    @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

    My dad has a Samsung j3 & updated it yesterday. Now it’s really buggy & isn’t working properly, google services keep crashing. How do I fix this @VodafoneUK

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    @VodafoneUK how do i complain? I've been a cust over 15 yrs. Failure to take DD tho no issues. Ive sent 2 manual payments (1 you said you didn't need and would return...but still I'm waiting for it). What's going on? Can't get through online, spent ages waiting on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK haven’t had broadband for 8 days now , we’ve been told that it would be fixed every day now this week . And now we’ve been told it won’t be until Monday (probably a lie) . Can’t help but feel like we’re being lied to to stop us from complaining . Really not happy

    @VodafoneUK fault on landline Friday and no landline no Wi-Fi, broadband, internet. Am told engineer earliest Monday. I am self employed and therefore out of pocket. What is general experience of Vodafone repair times? Quick, slow? If you switched, who is best provider?

    @VodafoneUK FYI this still haven’t been resolved. I’ve given my preferred contact number via private messenger and to @VodafoneUK customer services. Clearly I am not a valued customer if I am treated with this level of customer service…..
