@VodafoneUK every time I upgrade my phone and sign a new contract do you then send an email a month later saying the monthly tariff is going up. I’m stuck in the contract so can’t do anything yet you seem to think it’s fine to treat your customers like they don’t matter.

@DaveChopping @VodafoneUK Same with us and then they have the cheek to say its to ensure you have the best connection. We still only get 3g if you go to the upstairs bedroom and hang out of the window.

@VodafoneUK Just got an S21 Ultra ON vodafone (came from EE) and 4G performance is shockingly slow regardless of location. Streaming continously buffering and download of apps at snails pace. 4G was great on my S9. Are people experiencing the same??
