Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@BW400CN @swlines @VodafoneUK Well if you cannot connect onto the network or wi-fi, they will not be able to contact you on any number. Meanwhile if you can connect a redirect may be possible, but then there could be a charge for the caller.

I have never used voicemail on my phone, but i'm expecting some important calls that I just cant afford to miss with out the ability to leave a VM, i've activated #VisualVoicemail on my #iPhone,& its awesome, ive also extended the ring time before it picks up. Thanks @VodafoneUK

@UnitedByApple @VodafoneUK Think OT is luck of the draw. Pitch is sunk into the ground so anyone in the first tier has no chance. Likely requires United installing the tech really. Also number of users and traffic must be a big issue. 70,000+ users.
