Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Been a customer with @VodafoneUK for over 25 years, and they just treat you like a Sack of ****. There just after your cash, and couldn't give a toss about customer care or loyalty. Charging me 30 days more for very poor advice and claiming they can't change the policy.

@VodafoneUK With all respects Ive been in DM’s with 4 different people now for over 4 hours and have just been asked by the latest person/bot what devices have the problem, amazing after 4 hours that no one knows and I still have no answers, this service is truly awful

There was a time I was so impressed with @VodafoneUK service I was trying to get my family & friends to join. BUT dealing with trying to cancel my mobile broadband and get a refund has been hell the past 5 days. Total of 9hrs on calls 15 hrs on live chat. It's exhausting

@esthergbenz The phone has come but Vodafone have added another £48 on top of the bill. They won’t let me cancel my current pay monthly rolling thing so now I have to pay £124 next month?? @VodafoneUK COME & account for this crime!!

@VodafoneUK I asked to convert from my sim to an esim. The process started straight away and I have no network coverage. This wasn’t made clear and I now have no phone for 24hrs! Is this correct?
