If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@VodafoneUK Your reply is too late I’m afraid, after spending nearly an hour on the phone, after acknowledging there was an issue with an outage, it started to work again. We’ll see for how much longer, this is the second time in a week now.

Moved 9 days ago. Broadband due to be transferred over on Wednesday. No internet since we moved. Husband is now on his 7th, possibly 8th call to @VodafoneUK relaying the SAME information and being given the SAME advice repeatedly which isn’t resolving our lack of service! 1/2

@BrendanMadden4 @VodafoneUK I had a sim-only contract for a few months, tried to get a problem fixed was misinformed, and bounced around. So I stopped paying and left. Vodaphone being the considerate company they are in a pandemic when people are crushed are chasing for a 500 debt for a service I don't get.

@VodafoneUK How about having a customer are service with actual human beings talk to customers? Totally fed up with trying to contact you in the last 12 hours. Terrible service
