    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    @VodafoneUK We've had trouble with our Internet over the passed 2 months, endless calls to you & we were promised a call back from your care team in regards to compensation - 3 weeks later nothing! So sick of this Vodafone, you've lost a customer once our contract is up!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is the poorest I've ever known. My wife changed contracts to another provider which you provided a PAC code for to transfer her number yet you are STILL charging her despite her spending a total of 4 hours on the phone to your customer services🤬

    @VodafoneUK are the worst!! 4 months trying to pay a bill, endless emails, calls, messages and you're now putting my account in arrears, all because you won't allow me to pay it! On the phone today for 2 hours! Promised a call back which never happened! @Ofcom can you help please

    Hey @VodafoneUK can I ask how long will the my Vodafone app will be down for as I cannot get logged into the app to check mobile broadband sim for my iPad & I have both of my accounts linked as I have got the mobile phone with your guys as well. 👍
