@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK It’s a load of nonsense. What you show as strong is not. Get your team out and about with phones and get real. It is clear from the comments your customers are not happy as the network coverage is crap.

@VodafoneUK Hi my broadband has been out for over 12 hours checked on your service, outage in the area we are working on it, used the service again this morning outage in the area should be fixed by 8.25pm TODAY so no broadband for 24hours !!

@VodafoneUK is there a problem with 'open orders' in your Siebel system? I've requested a PAYG EUROAM extra and the money has been taken, but nothing appears in the My VF app and I didn't receive the usual text message confirmation.
