Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, WalesCan't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.
-
Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, WalesOnce again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)
-
Tia Rogers (@bondangel007) reported from Prestatyn, Wales@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Colin T Jones 🎸🎤😎 (@colintjones) reported from Rhyl, Wales@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

Kay Griffiths (@kayleighnikita) reported from Denbigh, WalesMy dad has a Samsung j3 & updated it yesterday. Now it’s really buggy & isn’t working properly, google services keep crashing. How do I fix this @VodafoneUK
-
A&J Taxis (@AJTaxis) reported from Bodelwyddan, WalesIf you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors
-
LyallatronCrossing (@lyallatron) reported from Abergele, WalesCongratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice
-
Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, Wales@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

-
Dan White (@Whitelikedan) reported@MrsSamClarke @VodafoneUK He doesn't even use his real name, which says alot about him. I hope they both get in trouble, him and vodafone.
-
Chekeeuk (@chekeeuk) reported@FreedomMatty @Iromg @VodafoneUK I've already cancelled mine. Bloody check of them. If they can afford to give free give aways, why not concentrate on the customer base that they have here (what with the cost of living) rather than people who rock up uninvited!
-
Jørgen Hávarðr (@JoeCow80) reported@djp4cm4n @Lazzard59 @VodafoneUK You may as well just stop arguing with people who have flags in their bio…. You will never educate them.
-
Lucy Slater (@lucindaslater83) reported@VodafoneUK 30 yr customer.. no more. I refuse to support a company that support ILLEGAL immigrants, criminals entering this country, attacking men, women and children and enabling them to do so with free phones/sims, same phones they've been filming their rapes on. #traitors

❌ David Taylor 🏴🇬🇧❌ (@Taylod61) reportedAnother day fighting with @VodafoneUK to get a constant 4G signal. Why are these phone comp allowed to provide such a poor service and still charge for it @Ofcom
-
Rogue One (@RogueOne18) reported@EricFor1173540 @dave43law They don’t they provide them to charities who support people who have been assessed & accepted into the Asylum System (mostly families). NOT illegal immigrants. I’m sure @VodafoneUK legal team will be taking a very serious look at these accusations.
