    @VodafoneUK Lost job in Jan just another statistic in the Covid pandemic, unable to see friends or family members, bubbles don’t work. Lost too many friends to this horrible thing wish 2020 was over

    @VodafoneUK Hi Ben, I went to the Vodafone shop in Sutton Coldfield and they had a look at the phone and checked the settings. They could not find the problem and suggested I call the help number again and ask to speak to the tech support team.

    @VodafoneUK so I pay £60+ a month and the last few days can get signal in one part of Alnwick but 500 yards away I can’t. What’s the crack?

    @VodafoneIT @VodafoneUK you get Given a new phone as previous one faulty and this one is faulty too but you need to leave me without a phone to look at it even though its 9days old, why is customer service so bad happy to take money but not deal with issues
