    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK So after having credit check declined I tried again to order phone. I did not log in, got to checkout and said please log in to checkout.Went to login and it would not let me as I was a prospect apparently.Vodafone, your ordering system is a nightmare.Bye.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @Vodaphone4 Do not ever get vodaphone broadband! I have ordered their best package and the customer service has been horrendous. Poor communication, engineers were unable to install a simple line after weeks of attempting. No escalation process, awful
