@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

@VodafoneUK @mouthwaite Iv been with vodafone for 6 or 7 years, never had issues with them that i woukdnt have with any other network provider. Im a sim only contract so im reaponsible for my own handsets amd contract term dates. I had signal when my colleagues havent in shop before.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom If your customer services team cannot help and your technical support team also cannot help then how do you expect me to believe your digital assistant will help? I tried him a week ago. @whichuk tells me i’m entitled to voice recordings of our phone conversations. Send them pls.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom @WhichUK Hasan from your tech support team promised me at 10.45am this morning he would phone me to resolve the issue. I cannot use my phone. I am losing business. And this has been going on for a week. You need to help your customers. This is such a hard time for businesses.
