    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    It's amazingly hard to cancel your shitty @VodafoneUK home broadband when the connection is so bad you can't load the online advisor and their phone number constantly drops the connection. Am sooooo angry right now.

    @VodafoneUK has taken money from MY credit for non existent services for the last time. Never again will they fob me off by "passing me on to the technical dept" I cried tears of relief when my @skymobile activated. And it's cheaper.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely distraught with your services.simple upgrade has turned into my worst nightmare 3 weeks and unable to use 6 hours spent trying to get resolved. I will take this to the media and trading standards. It seems the ceo has given up on his recruitment 🤬😡😡😡😡

    Why is it so difficult to get support from Vodafone Global Enterprise? I thought they were in the business of communications! Impossible to find people to talk to that can actually do something for you @VodafoneUK

    This has been a strange day, all day I haven't had any internet through @VodafoneUK but I can see there are nationwide problems according to @DowndetectorUK ... There seems to be a lack of information on what's going on though.
