Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK That was their explanation for the cancellation of the first order, which they did tell me about. They said I'd have to wait until VDSL ceased then re-order, incurring a >2 week break in service. That's when they agreed to provide me with mobile BB in the interim and refund.

So, husband joins @VodafoneUK on my recommendation. As a new customer gets a top of range phone for £21 a month. I ring up to see if I can get same phone (been a customer since I was about 16) - told absolute minimum I can have it is £40/month. So much for being a loyal customer!

@VodafoneUK as if your systems were down so I couldn’t upgrade yesterday, then called CS this morn saying everything should be fine to pick up today, only to travel an hour to find that everything is still down🙃 Waste of time

@VodafoneUK just got this letter… but I haven’t been a customer since December. Can’t get through on the phone to check what’s happening. Is it safe to ignore it? Don’t want a bill turning up for a service I don’t have anymore

@VodafoneUK what a surprise to be told at your store in #Basingstoke that to transfer everything on my old phone onto another (semi)new mobile that it would cost £25 ouch! And to think I've been with you since 1998, and it use to be free! What's happened to your customer service!
