    @VodafoneUK Anyway I can arrange a call from technical support. I am not the account holder so you can't deal w/ me on social media. My Mum is hard of hearing & Indian accents make it even harder 😑 so someone with a clear voice would be good. Re: Broadband.

    @VodafoneUK if I'm seeing @CityFibre looking into putting fibre into my MDU, and I sign up for a broadband package from you now, at what point would you move my service across to their faster fibre rather than the crappy BT line I have, or is that something I'd have to request?
