@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I'll post updates on Twitter to this ongoing issue every 30 minutes until it is resolved. - Today is day four of no Broadband from @VodafoneUK So far I've made 3 chats and one call to their helpline. Each of them promising connection by the end of the day. Still no Broadband.

@VodafoneUK Your retentions team called with a better deal but won’t give it to me as I’d gone with another deal. So I’ll just go cancel my new order and broadband and go over to @O2 like I was originally planning

@MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK account holder. He has never asked them to do this. He’s stuck paying £100’s he shouldn’t be but can’t end them. Surely this can’t be legal? Please help us because @VodafoneGroup have been awful to deal with. They won’t resolve this.

@VodafoneUK absolutely horrendous customer service. Scheduled broadband installation for 21st Jan - nothing happened and zero communication from them. Absolutely atrocious!!!
