    @VodafoneUK Thanks - but I definitely need the complaints department! I’ve spent half an hour in store twice, 2 hours awaiting a callback & 45 minutes talking to Customer Services today & I’m now ready to leave after 20 years, as soon as I’ve logged my complaint!!!

    @VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

    @VodafoneUK you have the worst customer relations department of all UK carriers I’ve used. 15 phone calls each approx 30 mins long and you still haven’t sorted out this faulty phone. Been on hold now for 30 mins. Of to the CAB tomorrow.

    @dmc1305 @VodafoneUK @O2 I was advised to stop using 4G when it doesn't work in Brum and revert to 3G. Cue more faff in settings - and because 3G is dodgy as well, I ended up on 2G! So still hopeless! And I hear O2 has data problems this morning too, according to Sky News...

    @VodafoneUK I just looked for offers on iPhone xs max and if I change to sky I get a free phone and 20gb data free calls and texts for 61.00 a month I can’t get a better deal on Vodafone as a loyal customer how come ? So does this mean I need to move to get a new phone?

    @VodafoneUK morning, I recently upgraded to a iPhone X of you last year November. I’ve just noticed I’m having battery issues, took it off charge and 5mins later I now have 83% charge. And it feels quite hot at the back as well which has been an on going issue for few weeks.

With my internet they sold me the new service. let me cancel my other contract. now are telling me the network isn't ready and I'll potentially have to wait weeks. Id be less upset if I hadn't specifically called to ensure that it was going to be seamless.
