    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying to connect my Apple iWatch with my phone plan, but no luck. Have deleted the one account to create new one, but going in rounds every time call or chat with customer service.

    @Northpowergrid no power in stanhope DL13 from 10.30 pm Friday 26th. Temp down to -2 and no phone signal due to @VodafoneUK also been down. No definite updates on when power will be restored. My 92 yr old grandmother NO HEATING/ NO MEANS OF COOKING and no communication Ridicules
