@goodspiritunltd @VodafoneUK If you call customer support and get through to Egypt it will work 💪 for them. They will sort it out. You just have to wait 48 hours for the transaction to reach UK. When this fails you will be told that your phone needs a deep clean 👌 which takes 72 hours. My story. HONESTLY

@VodafoneUK Thank you I did send a PM but I’ve managed to fix it. It was the ‘international calls from UK’ bar which needed to be turned off. (Even though I’m calling home to the UK from abroad??

@VodafoneUK service levels reach an all time low. Last response from Social team was 14hrs ago. The promised call at 12:30pm today never happened. The constant lies and lack of service is beyond appalling. My tech issues have been going on for 2wks #badservice
