Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

Definitely second guessing renewing all phone/internet contracts.

Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠
