@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

@VodafoneUK I'm a QWERTY board user, but you're insisting on getting rid of the network that supports the phones that support this ability, since I am a disabled customer, who can't use a touch screen. Totally over the tech industry, ONLY thinking of able body users, like we don't exist too!

@VodafoneUK Some of your disabled users couldn't give a crap. All we actually care about is being driven out of the market completely, because you're dropping the 3G network, which supports our qwerty board phones. Not all of us can use touch screens, not everyone uses the internet on phones

Who do you get super decent #broadband with? I need new provider, is fibre noticeably better than standard? Leaving @VodafoneUK 😢, no coverage in 2nd room and intermittent signal. Not great for #wfh and its expensive

@VodafoneUK Tell you what, post here how many phones you have with a qwerty board that can run on 4G or 5G, because until you're willing to do that, you're doing platitude BS tapping. Frankly, as a loyal customer of 26y, I'm sick of being not considered, & 'sorry' is just a word.
