    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @VodafoneUK really shoddy service on 21gb pay as you go bundle bought at Tesco.V short time of expiry down to 7 gb! then when activated even that didn't give me more than 50mb or so. Rang helpdesk couldn't help despite 20 mins at my expense.@Tesco 15-20 mins fiddling but no help

    @VodafoneUK hello Vodafone. Apparently I need to ask for a full de-provision/re-provision or disconnect/reconnect of my sim card. It never picks up 5G although my plan and phone support it and very poor 4G performance. How do I arrange that without sitting on hold for ages?

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for getting back to me but I've tried that and it didn't do anything. I can't access the chat at all, apparently 'something went wrong', you're 'terribly sorry' and are 'working hard to fix it!'. I'll wait.

    @VodafoneUK our home FTTP broadband has been down since 11am this morning and the service checker says it was due to be fixed at 17:23 but it's not back yet - will we get a partial refund for the service outage?

    @VodafoneUK I don't think your website is very well. Trying to upgrade and can't get through the checkout, 'something went wrong' with the chat function and now I can't even log out of the site. Not the best for customer retention.

    @VodafoneUK Feel the connection? Not really. Tried contacting TOBi on 3 different devices, no chat box comes up. Have tried calling 3 times, every time automated system sends a text with a weblink to... TOBi. Shoddy customer service and I can't use my phone in the meantime.
