    Hey, @VodafoneUK Why is 5G so unsteady? Web pages take ages to load and often time out. Twitter images don't appear - looks like poor data transfer. Everything is clunky. Well, clunkier than usual. It's never been brilliant tbh. Anniesland Glasgow

    @dalglir Every company, all the time, always. This week I've spent over 9hrs waiting either on webchat or phone with @VodafoneUK , which makes them the worst yet. But none of them are good. Currently waiting for Vodafone on Twitter, just for the change. But @firstdirect are good though.

    I’ve been having issues with @VodafoneUK since I moved in November. Last month got a bill for £30 when my internet is £21 a month. Got it sorted, promised this would never happen again. This month? £50! I’ve absolutely had enough of this!

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying since the 27th January to have a working phone line and Internet. I have been lied too am still waiting for a manger to be in contact. Today is day 81 of having no services.This is how you treat loyal custumers.

    @VodafoneUK this is a joke. Been passed around now for an 1 hour and got nowhere. I hate Vodafone we now paying and receiving no signal. Shocking never take any contact out with them. Never again after 12 years of service.

    @VodafoneUK It’s connected via Ethernet, every wire in this house works, there is no issues with my wires or my hub nor my phone line connection, this is definitely an issue with the green box connection, and needs a engineer to look at it.

    @CISASUK I placed a new order last month for @VodafoneUK broadband for 500gb service on a promotional rate for 24mts. They then cancelled without my knowledge owing to some tech problem. Now they won’t honour original discount. Price now gone up. False marketing and terrible

    @VodafoneUK Disgraceful service....since I have had my phone I have been on WiFi calling due to being unable to get a signal at home. Only get H signal and 1 bar on that! Called multiple time and each time placed on hold for hours!!! Unable to sort it for 18 months. Been robbed!

    2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK about my fibre. It's normally 40mbps, but currently 22mbps. They see an issue but @OpenreachHelp wouldn't let them book an engineer as they didn't see an issue. They said they'd monitor but after some persuasion, an engineer is booked....
