    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK as new customer, I'm cancelling due to yr lousy customer service. To be told by Indian call centre I am lying is bad form indeed when call log proves I made call. Get English staff. Train them well. Bye bye Vodafone, it may have been fun, but you've lost my business.

    @VodafoneUK Signed my grandmother up for Vodafone Broadband and the customer service has been awful. Almost 2 weeks after the initial activation date and still no internet. Call centre couldn’t be any less help.

    Take note @vodafoneUK, today's the 5th day without a broadband connection and you're still nowhere close to solving my problem. It takes your 1st line support 3 days to escalate my case to 2nd line tech and 24 hours every time for your 3rd line tech to respond. What a farce!

    @vodafone @VodafoneUK please sort out your service. I'm a Teacher who has to provide online learning. Router not delivered on time and internet not set up on installation date. Your service is now a vital commodity. Sort it out!
