Extremely dissapointed with @VodafoneUK. Spent 3 months, 6 hours of phone calls and online support to upgrade my existing broadband. The promised upgrade was cancelled along with my existing one at the same day without any notice. Now I have no internet. Dumbest support ever.

@VodafoneUK Despite calling 50 times, getting sent links for Tobi that do not work and talking to your twitter team, my issue is still not resloved. How hard is it to have a conversation with a person, on the phone? Absolutely awful service.
