I have had nothing but amazing service at @VodafoneUK Warrington. Lovely advisers, patient and even when there’s been issues they’ve apologised and done everything they can to resolve them

@VodafoneUK please explain to me why I’m having a battle with a call handler, so far the call has been 2 hours 30 minutes over something I’ve been paying for but never received. This was cancelled, obviously not correctly. Not a happy customer who is probably going to leave

@VodafoneUK my internet is not working. I have switched it off and disconnected it. The WiFi light comes on but not the internet light. Open reach were at the building today and now it is not working.

@VodafoneUK You still are not confirming if I have to wait until August like I was told this morning.. My whole village is complaining that there is no vodafone network today on facebook, you are being slated for it. Its not just me having issues
