@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK how do you explain that our landline & broadband has been cancelled by somebody anonymous, living at a different address, gave our postcode by mistake. Only just realised because we have no connectivity - zero comms from you!!!! Security fail!@Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

@VodafoneUK is there a problem in the Whaley Bridge / Chapel-en-le-Frith area - no signal and what signal I get intermittently there is no data. Mostly off network 🚫. But yet we have a mobile data sim in a router and that's working.

@TheRugbyRock @VodafoneUK apparently we can expect a call in 24 hrs (super!) from a vodafone uk manager! This is not our doing, is clearly a security fail - and we work from home. Apparently (told be agent on call) this happens regularly!!!

@VodafoneUK issues answering your phones “please enter your PIN after the signal” on a loop. Useless bunch 🙄. Glad I’m now with @O2 but still been billed by DD!! No wonder they say not to cancel the DD 🙄

@VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph We have complained directly to Vodafone for their failings. This is simply a biased discriminatory decision on our business. We turned down O2 to favour them and this is how they treat us. TO ALL BUSINESSES PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE @BBCBusiness
