    @VodafoneUK I can honestly say that Vodafone very me rewards is a complete a gimmick I have been playing for more then several years and I have never won a prize shame!

    So annoyed that @CityFibre and @VodafoneUK continue to disappoint. Flaky broadband and weak WiFi signal on even the most expensive plan, and the mobile data backup doesn't work as there is no signal where we live. But they have the monopoly so there is no choice. #pathetic

    The best thing about being an @VodafoneUK customer is knowing that your service physically couldn't get any worse unless they actually come to your house and steal your phone or follow you around slapping you every time you try to make a call

    @VodafoneUK Tried different browsers. Issue isn't accessing the page. Error occurs after submitting the request for the replacement SIM.

    @VodafoneUK I've spent over an hour with your team running 'extra checks'. I gave them 8 postcodes from all over the country and they were all down. It's hopeless. Days without being able to use this phone. My wife the same. Very, very poor customer service.

    Dear @VodafoneUK after screwing up my account last December and overcharging me by £28 on every bill since, you've now ballsed up my @SpotifyUK as well. I can't log on to Spotify as it says I don't have an active account, but I can't register as my email already exists. HELP.

    @VodafoneUK No. It's not my SIM. I'm just trying to help an elderly person who lives pretty far away from a Vodafone store and can't visit store. Self help isn't working for the person as the page is down. Why can't this be fixed?
