    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @sianelss @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with them no signal for over a month! You are protect under the consumer rights 2015! Need any help gimmie a shout!

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @ThingsByNik @VodafoneUK Apparently they are doing some work on the mast in Rainhill village which might be affecting it. Mine has been poor since I switched 6 months ago. It’s practically a dead signal when I’m in Dentons Green watching FC St Helens. Disappointing

    @VodafoneUK how can I make a complaint and speak to someone in the UK? I have had no internet for over a week now and open reach are doing a terrible job and I'm getting no where with Vodafone as well.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.

    How can we get out of our contract early with you @VodafoneUK ? You are not providing us with a service ...we are paying good money for no internet whatsoever, we ring your god awful scripted customer call lines and its groundhog day ... 2 weeks of this rubbish

    @CityFibre @Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have and they are working with you. Hopefully we get a resolution in less than 2 weeks this time! As you will see from my complaint my experience is not an isolated one. Please take some ownership

    @VodafoneUK is there a problem with the network today? I’ve got an unlimited data SIM in a dongle and the internet is lagging like crazy, can’t do anything 🤨
