2/3: That page says nothing about phishing calls at all. But offers Anonymous Caller Rejection and/or Caller Display - neither of which would actually stop the problem, @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK once again poor customer service. Called up re an upgrade as it’s due been told the cheapest contract is £57 a month for the upgrade I want when I can get it in your site for £45 & elsewhere for £37 then put the phone down on me when I ask to talk to someone else🤭🥵

@VodafoneUK exactly how many times does my vulnerable mother in law have to contact you asking for her NUC? She has filled in forms, been given reference numbers, told it will definitely be given by the 22/01...your customer service is a disgrace!

@VodafoneUK seriously guys sort it out! I've been guaranteed on 3 separate occasions that my WiFi will be fixed, first guarantee was last week Wednesday, then today and now tomorrow. This is ridiculous. It's been a whole week since our service was supposed to have started!
