    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK Gutted with your service.Been a loyal customer for years,spent £1000s with you. My phone stolen at the wknd, no INS (thought I did).14 mnths into my contact & you won’t let me renew early or help.Order a new Sim and it hasn’t arrived,am told it was ‘stuck’ in system!

    @VodafoneUK your network is getting less and less reliable in the southwest. Yesterday afternoon no signal for about 3h. Are you going to reimburse or give some kind of compensation to your clients? Paying for a service that really isn’t great

    I sent a message to @VodafoneUK to say they don't answer calls. They said "If you wish to cancel your Vodafone home broadband contract, you will need to give us a call at 03333040191." Typically useless.

    @VodafoneUK Talking to customer service. So our order was cancelled because Vodafone wanted to keep the same landline no and the system kept rejecting the order. We never asked to keep the landline no and were never asked if we wanted to (especially as we don't use our landline).

    @VodafoneUK waiting for our broadband to be installed today. Keep getting text messages from KellyCF to say the time the engineer is going to call which keeps getting later & later. Not a good start for a new customer

    @VodafoneUK What can I say to the bot to actually get through to someone? I don’t want to use the online chat and I can’t check what I want to check online. I’ve been a customer for a long time and pay a LOT per month, I expect to be able to speak to someone. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel my contract after my 2 year contract came to an end at the beginning of July. I cannot get through on your phone line. The wait times are extremely long and when someone finally answered, my call was disconnected. Please help.
