If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK messed up my account when I set up a number for my son, then they charged me an extra £20 because of the mistake they had made. Now they are effectively shrugging their shoulders and doing nothing more top help resolve the problem. Absolutely infuriating.

@VodafoneUK would you do something about the abysmal state of your network in the entire AB54 area, it has been a disgrace ever since storm arwen and is getting even worse with it jumping from no service to 1 bar of H+ no matter where you are in the area.

@VodafoneUK Hi there, thanks for your reply, my connection is slow on both wired and Wi-Fi devices, I have plugged the router back into the test socket on the wall but it didn’t seem to make any difference. I will have to check again tonight after work
