  • kayleighnikita Kay Griffiths (@kayleighnikita) reported from Denbigh, Wales

My dad has a Samsung j3 & updated it yesterday. Now it’s really buggy & isn’t working properly, google services keep crashing. How do I fix this @VodafoneUK

  • bondangel007 Tia Rogers (@bondangel007) reported from Prestatyn, Wales

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

  • sionrwynne Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, Wales

Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

  • sionrwynne Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, Wales

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

  • lyallatron LyallatronCrossing (@lyallatron) reported from Abergele, Wales

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

  • AJTaxis A&J Taxis (@AJTaxis) reported from Bodelwyddan, Wales

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

  • sionrwynne Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, Wales

@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

@JohnRadoux @VodafoneUK I had a year long fight to end a data contract as I was unable to use it from home as the signal was non existent - I really dislike them

  • ShowkatAli2012 Ali Showkat (@ShowkatAli2012) reported

@VodafoneUK Your network is awful, switched over from BT and I regret it, slow internet everywhere I go, their excuse is that it’s where I live, I use wifi at home.

  • johnlanser11 John (@johnlanser11) reported

@VodafoneUK I need to cancel my broadband as I have no need anymore. How do I do this calling 191 tells me to go online and use TOBi, TOBi tells me to call 191

  • WSOLogan WSO Logan (@WSOLogan) reported

@VodafoneUK There is still no 4g or 5G on my phone. I’ve been to several different areas. I want someone to check there is no block on my account. This is unacceptable service

  • bonniepirate Katie May (@bonniepirate) reported

@VodafoneUK that's my exact question - I don't have an active bundle yet, it's a brand new SIM, never topped up, but with other SIMs I've had, the minute I top up you 'helpfully' convert the £5 to a BVB that I don't want. Can I stop that happening rather than having to 'undo' it?

  • Xoranium Xoranium (@Xoranium) reported

@VodafoneUK This can happen when clicking different buttons or links in the app. Specifically when trying to upgrade and choosing a plan it always says there is an error on Vodafone server.. This is the same using the website on mobile and on pc, this is a widespread problem not a specific

  • Jo5h9o Josh Martin (@Jo5h9o) reported

@Millett2003 @VodafoneUK Having a similar issue here. It won't accept the post code when I track it either. Did you ever get this resolved ?

  • hevsy30 Hevsy30 (@hevsy30) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi @vodafone in which case, looks like I’m being punished for taking the initiative and finding a better deal with Vodafone than what was offered -i.e. better than the “upgrades” offered to me as an existing customer. Poor customer service to say the least.

  • liharvester simon mills FBII (@liharvester) reported

Poor day from @VodafoneUK, @SamsungMobile S22 ultra charger port fail after 4 weeks, was expecting a sorry and a swap, not we send it off to repair and it will be back in 2/3 weeks mate.

  • DonaldSGray Donald Gray (@DonaldSGray) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes, but given @VodafoneUK sold me a contract connected through @CityFibre for a network that was clearly not functioning, I would have thought Vodafone would be doing everything they can to remedy this with CityFibre. Not much has happened yet.
