Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, WalesOnce again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)
-
Sandra Mangan💙 (@SandraMangan_) reported from West Kirby, England@VodafoneUK My internet is coming and going. This is so frustrating! Also iMessage is not working on the majority of my devices.
-
LyallatronCrossing (@lyallatron) reported from Abergele, WalesCongratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice
-
Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, Wales@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.
-
Tia Rogers (@bondangel007) reported from Prestatyn, Wales@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Kay Griffiths (@kayleighnikita) reported from Denbigh, WalesMy dad has a Samsung j3 & updated it yesterday. Now it’s really buggy & isn’t working properly, google services keep crashing. How do I fix this @VodafoneUK
-
A&J Taxis (@AJTaxis) reported from Bodelwyddan, WalesIf you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Colin T Jones 🎸🎤😎 (@colintjones) reported from Rhyl, Wales@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄
-
Yveline Hands (@Nantaise) reported from Rhyl, Wales@VodafoneUK a 👍 up to the Rhyl employee who willingly helped wth my technical queries even tho am not a customer
-
Matthew Gardiner (@MatthewG_685) reported from Hoylake, England@VodafoneUK Is your network down in CH47? Rebooted phone and still can’t connect
-
Tom (@tomaevans) reported from West Kirby, England@VodafoneUK pretty poor that everyone knows you’re home broadband service is down… even picked up by Daily Mail but zero official communications by yourselves in the month you’ve put bills up >10%. Definitely second guessing renewing all phone/internet contracts.
-
Colin T Jones 🎸🎤😎 (@colintjones) reported from Rhyl, Wales@VodafoneUK One phone on change of address, one on cancel contract. Let's see who wins 👍
-
Milo (@milonoblet) reported from Hoylake, England@combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).
-
Sion Rhys Wynne (@sionrwynne) reported from Denbigh, WalesCan't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedBack in B43 7EQ Great Barr Birmingham @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Sort the service out 4G 5G both Dire. ALL other networks are fine. No one can access apps.
-
Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!
-
Charles Chadderton🏴 (@CharlieChaddy) reported@ZiaYusufUK Shut @VodafoneUK down. Nobody needs them.
-
Colin Howard (@ColinHoward13) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK I think it was November 2025 when you made your final mistake on Talk Radio wasn’t it, Mike? We all make errors in our lives but companies that try to help people in dire situations should not, in my opinion, be vilified.

Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.
