  @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

  @VodafoneUK Have U read the thread? 2 late @vodafone couldn’t help me. I went 2 the 3rd party 2 get the best Vodafone deal. Why pay more through Vodafone when I get a Vodafone contract cheaper elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic really. Couldn’t be bothered changing my booster or I’d have left😡

  Worst customer service in history award goes to @VodafoneUK ! Avoid them at all costs. 6months ago my daughter misplaced her handset straight after getting it. I called and asked what I should do. They advised me to blacklist the device, they said it was very simple to reverse!
