@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK One sunny morning and despite being a Granny, not long before lockdown, she leapt from from a plane flying at 15,000ft. Plummeting down at 125 mph for a full minute before the parachute opened. Oh, and she raised more than £1K for a local cancer support group #VodafoneTreats

@VodafoneUK just had a really painful 3 hour live chat with your team, who simply don’t know how to read notes or understand how the systems work. Eventually managed to answer my own questions, but seriously unimpressed with the customer service skills! Looks like I’ll be moving!
