So @VodafoneUK when you call you get your call centre in Egypt - this is your response ‘We really appreciate your help. Your feedback will be used to help us continually improve our service to customers.’ It would be quite a challenge to be any worse #stressed

@Barclaycard The problem seems to be when roaming with @VodafoneUK the Barclaycard call is connected, you get told "Welcome to barclaycard" and then the call is disconnected. Using a landline (those things none of us have anymore)I was able to get through (Local Barclays staff put me through)

Honestly I've never known a mobile company that is so incompetent. The way @VodafoneUK has f*cked up everything in the last month. Honestly if anyone is considering joining them DON'T, you will spend hours, days and weeks of your live explaining yourself over and over again.

@VodafoneUK well the 6th phonecall has now told her she’ll have to wait “minimum 2 weeks” for fibre internet now (because there’s no line??? and none of the other 5 people before could see that???) so i think the plan is to cancel and go elsewhere, thanks for trying but this has been awful

@screwy73 @VodafoneUK Commit (in your head) to cancelling and go through retentions. You can get a 4G/5G homebroad option on a 1 month contract. 3 months later you can resign up as new VM customer to take advantage of the new deals.

@VodafoneUK our fibre broadband has been awful for weeks now. It was working fine then all of a sudden, just as we passed the 6 month mark in our contract, it’s become slow and unable to stream on one device. It was pretty good up until this point but it a now worse than copper.

@sassybadassy15 @VodafoneUK i was with them years ago (under my dad’s name) and vowed never to touch a vodafone product after my dad passed away and their team had 0 compassion. sticking random extra charges on the bills, refusing to cancel, demanding original copies of death certificates. awful company 😡
