    Still no answer, over an 1 hour later and one tweet reply from @VodafoneUK. It’s poor service, really poor

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @sianelss @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with them no signal for over a month! You are protect under the consumer rights 2015! Need any help gimmie a shout!

    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

    @VodafoneUK #vodafone I was getting help from a customer service member and in the middle of our conversation the team member said it's now 8:00pm I've finished my shift and disconnected the call before I could reply. Is this normal from Vodafone?

    @VodafoneUK need to return a phone Apple that had a replacement battery that is not working. I want to phone the store unable to I cannot get back until after my holiday in two weeks time what do I do?

    @VodafoneUK I thought in this day and age you were supposed to give me notice of any increase in price. I had my new bill today and it has gone up. I wasn't aware of any in reasonable due. Also it has never happened at this time of the year.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!
