Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK Your DM service is too intelligent I think for my simple brain. Iv just tried sending a message and it just takes me to the AI… if noone is able to discuss, that is fine. Iv got 3 days to end of contract and will just move.

@VodafoneUK absolutely appalled at the treatment I have received since Thursday. You cut me off incorrectly, I still have no services and your Customer Service is absolutely SHOCKING telling me they can’t hear me and to call back in 3 hours! Absolutely fuming doesn’t cover it.
