@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I would if the issue was with Mercedes, my automatic renewal for Internet in the car didn't happen, can't login to see why, and call centre agents can't see why as they are unable to check because of website issues. Problem is at your end not Mercedes

@sibon_ollie @VodafoneUK Definitely leave. I was with them 20 years and the service in the last two years was horrendous. Didn't contact me once to extend my contract so clearly they're not interested in retention. Now I'm SIM only with O2 and you get endless freebies, especially if you're with Virgin.

@VodafoneUK No as my internet is so poor and intermittent that I can't seem to do anything. It's been like this for 2 months and each time I call to confirm the dismal connection, I'm on the phone for at least half an hour, reassured that all will be ok only for nothing to happen... Awful

Thanks to @VodafoneUK and their worthless customer service who literally lied to me, I am now screwed on two-factor authentication and can't access my UK bank account from here, until god knows when or how many jumped hoops. No idea how I'm going to recover.
