LyallatronCrossing (@lyallatron) reported from Abergele, WalesCongratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. Tia Rogers (@bondangel007) reported from Prestatyn, Wales@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughterโs phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Colin T Jones ๐ธ๐ค๐ (@colintjones) reported from Rhyl, Wales@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address ๐
-
A&J Taxis (@AJTaxis) reported from Bodelwyddan, WalesIf you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, WalesCan't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.
-
Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, Wales@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.
-
Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, WalesOnce again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)
-
Colin T Jones ๐ธ๐ค๐ (@colintjones) reported from Rhyl, Wales@VodafoneUK One phone on change of address, one on cancel contract. Let's see who wins ๐
-
steven white (@thatboygwyn) reported from Ruthin, Wales@VodafoneUK broadband is down in Ruthin, how do I report this to get it fixed?

chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand๐
-
Andy T (@Andy_T_) reportedThankfully I'm not and will never be with @VodafoneUK
-
Joe19 (@Guy1Joe19) reportedFor many @andyburnham the only good diseased ****** migrant is one that drowned in the channel. And as for @VodafoneUK giving these parasites free SIM cards, seriously how stupid do Vodafone current customers feel now.

๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ช (@garynetchells) reportedWhat is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? Itโs ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE
