@VodafoneUK TalkTalk were confused. "But you kept the landline number, they must have been notified of the cancellation because we took the phone line away from them" I'm also confused, as the Vodafone C/S I'm talking to had just said "oh yeh I can see the line is inactive" so WTF LADS.

Wow @VodafoneUK have breached GDPR and when I try to make a complaint I’m told it will be 3 minute wait time but after 20 minutes still no answer looks like I’ll have to seek advise from offcom #vodafone #GDPR
