    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a problem with my mobile WiFi (r219) Device fixed. Over the last 2 days I have spent 8 + hours on the phone with your reps. I have asked for 2 callbacks from managers and no one has called me back. Terrible service

    @VodafoneUK Having a #BlueMonday with your customer service. Despite clearly faulty GPS tracker, they refuse to replace or refund the product or contract due to policy.

    @VodafoneUK My wife was getting a new kitchen at the weekend but unfortunately they have sent half it wrong 🙈🙈so now she has no washing machine and no worktops on so no sink also I think she needs a wee treat

    @VodafoneUK I had Data Roaming on but your agent is now informing me it needs to be switched off thru App - this wasn’t the info I was given by your store staff. Unable to access data, yet still charged daily for less than 0.01mb of usage that I couldn’t possibly access. Help.

    @VodafoneUK My wife who has worked in a customer facing role throughout this pandemic, putting up with a lot of rude and inconsiderate people. She has also shopped for elderly people since last March. She also missed her special birthday trip last and something nice would cheer her up.

    @VodafoneUK Lil sis Aisha,who has been feeling down,anxious&out.Finally decided instead of not working go back2law sch in the Pandemic.But applying last min,3 wks behind&lockdown delivery on mac laptop is 3 weeks plus.I thought #BlueMonday &last few #BlueMonths would now lead to focus&future
