Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK One phone on change of address, one on cancel contract. Let's see who wins 👍

Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

My dad has a Samsung j3 & updated it yesterday. Now it’s really buggy & isn’t working properly, google services keep crashing. How do I fix this @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

@VodafoneUK why is the signal so terrible in Ipswich town centre? Can barely make a call, no internet. Terrible for what I’m paying. No customer service on the phone, everything online.

@VodafoneUK I can’t get into town, I have chronic illness & I’m still waiting for a pre paid envelope to arrive! Shocking service. 😡

@VodafoneUK I have very poor speed on my mobile wifi account. I can't log into my online vodafone account as I don't have a mobile phone and you send a verification text to me. My current speed is 2,82Mbps and I can't even do a live chat as my speed is not fast enough!

@VodafoneUK ... Picture this, you've had no internet for 15 days, shameful support from vf, not one update. Then they send you their first update on the issue saying "issue is now fixed", except the issue is not fixed. Vodafone can always do worst, champions of mediocre support.

@VodafoneUK All fixed, seems to be working like in ur advert & promises made in July 2020 when we joined, impressively fast & better than before. Shame it took 15 days to "fix","repair" or as I suspect "rebuild"something, maybe 4 other occasions @VodafoneUK u could work on your communication!

@VodafoneUK what is the point of ringing? What is the point of that b****y stupid bot Tobi? I want to speak to a person.
-

@VodafoneUK Why do you reply when you've told me multiple times only the tech2 team can help. And they told me they don't know anything. Obviously vf don't care to either fix issues or update customers. All that's left for your customers is suffering

@FrimblesFarm @VodafoneUK Our BT deal gives us a (free) 4G router plugged in. If the broadband goes down, the 4G kicks in automatically

@FrimblesFarm @VodafoneUK We went BT for the first time when we moved here & honestly couldn’t fault them. We even had an issue a few months after moving in, dreaded making the call to fix it - however they were ‘ON IT’ engineer out next working day & fixed. Such a difference from previous experience!
