    So @VodafoneUK when you call you get your call centre in Egypt - this is your response ‘We really appreciate your help. Your feedback will be used to help us continually improve our service to customers.’ It would be quite a challenge to be any worse #stressed

    @timgoughuk @VodafoneUK Sorry but @VodafoneUK completely screwed me over a number of years ago - I bought a cheap phone for my daughter and set up a DD - they failed to collect on it and started debt collection process and wouldn't speak to me - hopeless and will never touch them again.

    @DianeKemp1 It's just that simple.. i had the same issue when i phoned @VodafoneUK yesterday..every option i pressed said it would send me a link to follow instructions. My request was to 'speak to an advisor'😳 standard 40 minutes we'll never get back..i tried to stay calm 😔

    @VodafoneUK Why do you people make it so difficult to get in contact. Your awful message system is so bad. I want to cance my service and you simply make it almost impossible. Do I have to contact @ofcom to report and file a complaint as you are deceptions and make it stressful

    @VodafoneUK so what’s this so called error that is stopping you sorting out delivery of phones to customers that has been going off for over a week still unfixed and yet no one at the other end of the phone has seen heard of it and no idea how to fix it doesn’t look good for you

    @VodafoneUK If you have so many great agents waiting to talk to me on live chat (according to your phone message) then let them, a paid human being ask me. In was first in queue twice, one to speak to Rachel, and once Taranjit, both cut me off as soon as they knew I was trying to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve never ever had a problem before, until a couple of days ago. Earlier the whole wifi went off, on every device including the PC. And it continues into the middle of the morning. But yeah it’s only become an issue the last few days and nothing else has changed

    @VodafoneUK @vodafonegroup do nothing to safeguard your data. They sell data to foreign countries and do nothing when you file nuisance calls. I was abused but one today. Enough is enough. Disgusting service
