If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK 6 promised call-backs. 1 made. That single one had no idea what my issue was even after me explaining the problem for 20 minutes. After asking them to call me back after the holidays once they’d educated themselves; utter silence. An unbelievably appalling experience.

@VodafoneUK why did I bother to leave SKY mobile and transfer to you!! Received phone, no service and number can’t be transferred for another week, your device is locked so I’m without a phone for a week! Spent an hour on your customer service call and 4 cold transfers, ****!!!!

Nice one @VodafoneUK you mis sold my broadband in first place then cancelled my broadband instead of following the switch over process right when I have to work from home and kids have to remote learn so glad I’m leaving absolute worst experience
