@GemCWL My 3310 isn't able to handle a call unless plugged into the mains (and even then, struggles a bit). @VodafoneUK used to send me new phones regularly "just 20 quid!" I don't want a "smart phone". I need a Nokia that will take my sim card. Can you help, Vodafone?

@VodafoneUK I have experienced virtually all of my calls failing for last couple of weeks. Your customer service was zero help! Said by 5pm yesterday it will be ok. It isn’t! Supposed to be 5g?! 2 bars that can’t handle a call!

@VodafoneUK your services have been the worst! Not all your customers are able to chat online and you need to consider that seeing as your automated service hangs up and sends a link. You need to consider the accessibility for all! People with disabilities and the elderly.

@VodafoneUK Hi! I upgraded on 14Nov with 1-2 wk lead time on phone. Still nothing & still showing 1-2 wk for new orders on site. My plan has changed (more expensive) & I don’t have my phone or idea where it is, can you help me? I’m not bothered about colour, just want a phone.
