    @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a system where when you complain by chat or telephone they pass you from person to person taking well over 50 minutes so that you hang up.! In order to get attention to my 14 month problem I cancelled direct debit.Vodafone fined me £5. I am 85 year old

    @VodafoneUK absolutely TERRIBLE tech support. I suggested that a new sim card be sent to me as a possible solution but the people in the people in charge of that area said they can’t send a sim to the US! Multi billion pound company can’t afford a stamp?!!! #vodafoneisterrible

    @VodafoneUK we joined your broadband and landline phone, almost a week has passed and we can still only make calls but not receive them which is causing problems with being an emergency contact for elderly relatives. Chatbot “advisors” were no help. Could you please help?

    @VodafoneUK full fibre is literally the worst internet connection we have ever had. Even bloody Plusnet was better. Every time I pass the shop I want to run in and stop the poor folk from signing a contract. #Vodafone

    @O2 rung up to say I was leaving during my cooling off period due to no data ANYWHERE as per txt I received when I got my PAC. Next thing I know I’ve been disconnected so no service. You absolute ARSEHOLES. Signed up to @VodafoneUK. Please confirm I can still transfer my number!

    @VodafoneUK hard to think of reasons not to cancel w. you! App doesn’t work, phone customer service is list of choices b4 YOU hang up, and bot prompts to security which I pass without having to enter a thing, before if hangs. Like this for two weeks. I see @O2 in my future.
