@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Woeful #CustomerService from @VodafoneUK today. Arranged address change 15/07 for today. No service. Checked a/c. A/c cancelled ‘cos they got address wrong. 2 wk wait. 2hrs on call to set up new a/c + credit check (?!) and promised call back. No call back. Can’t log on to account

@VodafoneUK Getting fed up with really poor signal strength...not expecting 5G (yet) but would like the 4G strength to be more than one bar! Constantly an issue in PE29 2 area. Can't even get consistent 2mbps connection!

In July I spoke with @VodafoneUK about the way they treated my vulnerable father. Instead of following through on their promise, I now have to call his bank to get a refund. @VodafoneGroup have the lowest service standards and show absolute contempt for their customers

@VodafoneUK Having no network coverage for past 2 days.Spoke to ur advisors who told me to change my network connection to 3g from 4g and that the engineers sorting something. Still having problem at 3g. Its frustrating I rely on my phone for work purposes.Please assist.
