Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@VodafoneUK Well, why don't find out and reply to this thread? I'm asking straight and simple questions and you're unable to say if the G9 Play YOU ARE SELLING NOW is compatible with your own network. Imagine I'm a customer looking to replace my daughter's phone (& I might be) and try again.

@SBhopalsingh @VodafoneUK Well Vodafone isn’t good with prices or network anyways. Plus now all upgrade customers go through credit check no other network do this!

So far @VodafoneUK, just to recap: -Topped up 3 times at £12 each -Been completely without data for 4 days (despite talking to FOUR individual agents about it!) Had ANOTHER £30 (He said £20 but my bill went from £64.12 to£94.12!) added to my bill And problem is still ongoing!!

@VodafoneUK Oh, and as a final detail, despite several emails to the effect that it's not compatible and despite lots of messages from a "Nirav" stating that it's not compatible, the information on the device says "Mobile voice network type - 4G" which suggests you're completely wrong.

@VodafoneUK 49 minutes on hold being told ‘we are busy’ followed by ‘the team aren’t available right now’ . You keep me waiting but can’t be bother to answer when your service isn’t working.

@VodafoneUK worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Changed to new faster fibre in March .. it’s always stopping and now I have none at all . Given promise after promise .. on hold for hours .. links that don’t work .. absolute shambles .. but you’re still taking my money ?

Hey @VodafoneUK my dad switched to you Monday last week for phone and broadband. Since then nothing works! Tried helpline and going to shop still no signal! Oh did I mention he is having daily cancer treatment and is 76 and hospital now can’t contact him! This needs resolving now
