    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK I want to talk to someone about best offers & options as an existing customer as I am about to move house. The online chat is painfully slow and your colleague didn’t seem to have a clue. There are better offers available currently via money supermarket than you offer me directly

    @VodafoneUK Still never sorted the issue. I thought a good old fashioned telephone call would work! I spoke to someone who was appearing to have IT issues. Left number to call me back but never heard anything! @VodafoneUK

I think it's some lowly person/agency Vodaphone paid to book slots that you'll destroy but I guess innocent bystanders are merely collateral damage in you ideological war.
