    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @VodafoneUK only solution is to switch each of my other contracts to another supplier as they come to the end. They don’t care.

    @VodafoneUK In these awful days you need to prioritise your customers and realise that if I am not a fraudster you are causing us unnecessary grief. Surely it would be better to keep our internet until this is resolved.
