stephen thompson (@thommo1955) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @rbstrng @VodafoneUK Just as bad service when hiring cars abroad...landed shattered with 2 hour journey to destination, providers rep spoke little English but showed us an estimate. This included refill, return charges, PA insce none of which were relevant or necessary. On our credit card bill !!!
-
Nicholas Griffin (@ngriffin_uk) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Oh and when they said that it had been cancelled, it actually hadn’t and they charged me again a month later… Absolutely terrible.
-
Manjinder (@Maj_10991) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK looks like I'll be moving my business else where once my contract is over. What despicable service.
-
**** Skusting (@Disgustington69) reported@sullivanclean @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Gotta report them to someone for that. For them to be sending someone info intended for someone else - including the other person’s name - when you’ve informed them they’re wrong, has to be data issue. I guess it’d be Information Commisioner’s Office?
-
dappur77 (@dappur77) reported@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Bullshit. You've lost one customer for what its worth.
-
Nicholas Griffin (@ngriffin_uk) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone has the worst cancellations in my experience as well, it took me two phone calls and like 10 emails to cancel a contract that I no longer had the phone for and was a month over. They still kept asking me if i still wanted the contract…
-
Mark Giles (@MarkGil58572735) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Terrible company. I had a similar experience over the end of a contract. They put the bailiffs onto me and had me credit blacklisted but I had no correspondence from them to tell any of this? Sorry for your loss and the upset to your father.
-
November_Echo PC (@whiskey_pc) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Customer service no longer exists in the UK - the same with @virginmedia as well, it’s all automated ‘press this button’ and nothing gets sorted, then the people you do talk with have no interest in helping. I’m sorry for your loss & this sort of attitude doesn’t help at all
-
JambreTech (@JambreTech) reported@abrighterbeat @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Small Claims Court might help and it costs little to go there.
-
Colin Scott (@Scott12Colin) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK No wonder UK productivity is so poor when we spend so much time waiting on phones trying to sort out crap service. Public sector's no better. I made an application to the Court of Protection in February and they've still not got around to dealing with it.
