@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK it doesnt work. friends having issues and only getting a shoddy 3g signal on their usb dongle for internet for their pc but the website saying all upto 4g is perfectly fine. down detector sites are also saying huge numbers of issues. ur system is busted

@VodafoneUK @discounts_mod Yes that's the webpage that advertises it, but as ex service I need to get a DDS code, which they say doesn't exist as the offer has expired. Are they wrong or is your webpage out of date? I talked to two of your colleagues yesterday and neither had an answer?

Went on holiday recently, got to use my @VodafoneUK data and had a great signal everywhere, even 1800m up a mountain in Turkey. Can I get a decent signal on the @AvantiWestCoast to the so called capital? Can I heck. #thirdworldcountry

@VodafoneUK Be warned - their customer service can scar you for years. I lost a month to fighting them six years ago. I’d sooner not have a mobile than enter a contract with them again!
