@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK Listen I tried to do that and those options never showed. Your customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. So can actually help me find those options on these useless bots, instead of hiding behind them.

@VodafoneUK Hello, the Twitter images/video issue is not due to app caches/storage, or doing a manual roam reset. It's also preventing any Microsoft website or app from loading properly, something in your network has changed as it's also affecting AsdaMobile. 2 days no email now!

Hey @VodafoneUK that’s four days now that media won’t load on Twitter. Been through your tech team this morning and through the sim card in/out, reset, clear cache, etc. Nothing has resolved the issue. Can you help sort this out for me please @akaollie1903

@VodafoneUK What’s the point of that exactly? It’s not working on any of my 3 different phones but you would already know that right? There’s thousands of unhappy customers saying the same thing for the past 4 days. It can’t be that hard to fix surely. It works fine on 3G and using vpn

@VodafoneUK having a few issues with Twitter on your roaming data (not loading images) - I’ve reinstalled the app and went onto airplane mode for about 30 seconds and off but no luck yet. I tried to DM my details over but the bot kept suggesting unrelated articles. Any advice?

@VodafoneUK Also I can only access twitter via the app. When trying to load it on chrome for example nothing happens. Is that a known issue too?
