@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK called customer services - was hung up on. Did the online chat after going through 3 different advisors with all the security etc the advisor cut me off mid chat 2! I want 2 cancel my contract - surely this isn’t a strange request?!

@VodafoneUK Almost 5 weeks trying to get your team to rectify a mistake they made with my email address. STILL locked out of online account. Round and round in circles. No one calls back. DMs ignored. No one seems able to fix their mistake. This is a shambles.

@VodafoneUK … NO i am not going to cancel the order, since everything internally is installed. Cancelling would put me back to square one. Please talk to @cityfibre and get someone to connect the fibre to the cabinet!

@VodafoneUK Gigafast installed internally on 25/11 AM but issues with fibre to cabinet. @CityFibre confirmed there is no blockage same day PM, but still no communication re completion of install despite numerous lengthy calls and online chats. #poorservice

Hey @VodafoneUK I’ve been waiting for 2 hours 35 minutes on the phone just to cancel a monthly wifi contract. I’ve also been waiting 30 minutes on your internet chat. This is actually disgusting.
