    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    @VodafoneUK bitterly disappointed with the appalling customer service! I have never been spoken to so rudely with the staff member laughing at my surname. When I do seek goodwill in upgrading none is forthcoming! I shall be moving my 4 lines elsewhere - very disappointing!!

    Home Internet Speed: <10Mbs. 4G at home: 40Mbs. 5G in the next village over 137Mbs! Why is broadband so terrible? And why won't @OpenreachHelp roll out fibre to my area or @VodafoneUK upgrade the mast to 5G in my area?

    @VodafoneUK Any one else pay for insurance with Vodafone and not get replacement phone or told when to expect it? Equally as bad is the 1 hour swap out notice which will be given to exchange with the courier. TIME TO CHANGE PROVIDER AFTER 20+ YEARS. #samsungnote20ultra #vodafone

    I ALWAYS have to call @VodafoneUK multiple times to get one thing done. They always tell me I’m a long time customer but don’t treat me like it. Now I have to have another call tomorrow. So that’s 3 calls in total for one repair bag that should have arrived last week!!!
