    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    @VodafoneUK - very disappointed. Can’t deliver the speed I signed up for so give me a discount instead. Would rather have the speed advertised and pay for it. Now being told I’ll have to pay to get out of the contract. Not the best service if the truth be told!!

    @VodafoneUK discusting treatment of mother in law. Elderly lady, isolating, husband died recently, no phone for 6 weeks because vodaphone can't organise the account transfer. Promised to call back, never have. They STILL charge for an account she doesn't want/need! OUTRAGEOUS.

    @VodafoneUK You have been using my email address on an account that is not mine (I am not a customer). I have 2 compliants with you, that are not being read AND several hours of frustrating phone calls with you. I suspect mistaken identity, but you refuse to resolve this.

    @VodafoneUK isn’t there a better way to deal with no signal after a PAC in fail than “wait three days, we will call you” I mean 2 days with no service & now another 3 days & how can you call someone back with NO service #TalkmobileUK I need this sorted but nothing is moving⏩

    @VodafoneUK so just over 3 days since an engineer visit to fix serious broadband connectivity issues, my case is closed and the issues return. Not good enough Vodafone 😡now my unique reference number has expired, I guess I have to endure hours of tests to get back

    Why do mobile phone companies make upgrading such a painful process @VodafoneUK - we found an online deal for my wife saving £300 over 2 years but not available for upgrade customers 😡 - so new contract needed, port old number, and cancel old contract #painful #irritating

    @VodafoneUK So when you say 'This isn't the level of service we expect to deliver at Vodafone and we'd love to put things right' what are you going to do? Because at the moment your plan seems to be to keep emailing me about an account that isn't mine.
