    So @VodafoneUK when you call you get your call centre in Egypt - this is your response ‘We really appreciate your help. Your feedback will be used to help us continually improve our service to customers.’ It would be quite a challenge to be any worse #stressed

    @VodafoneUK Lost job in Jan just another statistic in the Covid pandemic, unable to see friends or family members, bubbles don’t work. Lost too many friends to this horrible thing wish 2020 was over

    Just spoke to the most uninterested person at @VodafoneUK when asking for my PAC codes and she told me I couldnt get them for a another month. Didnt even bother to ask me why I wanted to leave and then when I asked her if she wanted to know why she cut me off. Awful service

    @NOWHelpTeam It says manage your account on your @VodafoneUK account. This seems impossible. I will be so upset if any money comes out of my account. I have never watched @NOW

    @VodafoneUK I’ve had no broadband for a week. I’ve spent hours on the phone to you trying to get it sorted, been spoken to so rudely at times. BT engineer visits today, reports my router is faulty-phoned you yet again still no solution. Terrible service.
