If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@ASChalmers @VodafoneUK They must be have a problem with the name Alistair! I got missold a mobile data package I didn't want, didn't ask for and didn't need. Customer Services clearly don't understand UK consumer law and I spent four hours on a chat tool arguing the toss. They owe me over £300.

@VodafoneUK both me and my wife received calls recently from random people that called us back because they saw a missed call from our numbers. Oddly these are strangers and we have not called their numbers according to our phones call log. Is this a known issue?

Always great to speak on chat with @VodafoneUK for 1.5 hours and completely waste yourself time. Over charged, terribly connection and terribly customer service. Can I actually speak to someone on the phone please?
