    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    My dad has a Samsung j3 & updated it yesterday. Now it’s really buggy & isn’t working properly, google services keep crashing. How do I fix this @VodafoneUK

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @JoeBaguley @grantorchard @VodafoneUK Same here. Different provider, different country. Very specifically tied to iPhone, though. Android phones on same provider, no issues. Neighbors iPhone: same issue.

    @DVJones89 @VodafoneUK Have you just signed up recently but service not yet activated? For me I believe it was that they send the invite way too early and you can’t actually complete account registration until your service goes live. That’s how I remember it anyway!

    Complained to Vodafone as still no Broadband since 15/3/22. No one seems to know what is happening. Constant calls. Poor service and false promises. Apparently it won’t be connected for months. Problems with Outreach! Please sort it out @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK about it only taking two weeks tops then your excuse was it was my simcard you sent new SIM out & guess what? Yep that didn't work either your customer service is diabolical at best you lie to your customers nearly three months no signal clearly

    @VodafoneUK I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and you know what, you couldn’t care less about me. I ask for help and I’m still waiting for it. You need UK based call centres. I’ve now got my PAC code. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK got a email today from Vodafone saying my plan is increasing!! I don't know how you even dare have the audacity to increase my plan after the disgusting customer service I have received no signal since February 20 yes you read that right you lied

    @JoeBaguley @VodafoneUK @EE will let you do it over the phone but then they have to ship you something. It's such an antiquated process for a modern solution.

    @VodafoneUK been waiting weeks to get connected. Supposed to be a standard contract renewal, ended up disconnecting my landline, losing my number. Given a new number and supposedly broadband activated. Getting No connection error and router is unable obtain IPV4 address! Help!
