@VodafoneUK took out a 30 day contract and told to phone to cancel next day so it doesn’t roll over. Then told I can’t cancel until after the payment has processed. Now told I have to give 30 days notice so minimum contract is 45 days not 30!

@EE I CANNOT make calls in my village. Had to call emergency services the other night and the signal dropped, couldn’t hold a call, had to call from dads phone @VodafoneUK with no signal issues. @EE says signal is fine. Why don’t you come to the village and see for yourselves!

@VodafoneUK Placed a new order yesterday before the cut of for next day delivery. Hasn’t even been dispatched and now I’m being told Monday for delivery. What sort of joke is this, is there nothing Vodafone can do to get the phones to the customer on time, there is a DPD service on weekend

Over 2 weeks from the date we were told our broadband would be connected and still nothing. Poor communication with absolutely no proactive attempt from @vodafoneuk to contact us about the delays and seemingly unable to provide any contact details to complain…

@VodafoneUK I Messaged an Aviser at 4.02 so far my only response was to ask for security information which I sent at 4.22. It's now 5.02 and I have had no meaningful response! The problem is in the network and needs escalating to Openreach
