Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@EEPChris @VodafoneUK Hi Chris, Are you cancelling your broadband to go with another provider or for other reasons? Because if you're cancelling your broadband to go with another provider, you give your details to the new provider and they will cancel your broadband with Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK I have purchased a PAYG sim for my iPad ( which was from Vodafone a few years back), I purchased £15 credit expecting a Big Bundle to be added as that’s what ur website says but it’s put me on a PAYG simply and won’t let me purchase a bundle at all? Can u help?ta

@VodafoneUK Why do I have to pay extra for my UK data in Turkey?! That is outrageous. I would hapily pay £15 for a 2 week pass, but £6 a day - never!! If this isn't resolved, I'm requesting a refund (I am within 14 days of getting a new contract)!
