Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK decided to try upgrading online this year as it takes so long and you have no proof of what telephone advisors tell you. Waited 40 minutes in the online queue, explained issue and was then put back to the end of the queue again. Really poor every time, I can’t bear it

Big round of applause to @VodafoneUK. I’ve had broadband issues for a few months, yesterday they finally said it has been escalated. So today I get a call from Open Reach engineer saying he is at my house to look at the fault. Thing is I was not informed of this What crap service
