    @VodafoneUK The ipad was via cpw but with Vodafone. I rung CPW for her (passed over to customer to confirm cancellation and details) and cpw advisor asked customer to call back when at home not good when customer is vulnerable.

    @RobBarrell @VodafoneUK Hi Robert, They should be able to cancel without any problems if they are within their 14 day cooling off period, however, we would need to go through security with them so we can do this. Could you also send us a DM with which store this took place? -Virginia
