Nightmare with @VodafoneUK – spent an hour on the phone being asked repeated questions yesterday, they’ve put someone else’s phone number on my account and I’m locked out, item delivered to wrong house. Now I can’t get through to cancel my Broadband and go elsewhere!

Why is Vodafone customer service so terrible? I am moving house and want to cancel. The website says "just call" but the line is never, ever answered by an advisor. Maybe just cancel the DD.. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK now, after numerous phone calls and attempts to purchase a new line via the app, I'm being told that I can't even arrange to start a line until mine is deactivated for 24hrs?! I have literally never heard of this and I've changed providers a few times.
