    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @VodafoneUK OR help me collect my phone from a store that has it in stock? Literally very happy to go to my local store ten minutes away and collect a phone, any colour I don't care, just to get it sorted out - as it seems the issue is with poor logistic management

    @VodafoneUK you never shipped my orders I don’t see it DPD fault. I’ve given the order numbers to my lawyer and he is following up there fraud case that has been logged.

    @VodafoneUK it’s been 35 min so far on the phone and all I’m getting is ‘I’m talking to my other team member’’. Your customer service is terrible. It’s almost like you don’t care. your online system is useless hence why I’m stuck on the phone on a cycle of crap music #VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK what is happening with your customer services? 6 times we have been given totally different answers to our broadband problem & been given times for it to be sorted. Off from Saturday 28th now we have been told no service to December 29th. Great. Please respond. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK I called customer service on phone to amend direct debit after asking 25 questions, auto voice asked to use online chat and ended the call, online chat never worked and shows Loading please wait for 4 months ..poor support..

    I'm currently quickly falling out of love with @VodafoneUK Can't get the right info online or app. The Chat advisors are not available and no one to take any of my calls. Awful service.

    @VodafoneUK The worst mobile phone provider in the UK. Can't even leave until I receive my upgraded phone which is 9 days late and can't tell me when it might arrive. Do not use vodaphone ever!

    How long are companies going to use the Covid excuse for poor service? We're 20 months into the pandemic. You'd think they'd have everything worked out by now. @AmazonUK @VodafoneUK the list is endless.

    @VodafoneUK The options on your app and website are pretty poor. My wife and I have been with Vodafone for 20+ years, Vodafone don't do much to keep loyal customers.
