@combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK @stevelitchfield I've just tried switching to 3G and was getting 10Mbps. Weird, very weird - if your phone has bad 5G, it should be dropping back to 4G?

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup uses need to sort your customer relations team. False information being provided and Unbelievably rude, refusal to allow to speak to a manager who knows what they are doing. Having a team like that is unacceptable

@iamlozmaris @EE I'd just change provider. All I ever hear are problems with that network. Just go to @VodafoneUK instead.

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK @stevelitchfield Try forcing the phone into 4G mode? Could be getting a lousy 5G signal ... I'm guessing, as I've tended to be fairly lucky with signal.

@VodafoneUK any ideas why I may can't access the Internet outdoors even when I got a 5G signal. LIVERPOOL/N,WEST area???

@VodafoneUK Wow, so so bad. Went to start work this morning - no Internet, seems someone has cancelled my BB - not me - but no info of who or how - regardless of me still being in contract and having paid for it. Been told it's 2 weeks to re-provision. Awful service, awful.

Brett St Clair

@VodafoneUK please please please stop using DPD as a courier service! It makes a mockery of ‘next day delivery’! Almost impossible each time not to have to wait for a second day delivery and makes your service look bad as a result.

@VodafoneUK any chance of some network coverage in my new house. In this day and age I should be able to at least make and receive calls and texts, plus thought is was back in the late 90's when the only data connection I can get is GPRS
