@John1986ire @VodafoneUK Up across all of them. Gone with cheaper before, learned it's better stick to the big 3 or 4 who own the network and not piggyback, just accept it's all annoying and you're getting screwed but at least you've coverage to complain about it. Buy your phone outright, and SIM only.

@VodafoneUK Ok. Well good luck. I’d probably log an incident and associated with, or create a problem record so you can effectively update all of your affected broadband users when it’s resolved. EA is quite a big platform and it does work on other networks.
