So my Samsung S21 Ultra is "missing"...... not delivered..... spent the last 45 minutes in the "help" with @VodafoneUK. transferred twice to the correct department, only to be told wrong department..... I've seen the "Please do not close this session" message so many times :'(

@VodafoneUK this is now the 3rd day with no signal on RG2 9. Your status checker says some disruption due to works but nothing for 3 days is unacceptable in a world where we are all wfh. My work is affected & we are the lifeline for my elderly in-laws who can’t call. #arborfield
