Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK @JedL2b Not aimed at you Charlotte, but if Vodafone has customers as its priority why has the service, and customer service got so bad. And why has the shareholder dividend gone up 4% after the price rises (for inflation and infrastructure)?

@virginmedia @VodafoneUK Vodafone are offering me an engineer date for the 14th June lol. I've spoken to about 5 members of staff who instead of resolving the issue put me back in the customer service queue without warning. Virgin can you offer a quicker date?

Top stupidity from @VodafoneUK today when trying to resolve an issue with a SIM card FROM the @BritishRedCross - 1 “can you take the device back to where you bought it” - nope it’s bombed, 2 “how did you buy the SIM card” it’s free. No idea there’s a war. #callcentre #idiots

@TheScribbleBug @VodafoneUK After I left the UK I was dealing with them for 6 months just to remove an extra charge they billed me after I ended my contract. Their customer support is terrible. Good luck 🤞
