@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@davvyk @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK made such a mess of things that its been 5hrs and I don't know if I'm stuck with a new contract or not.....it was a real mess. Wish I'd know about the PUK code thing. Will find out and cancel tomorrow

Phoned @VodafoneUK at 4pm to cancel my contract. Tried to leave but they talked me into a deal on a phone by 5pm.....trying to process that deal at 6pm (the assistants home time) and the phone goes dead Phone back once kids in bed, wait in a queue for 2hrs and they hang up

@VodafoneUK I’ve done that, my point is you’ve disconnected me and then I’m expected to just await a call back, you’ve left me without a working phone. Surely this should be a manned phone line where I can get the problem resolved asap.

My 2nd spell with @VodafoneUK which so far has been for almost 4 months isn't great. My phone signal at home is **** and now my account is stuck in collections despite payments being fully up to date (been late once but it's paid) so can't get a new sim card.

2/2 ...so, do I want to stay with @VodafoneUK?....after they raised my bill by £25pm because my contract ended? As a loyal customer, one would think that they would want to retain them when there are so many competitors!

@VodafoneUK worse service for 48 hours. Spoken to 5 different people and my broadband is still broken. Why do you only have two songs to play to people on hold? Now I hate Adele. Customer of 17 years ready to move to sky! @Adele
