    So @VodafoneUK when you call you get your call centre in Egypt - this is your response ‘We really appreciate your help. Your feedback will be used to help us continually improve our service to customers.’ It would be quite a challenge to be any worse #stressed

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service don't treat customers with respect they have maintenance issues with the Vodafone app all the time which for some reason has resulted my account being deactivated and making me more angry 😡 with my issue being not resolved for 2 weeks now

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed on trying to claim my free Amazon gift card for signing up to your broadband to find it’s already been redeemed (not by our household) @Giftcloud won’t help as they say they’re not responsible! The card has clearly already been issued to someone else

    @VodafoneUK I already set up the £6 a day service. It didn’t work. I couldn’t even send a WhatsApp message. I eventually found a different source. This reply didn’t resolve my issue or help in any way- you just repeated stuff I could read on the website.

    This crap is why I left Vodafone. I reckon I have spent more than 10 hours talking and chatting to @VodafoneUK support this year, complete waste of my time, NO issues ever get fixed. Come on now, how is this acceptable?

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK I’m told they use a contractor to fit it, and it was a contractor who let him down. At least it was in the case of my friend. Vodafone have said they are going to reimburse him £200 for compensation. So don’t give up the fight @Sianwelby x

    @simonbg12 @VodafoneUK Simon, as I mentioned to you -- you have switched 'provider' but not network. You are still on BT/Openreach. If it goes done all the providers on its' network goes down.
