    Completely lashing out to @VodafoneUK customer service online and it is the second time I’m being placed in the queue again. Two months trying to fix an issue, then when you confront their uselessness they put you back in the queue and run away.

    @BBCWatchdog @VodafoneUK we’ve had the phone put down by your colleagues twice. We’ve had an on going problem for over a year. Something we originally told was a scam and to ignore, which has led to debt on the account when we’ve always paid, and TRIED to pay this other bill.

    @VodafoneUK After reporting a streaming fault on Sunday I sit here with nothing at all. Please take your head out of the sand, accept there's a major issue with your Broadband and sort it. This buffering issue and being unable to download Google Play updates is widespread.

    let it be known that despite being the biggest phone company in the uk, that @VodafoneUK ******* awful. been a week and theyve somehow mixed up switching my phone number to @VOXI_UK, their own company, to putting me on a £46 contract?! cancelling as soon as I can jesus christ

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I wasn’t trying to cancel over social media, simply pointing out poor service! Everytime I call these numbers it’s impossible to speak to an actual person! Can you advise how I can connect and not be referred to Toby!!!!
