@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

Here’s a tip - sign up for @VodafoneUK Pro Extra broadband and get support that knocks off at 9pm whereas those who pay less get live chat after that who can’t help Pro customers. Madness.

I had a staggeringly awful experience of customer service yesterday @VodafoneUK four and a half hours. Yes. Four and a half hours on online chat! 10 agents! To cancel a contract I was promised had already been cancelled. Waste of a precious day off
