    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    My dad has a Samsung j3 & updated it yesterday. Now it’s really buggy & isn’t working properly, google services keep crashing. How do I fix this @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    Oh god do NOT go with @VodafoneUK for your home broadband, what a nightmare. Their router signal is poor, and they quote a price for boosters but then renege days later and try to charge a much higher price. Been on customer service line for 53 minutes so far (just today). Awful.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, @VodafoneUK… 21 days passed with no broadband internet and still no sign of an engineer visit. I guess I will have my service back next year in 2024 huh? @WeAreOpenreach what do you want to say about this situation? Do I need to humiliate people to get a proper service?

    @VodafoneUK So would be nice to get something back as I am paying you £26 x 14 months for nothing. Spoke with customer services and nothing they/you can do. I’ve been with you many years with 2,3 and 4 accounts once and very disappointed that Vodafone can’t/won’t help me

    My time with @EE is likely to end after 20+ years starting at Orange. Renewal offering was an absolute joke when compared to rivals @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK, £20 mth more for the same phone and contract over 24mths, £480 - that’s huge. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore

    @VirginRadioUK complain to @VodafoneUK about nearly two years of poor internet connection, which has led to a lot of frustration, thank god for music! cheers

    Not sure if this is the place to name and shame but doing it anyway. @VodafoneUK are absolutely the the worse company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unorganised and a complete rip off. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
