If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

@VodafoneUK are useless. Broadband was meant 2 go live 01/04. Everyday I phone to say it’s not workin they promise me it will work this evening. Never does. Only to now be told there was a system glitch which will take 5 days for some1 in the office to push a button to turn it on

Had a very disappointing experience with @VodafoneUK today. Been with them for 30 years but terrible customer service is forcing me to leave. I don’t have just a single line with them but 20. An abrupt & non listening manager was the straw that broke the camel’s back! Real shame!

@VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Vodafone probably paying too much attention 2 rugby and lost focus on customer service. My connection was supposed to go live on 7th April and despite spending 79minutes on web chat and nearly an hour on phone it’s not resolved 😌I was promised 2 resolve it by 13th which is today

@VodafoneUK currently recieved over 55 text messages regarding my sim after your employee hung up on me regarding my complaint about my broadband, or lack of. I would like this matter addressed ASAP as my phone is beeping literally every second. Screen shots available.
