    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK Is it going to be like every single other time where imma spend about an hour giving u all my info again, and nothing is going to come out of it again? No cause I actually don’t have any time to waste unless it’s for a good reason and so far Vodafone service has been horrid.

    Guess what? 48 hours passed. (48 hours of dropped connections, frozen teams calls and me swearing A LOT). I called back... “It’s OK, I can fix this in no time” said the guy on the end of the phone. “This is the last time you’ll ever have to speak to @VodafoneUK “

    @VodafoneUK There is not much point in asking me to DM if you don't respond. I actually told you about this issue in July 2020 - that you were sending me emails. You told me it was spam and it could be deleted. Clearly that wasn't true as you instructed a debt collector to start emailing me.

    This is a public service announcement! If you’re thinking of taking out a phone contract or renewing one...go with literally anyone else other than @VodafoneUK. I can’t wait till I can leave the awful customer service and policies.
