If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK Been there already (plus complaints who were nice but offered nothing). Via the bot I did get to text with a person who offered £10 off next bill. Someone needs to change the wording on the report you get when you fail a vodaphone battery check as it’s not accurate.

@VodafoneUK I was just on an online chat with an agent about an upgrade, as I typed my responses she kept asking are we connected, as I was asking lengthy questions she then ended our chat as she said she hadn't heard anything for a while. Now there are no agents available? Wtf

@brightonsnapper @VodafoneUK When I told them I was leaving them for GIFF GAFF after 25 years, they offered me a 50p per month discount as a valued customer. I laughed out loud. I am very happy with GIFF GAFF.
