@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK Why is your signal so bad these days? It used to be the best in the area, now as previously stated people on my estate are lucky to get 2mbps. Today it's down to a measley 0.32mpbs!! When is the mast issue going to be fixed that was previously mentioned as a problem? B90 1EL

@Vodafoneuk Won’t let me cancel my contract online. I wait 25 mins to get through to the call centre, who say that I have no security on my account, so I have to reset online even tho I can log on to my account. The reset web page then crashes anyway. What am I supposed to do?

@VodafoneUK horrendous service recently. Rang to see what can be done today and was told by customer service he'd ring back in an hour. At 2pm. So here I am, at 4:45pm, 15mins into hold music and still no further on. Disgraceful by such a big company

@VodafoneUK I called and say “cancel upgrade” to the robot and I was given the link for robot chat. Seriously? If my cooling off period ended while I’m going back and force you have a serious problem like last time you send my iPhone to a wrong address 😒

@VodafoneUK my braodband provider who use your network are blaming a vodaphone fault for poor service, is there anyway I can check this not being a direct customer? I find it strange they can't give me any ref. number for the fault
