Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

Osman (@deniz34j) reported@VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.

Gem (@welsh_girlie) reported@VodafoneUK Broadband activated last Friday. Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!
