@VodafoneUK @geoffharris25 Suresignal was not WiFi calling! It was a 3g femtocell - an actual cell service provider over an Internet connection. Most devices may support WiFi calling but Vodafone does not support all of them - they'll sell you one though....

Big round of applause to @VodafoneUK. I’ve had broadband issues for a few months, yesterday they finally said it has been escalated. So today I get a call from Open Reach engineer saying he is at my house to look at the fault. Thing is I was not informed of this What crap service

@VodafoneUK 6 phone calls later and still no further forward, lots of empty promises to call back but they never happen. Sadly Vodafone doesn't understand that customer service is key.
