If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@AmeliaWeath @VodafoneUK If really OpenReach issue, moving providers wont help as same line managed by someone else. Need to move to Fiber / Virgin / anyone with own infra (No Virgin cable in my area tho') I wish Voda would share more details / good ETA to reassure. Tethering works okayish for temp use.

@zac1717 @VodafoneUK Same here since 9th June but around GL and BS postcodes. Have spoken to technical support and they went through network selection settings (reset) on iPhone. Has helped but still not reliable this evening.
