outage in Milton Keynes MK14 area. Have done usual diagnostics, off/on again etc. Please can you advise if CityFibre are aware and taking action? Stay cool and safe.

    @VodafoneUK After the problem with Voicemail yesterday, it is now telling me I’ve reverted to standard service. What exactly does that mean? Have settings been changed automatically? I hadn’t altered anything.
