@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

Absolutely appalled by the customer service from @VodafoneUK today over an hour on chat, upgrade agreed, credit check done to then be told the phone is out of stock and can't be ordered? What a waste of my time and your agents and i've a credit check on my account with no goods!

@VodafoneUK Utterly shambolic from your network. Told I could have a discount with my wife working for NHS. Failed to be applied and now to be told that I'm outside the 30 day period to apply the discount. This is only because of your errors. I've been lied to repeatedly.

@bmc395 @Retro70sChild @VodafoneUK I waited on hold for 1hr 10mins or so and was told open reach are completing some work and fixing an ‘issue’ Max wait time for internet up 24 hours hours, but should be back on ‘tonight’, whatever that means (also in Kent)
