If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK So I need to upgrade, but the website is down. Then I called, waited 20 minutes before somebody answered then hung up. Called again, 22 minutes later, phone goes dead. Pretty impressive for a tech company.

@VodafoneUK I have been getting someone else's bills sent to my phone number. I have called you multiple times to help me with the issue. I've recently become a paying customer so now the two bills are overlapping on my sms. This needs to be sorted and no one is helping me.

@VodafoneUK Told me yesterday to go back to a shop 30 miles away, to ask why they never cancelled my number, despite having told them I was disabled & in a wheelchair. Today I sent them a screenshot of an email they sent me showing I cancelled the number. Disgusting service.
