    Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Being charged for security account I don’t have and ‘no way to cancel it’ even though not being used. Only solution offered was to transfer ownership to another member of family so they can pay for a service they don’t have. Genius!

    @VodafoneUK is broadband down in ME10 Area. DSL line is connected just not getting a ipv4 address to network. Since 15:10 pm Tried doing router reset . Didn't help
