    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    Having a nightmare in Spain with Vodafone. Impossible to log into account because Vodafone security texts not coming through. They have not provided any alternative option except stupid computer bot @VodafoneUK

    1 yr, 1 mth & 1 dy since I THOUGHT my 'surprise' debt with @VodafoneUK was sorted I discover a default on my credit file after they started reporting late payments 4 mths AFTER it was all sorted. All for £5. The issue is, trying to speak to them as a former customer! Sort it out!

    @ee 7 days without internet, day 5 of bluster from your customer service / technical team, approaching 6 hours on your helpline, promises of call backs not made & responses dried up on DM etc. Do you think this is acceptable or should I try @VodafoneUK ?
