@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@yorkspride @VodafoneUK That's what I'm saying! Most people on vodaphone won't have a network to view twitter for vodaphone to tell them the networks down. How are you using another network?

@gakuto_bongo @VodafoneUK Is there a branch nearby you can walk into for help? I’m with O2 and walk in whenever I need something and they’ve always been good. Plus they’ve been good with my data the last couple of years, unlike Facebook…..

When will @VodafoneUK, the "award-winning network to keep you connected to the things and people that matter", allow those of us on @TfL underground services (exc. Jubilee Line) actually use 4G or WiFi? And, no, the @virginmedia monthly pass offering hasn't worked for 6+ months

One cool thing from @VodafoneUK: if you raise an issue on Tuesday, they'll have you running in circles until they notify their tech team on Friday. But beware, it may take 72 working hours for them to do anything. So, goodbye to your internet for another week #feeltheconnection
