@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK my Samsung mobile isn't connecting to the WiFi, where as other devices are. I've called up & done a couple trouble shooting steps without any luck & I've been told to now call a chargeable @SamsungHelpUK number to get help from them. Surely this isn't the right way..
