@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

1/2. @VodafoneUK Seems U are over stating #5G. U now/recently show good in & out signal 'round CF644QS. But there been no upgrade from the #LTE-A mast at CF644JX & no power increase from Redlands Rd> eNB14409 or eNB7324 at St Andrew's Rd.

Ahh, @VodafoneUK , how can you keep being SO BAD? Sobbing friend, stressed so much, internet still not up since 7th Sep (!) Dozens of missed deadlines, 100s of hours on the phone to you. Your temp mobile service is 3mb, so lousy TV, lousy everything. Now at her wits end. Shocking

@VodafoneUK Thanks Sadie. Didn’t mention that my landline isn’t working either, hasn’t done since it was installed!! I don’t use it, so it hasn’t been a problem, but it’s another thing that isn’t working. 😵💫 I’ll DM.
