If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

Was hoping to get @CityFibre / @VodafoneUK Gigafast installed today. They can't due to there being a tree in the way... and no line of sight from the pole they hang the fibre from. Ho hum.

Ηi @VodafoneUK . I am a customer of yours and I am getting spam calls to my landline all day today from a number that I am unable to see in my landline's screen (it says unavailable number) and therefore I cannot block it. They are calling every 5 min! This is very annoying.

I was on the phone to @VodafoneUK for 1 hour and half trying to resolve an ongoing issue with my data where it says I have 4G with 2-3 network bars but data still not working. In my opinion the call was unpleasant and patronising. #CustomerService #problems #badservice
