    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

    @VodafoneUK pretty poor that everyone knows you’re home broadband service is down… even picked up by Daily Mail but zero official communications by yourselves in the month you’ve put bills up >10%. Definitely second guessing renewing all phone/internet contracts.

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    Had the worst customer service w @VodafoneUK was lied to by some of the live agents. Was told via email I’d get an update regarding my phone in 3 days. It’s been 4 and I’ve heard nothing. I’m absolutely appalled. All I want is my iPhone 13 pro

    Wow @VodafoneUK business customer support is literally the worst I have ever experienced. Phone line is a Kafkaesque nightmare of automated loops, the online is a bot, finally when you get a human the line is so poor that you can't hear them. This is apparently business support!!
