@VodafoneUK aand the internet goes down for 20 minutes -AGAIN- If anyone reading this is remotely considering these jokers for internet access, don't. Leaving the contract in March. Sick of this and their horrific "customer service".

@VodafoneUK When my dad had his phone stolen today he contacted Vodafone webchat to upgrade. I was nervous he would be overwhelmed by the process but I am so grateful he got through to Gemma who normally works in the Sunderland store. Super amazing service pls pass on my thanks!

@VodafoneUK I live on an apparently strong 5g area and the Gigacube router has an unusable internet connection. Struggles to load pictures on webpages with supposedly 100+ Mbps. Spent 4 hours talking to Vodafone customer service and if anything it's even worse now.

@VodafoneUK sat at home once again with no broadband service but my router saying everything is ok. Numerous calls and chats to tech support and 2 Openreach visits and still not reliable service (Superfast 2)! Making working from home and home schooling a nightmare!
