    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    About to leave @VodafoneUK after less than 24 hours as a customer. Why do all uk mobile providers seem unable to provide services for areas without mobile signal?

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I’m deeply disappointed to hear that there are no benefits of being a loyal customer and renewing with you. My new contract is worth nearly £1000 over two years which I am will be more than will to give to a different provider.

    @VodafoneUK Tried to trade in a Samsung s10 which says in the trade offers would reduce by £12 per month but its not in the drop down and Vodafone chat don't know about the offer. Also won't speak to me on DMs... Not good Vodafone
