  @VodafoneUK Hi, I understand that and have now cancelled. My issue is that I tried to contact your team multiple times in January and was unable to get through. I wasn't even contacted back after cancelling the direct debit thus the £75 bill.

  Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK. Back in January after multiple attempts to contact them and cancel my contract I took it upon myself to cancel the direct debit. They then passed the account to a debit collection agency without even contacting myself. £75 lighter.

  @VodafoneUK I have been told by different chat representatives different call times. In fact the chat team told me "there is some technical issues with the call team and that is why your call is not connecting" - Any help/ideas? My house move date is approaching.

  @VodafoneUK 9 Days without a working Internet connection now when needing to work from home. I have spoken to 10+ customer service advisors and nobody has been able to help or knows what the issue is. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. @VodafoneUK sort it out!
