    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @Zain my @VodafoneUK SIM has connected to #ZainSS for last few years. It worked fine in January. Now back in Juba after short time out and it refuses to connect. Vodafone say all is well but clearly not. Please can you help?

    @VodafoneUK thanks, I am going to do that, though I hope you understand that asking someone with broadband problems to go to a chat online to solve the problem is not ideal. Because the problem is precisely that one can't go online with the wifi (need to use the phone for chatting).

    Disgusting CX via chat with @VodafoneUK today. Loyalty and logic apparently mean very little. The agent just kept regurgitating T&Cs and patronising my complaint content. No effort to escalate or investigate. #complaintfail @epicfaildrone

    Imagine being with @VodafoneUK for years, but when it comes to upgrade time, they won’t beat any other providers deals. Unhappy to say the least 🙄 losing a loyal customer 👋

    @VodafoneUK why have I suddenly lost mobile internet. I've gone from having a full 4G signal to having 1 bar of 3G on both my work and personal phones.
