    @SurreyBo @VodafoneUK I just went a signal!! I live very close to the EE mast and was fine until they fixed it in September!! Some days I have 1 bar, the mast is at the end of my street!!

    @VodafoneUK still no broadband this morning. Can you please confirm if openreach issue is ongoing ? Wfh is quite difficult without broadband.

    @VodafoneUK how rubbish is your customer support? Your company blacklisted my daughters brand new phone in “ERROR” and 11 days later still refusing to unblacklist it! 2 hours on the phone yesterday, another hour of my life wasted so far this morning #youshouldbeashamed

    Hey @VodafoneUK can you please cast your eyes over this and help me out. 2nd attempt at switching to eSIM, and 2nd (different) fail. I now have no signal, which is only slightly worse than when I do have signal to be fair.

    @VodafoneUK just DM’d you. Broadband still down in Ashford Kent. Was told @WeAreOpenreach had an issue which was due to be fixed by 8pm. No luck do you have any update ?

    @VodafoneUK Don't trust this company. They are taking money from NHS workers and not supplying a service. They are under investigation by regulators,dont waste money on these scammers.
