    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK The questions no one seems able to answer: WHY do PAYG a/c's (more than one) have a "you are in arrears" message? When will this admitted "system" problem be fixed? WHY is there no announcement for OTHER customers?

    @VodafoneUK It is already in the hands of Complaints - but I'm amazed that Vodafone seem to have so little clue as to what is causing the system-wide problem - & why you keep so quiet about it in public - surely after @Ofcom 's huge 2016 billing fine you would be on the alert?

    . @VodafoneUK afraid mum not been able to take holiday pics as she has now been waiting 3+ weeks for a replacement phone which was promised in 2-3 days. I am also a Vodafone customer and strongly considering changing with this terrible customer service. Rectify ASAP
