    Complaint letter sent to @vodafone recorded delivery 19/01/21. Newbury Berkshire. Customer complaints code states issue will be resolved within 5 days. If longer, I will be kept informed of progress. 12 days no response. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK Imagine a complaint advisor called and told me well its done now and there's nothing we can do. Lol okay so a breech of my personal information not to mention safety concerns is not a big deal for Vodafone? Smh so sick of this poor and unacceptable service

    Is their ever any point in phoning @VodafoneUK with a problem? No there isn’t. Another 1.5 hours trying to sort something which ended in being cut off. Hopeless. Cannot wait for contract end in September.

    Hey @Ofcom I’ve not had mobile service for 4 Days thanks to @VodafoneUK screwing up my esim activation. No one taking any action, and no action from their complaints. How about you remind them of their regulatory obligations?

    @VodafoneUK help!! Been calling for weeks, been lied to several times, on phone for 2 hours today with still no resolution!! Facts....my son has been without his phone since 15th Dec! He is isolated, having learning issues and cannot communicate with his friends.
