@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK Hi Kate, I spoke to your sales team prior to my original message. Sadly they weren’t as sorry to see me leave as you are and happily gave me a PAC code rather than match the terms that any new customer can easily obtain. Sadly for me, I had to go to O2 to get that.

@O2 @VodafoneUK Still no signal in Braunton EX33, 3 weeks now. Bit of a poor showing. No 2G, 3G, or 4G. Outgoing emergency calls only. It's not as if you aren't aware of it.

@VodafoneUK It's been 36 hours so far and you've failed to even send me an email with a new esim let alone move the network to my new phone. Whilst you don't allow esim cloud transfer the 'ease' of esim is a myth.
