    Best part an hour on a chat window with @VodafoneUK and problem not even close to being resolved. The chat transcript is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. Truly awful….

    @VodafoneUK when I called yesterday explaining I had been made redundant and really needed a working phone to make job interview calls, and that this extra stress from phone not working was making me unwell, the lady literally laughed at me down the phone! It is grotesque CS.

    @VodafoneUK Try live chat …! Seriously. Have you ever tried using that service? It is atrocious. I was on your live chat for 4 hours last Wednesday trying to get this solved and kept being passed around multiple people and told conflicting and misleading info

    @VodafoneUK - extraordinarily bad service, truly unbelievable #vodafone #broadband I signed up to “guaranteed” “pro” broadband. Service has been consistently terrible. I am not allowed to cancel (without being charged in full) because I am signed up until 2024…awful

    @VodafoneUK 6 years I've been with you spending £60-120 a month, now bring my partner over, go to add a watch I've purchased and I FAIL the credit check... FOR £3.50 extra a month even though i ALREADY have #onenumber, are you taking the mick??? #loyalcustomers
