If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK you overcharged me in Nov. I paid full price for my phone bill when it should be discounted. When I spoke to customer service you told me that I will be reimbursed the following month which did not happen. You just keep spreading lies to clients!!

@KamalUd03052863 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have been an absolute joke when it comes to home broadband, we’re still dealing with a complaint from an issue which arose in March 2020. If possible I’d end the contract whilst you still can and move over a another provider!

@livburford_96 @VodafoneUK Sadly that sounds about right - once we finally get to the ombudsman (with our issue) we’ll be cutting all ties with Vodafone for good, they used to be great and staff in the stores are still helpful, but the phone/online customer service is absolutely abysmal.

@calbaker1989 @VodafoneUK I’ve had sooo many of those - sometimes they’ve rang, then immediately hung up, then triggered the SMS notification - all within 15 seconds. The call centres are clearly understaffed and they’re just trying to hit targets by providing little to no customer support. Appalling.
