Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.
