    @VodafoneUK ur agent promised me the wear and tear on the screen of my Galaxy flip was normal. And now 2 weeks later ur repair centre won't cover my warranty. Absolutely dreadful customer service!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Yes. To which I've replied. I should not have to complete another request for my trade-in after having completed it on 21st April. I have followed this up multiple times and there seems to be a problem with your trade-in process.
