    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @sianelss @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with them no signal for over a month! You are protect under the consumer rights 2015! Need any help gimmie a shout!

    @VodafoneUK @vodafone Without doubt, the worst provider! May I suggest you actually check when bills are paid, in stead of sending messages threatening late fees & limited services! Concentrate on given the service you promise for the outrageous prices you charge! Thieves!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK have done the exact same sort of thing to me. It took me about 2 years and around 20-30 calls to cancel

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss. The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

    @VodafoneUK you’re customer care is absolutely appalling, I’ve been trying to contact customer support to speak to someone via tobi and by phone for 4 hours now and still haven’t gotten any contact with anyone

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the worst time with them, my dad wanted to take over my mom's account, after her death, as his first cell phone. They made it impossible. He finally gave up and got a new number 😞

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @VodafoneUK Feeling bad for being annual subscriber since it's original inception in India as Hutch Venture then Vodafone Idea combine. Promises 5g buying 5G plans and 5G enabled devices but experience 4G speed. select cities get 5G 1/3

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been in London for 24 hours at the @wembleystadium area and my signal has been appalling. 5G is constantly available but my phone has been useless. Currently on @greeneking wifi to actually make my phone useful!
