    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK I once again requested an email of confirmation of cancellation at the end of the online chat. If this doesn't happen it will highlight your internal communication errors & failures. Your #CustomerService is beyond poor, it's almost negligence

    @VodafoneUK another hour wasted in chat room trying to once again confirm my broadband is cancelled after 3mths of switch to new provider. Two phone calls & about 6 reps later and you still can't confirm what I asked for back in August. Awful customer service

    Wonders of @VodafoneUK. First call days ago (long wait, give details to two people) : yeah it’s probably a problem in your area. Wait it out. Second call (looong wait.): oh yeah, there’s apparently a block on your sim. We’ll call you back in an hour. Me 3 hours later : 😐

    @VodafoneUK For a phone company it’s odd that Vodafone is very keen on not having anyone actually call them. I will hang in there (they say they will call me back) and I will try not to rip into the poor soul tasked with my issue . . but they are scraping on my last nerve!
