@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@jaydeadams @VodafoneUK Can I just say, I'm so glad someone is getting some spotlight on just how ******* tremendously horrendous, unhelpful and infuriating Vodafone's customer service is. I imagine it's a management or middle management issue, generally feel for the customer serving staff.

@VodafoneUK there's been an issue with my number transfer and I now have no signal on either sim card. When called the number is not recognised. Customer service clueless. I need this sorted ASAP as I have no phone network and urgently need it back. Unimpressed as a new customer.
