If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

Well I think it's finally got down to my last straw with @VodafoneUK I suspect that if I cancel payment, they'll suddenly manage to find someone who can actually pick up a phone, fix the pathetic online nonsense that's been ongoing for months, or go ahead and cancel everything 🤔

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Your customer care were supposed to have rung me yesterday, 2 months and 30 hrs of phone calls , 20 years I have been a customer of yours and I get treated like dog mess . People think twice if your parting with your money with Vodafone ,I'm going the Ombudsman
