    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @VodafoneUK recently bought business broadband and phone line both went live today, checked acc. online to try and + phone package & noticed my bill for Jan is grossly inflated. Spoke to various people who couldn't sort it. Now cancelling is there anyone who can help?

    @VodafoneUK after the time I’ve been a customer with Vodafone this upgrade has to be the worst Experience, no one has helped me and they have just gone round in circles. Not impressed will defiantly be looking for a new phone provider!

    @VodafoneUK please avoid @SamsungUK we have been talking to them for 8 hours because of a problem on 2 samsung phones with Samsung software. 8 hours of useless time wasting then just ignored us.

    After a 3 week wait for an engineer, a failed landline installation and then 15 hours of holding and listening to crap hold music this week I have now cancelled my broadband with @VodafoneUK What a **** show that was!!!

    @VodafoneUK Second time in two weeks my Vodafone Home Broadband is down. Your customer advisors over chat are ever so useless. All I wanted to find out is if there is an Openreach issue in the Bexley, London region and they can't help me.

    @VodafoneUK is it true you are getting rid of Sure Signal? It’s an essential lifeline for those of us with no mobile signal and texts cannot be received over wifi calling. Reconsider this decision please!

    @VodafoneUK Is it ever simple with your company? Try to upgrade my phone, face extra charges. Spend hours getting no where. Choose to continue my wifi with you - more issues. Any tips on simplifying things?
