    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    My dad has a Samsung j3 & updated it yesterday. Now it’s really buggy & isn’t working properly, google services keep crashing. How do I fix this @VodafoneUK

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @VodafoneUK How can you connect when your broadband keeps dropping out? And after 45 minutes on chat with someone obviously managing multiple calls you just get dropped. Abysmal service.

    @VodafoneUK I no longer need help with this. I spoke to a very helpful live chat agent called Neeraj who sorted this out. Chat reference was 189819367075488123 - Thanks Neeraj! Unfortunatly my experience speaking to 191 wasn't great and I was given incorrect information twice.

    @VodafoneUK are there issues with u today. Usually your internet is pretty piss poor today even worse! Even 4g on both my phones not working so cannot tether! What is going on? Despite months of arguing with u, think trading standards is next call

    @VodafoneUK so here we go again! The part of the day, every day when the data download signal is crap! Been with Vodafone for 15 years. Contract ends July 2021,maybe time to switch provider.
