Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@O2 your Esims and customer service are awful! 1 whole week and 2 family members without any service whatsoever. Went to the O2 head office in Slough to get it resolved and they couldn’t fix and didn’t know what the issue was. Wow. Moved to @VodafoneUK today.

Hey @VodafoneUK might be nice to let your customers know that taking out a new contract is now classed as a unsecured loan.... especially as I didn't want to set up a DD and I pay each month without fail and before its due. I had to set one up your store said and now my credit

Oh and wait for it, they have no idea how long the system maintenance will take or be when they will be able to give me the codes. Utterly incredulous, shockingly poor service
