    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @VodafoneUK HORRIFIC customer service. No internet for over 6 weeks. 4 engineers to the property, two no shows. Phoncalls with ‘advisors’ ‘technical experts’ ‘managers’ ‘customer relations’ and still no positive outcome. Absolutely disgraceful and extremely stressful.

    @VodafoneUK app won’t work when I wanted to find out about an early upgrade, keeps coming up with an error. Can’t login on browser as saying my username is wrong, and also saying my phone number is wrong when trying that way?!
