    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK I have been having performance issue with my city fibre broadband for past 12 hours. Speeds of 1-15mbs if I am luck. Also you online chat of website is down, so had to resort to public shaming. Very disappointed.

    @DJdazz100 @Hutchnip @VodafoneUK We’re in MK as well… clearly an issue but no-one wants to help resolve. Very disappointing when you’re paying for a service. Poor customer service. How can we live chat when we have no internet…

    @VodafoneUK @Rage_Quit_Dad It's nothing to do with wireless @VodafoneUK there is loads of people reporting this exact issue. It's not just our WiFi on the blink. Why do you try and investigate the issue rather than asking pointless questions. Wasting people's time.

    @VodafoneUK You can save significant amounts by buying direct from Samsung. Was with Vodafone for almost two decades but the service kept getting worse. At no point did they try and retain me, until I requested my PAC code and moved to @O2 Even then the deals were the same as new customers

    @VodafoneUK Is there a problem with your broadband this evening. My speed has dropped from 63mb download/20mb upload to 10mb download/1mb upload this evening. Struggling to watch netflix, sky, disney, etc as result. Not wireless issue, same speed on ethernet

    @VodafoneUK @Rage_Quit_Dad Adding more weight to this hopefully. Yes please can this be investigated. I'm in MK and have the same issue on gigafast 200. It's not WiFi only devices. Upstream appears to be about right, bit download is atrocious compared to normal.
