    @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    @VodafoneUK Hi! I upgraded on 14Nov with 1-2 wk lead time on phone. Still nothing & still showing 1-2 wk for new orders on site. My plan has changed (more expensive) & I don’t have my phone or idea where it is, can you help me? I’m not bothered about colour, just want a phone.

    @NelsonBawheid @VodafoneUK Doh. That’s annoying. It will usually be on wifi but it’s always good to know that you have a decent data connection if wifi goes down. You don’t have that with ee😩

    @VodafoneUK I have experienced virtually all of my calls failing for last couple of weeks. Your customer service was zero help! Said by 5pm yesterday it will be ok. It isn’t! Supposed to be 5g?! 2 bars that can’t handle a call!
