  @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

  @VodafoneUK how can someone in one of your stores change my account from personal to sole trader is beyond me. Now saying I can’t upgrade until this is changed but no one willing to sort it out. Such poor service received in store today and through chat line

  I can’t believe that @VodafoneUK won’t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thats appalling they can if they wanted to ...this company have recently been fined by Ofcom for horrendous customer failings so do esculate your complaint higher...im sorry to hear about your beloved dads passing....
