@VodafoneUK DO NOT JOIN!!!!! Vodafone are an absolute nightmare. I’d never join or recommend this service to anyone. There customer service is disgusting always getting billing wrong and over charging then cutting us off when we don’t pay the over charge

  • leonwba leonwba (@leonwba) reported from Seisdon, England

@VodafoneUK do you have issues at present. I have lost signal on both personal and work phone?

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸  📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.

  • Shuttsie Paul Shuttleworth (@Shuttsie) reported from Hadley, England

So @VodafoneUK when you call you get your call centre in Egypt - this is your response ‘We really appreciate your help. Your feedback will be used to help us continually improve our service to customers.’ It would be quite a challenge to be any worse #stressed

  • nisacmendez Nisa Mendez (@nisacmendez) reported from Shrewsbury, England

Paying off the contract in full a year before to be told a year later they calculated it wrong and now we owe more money @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. I’m owed money back which they won’t pay!!

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 🇬🇧📱⌚️💻📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I’m just glad I have an 11Pro and not a Xr 😂. Vodafone and O2 have a cell sharing agreement meaning your phone will switch between the 2 networks in poor signal areas (cheaper way of increasing coverage) they also share many cell towers with both having antenna on a tower.

  • fredmeisterPNE Martin Gore (@fredmeisterPNE) reported from Albrighton, England

@VodafoneUK fibre broadband in WV7 area is terrible!! #ripoff #notgettingwhatipayfor

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻📸 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK You’ll get the “stock” answer of - “beta software is not supported software and you install at your own risk knowing that there may be compatibility issues” 😂😂

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻📸 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I have my suspicion that it isn’t permanent though. I just think it’s because the carrier settings aren’t compatible, therefore iPhone reverts to default for the type of data network connection. So 4G here is LTE in the states.

  • lampy83 Steven Irwin-hanmer (@lampy83) reported from Oakengates, England

@VodafoneUK Nothing now with EE and not one problem but thanks

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 🇬🇧📱⌚️💻📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@ThisIsNoahEvans @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I had issues for around 20 minutes, seems to be back up a running now though

  • Fleurie_H Fleur Hemming (@Fleurie_H) reported from Madeley, England

@Lee_Vidor @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK @telfordlive I’m with @SkyHelpTeam and our broadband is down too. Seems everyone except virgin customers.

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@iJames_ @DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK It doesn’t really bother me, on the Xs you can’t see the carrier unless you pull down control centre because the notch takes up too much space 😂

  • karenclough11 karen clough 💖 (@karenclough11) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@VodafoneUK Home broadband, been with you since 2016, had a new modem off you in Dec when I renewed contract, crap ever since

  • SteHancocks Ste (@SteHancocks) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

£26 Unlimited data sim means no more WiFi issues in the office 🙌🏼 hotspot all day long. Thanks @VodafoneUK

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@DylanMcD8 @iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK is owned by @VodafoneUK it’s a sub brand and operates on the Vodafone network as an MVNO, so I’m basically still with Vodafone. It even still says Vodafone as my carrier. So I assume it’s just an admin switch there end.

  • louisefx96 Louise (@louisefx96) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@VodafoneUK staff on the phone are actually useless we order our new contract on the phone go to collect in store to be told the daft woman on the phone never put the order though can you be ******* asked

  • mrmiketyler Mike (@mrmiketyler) reported from Lawley Bank, England

@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

  • karenclough11 karen clough 💖 (@karenclough11) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@VodafoneUK What is up with the internet today? My signal is dropping out all morning! I only have less then 100mbs of data and I've had to turn that on to send this tweet! #nothappy

@VodafoneUK hello ! My broadband contract ends with you on 12/03/21 and I’ve received no correspondence on what to do i.e. does it cancel / auto renew for another fixed term / auto renew into a rolling monthly contract ?

  • Fordo2016 TiM (@Fordo2016) reported

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK I've been with Vodafone for over 4 years now. Never any problems. Router died last year and they had a replacement sent out next day. Everyone's experience is different.

  • dolphindiver Dolphin Diver (@dolphindiver) reported

@VodafoneUK a friend has just told me you're switching off Suresignals in May. Why they are such a great piece of kit are you going to make sure I have a mobile signal in cornwall first? So many parts of the county with no signal here. Sure signal saves me!

  • Carl5H Carl Hayden (@Carl5H) reported

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Completely agree. Careful if and when you cancel your contract or they will keep charging you. I did eventually find an awesome CS member who was magnificent. I won’t go back though.

  • Andrew_1970_ Andrew F Henson (@Andrew_1970_) reported

So once again I received another SCAM call from a @VodafoneUK number 07493782821 "You have recently been involved in an accident" SCAM call. I have added this to the growing blocked list. lets see if @VodafoneUK will take action even though I am not a customer of @VodafoneUK !!

  • Ben71068296 Ben (@Ben71068296) reported

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Are they even worse than The Spectator Customer Service? I find it difficult to believe!

  • MarkACook Mark Cook (@MarkACook) reported

@VodafoneUK Can you guys help? I have an issue. Bought a Vodafone SIM (PAYG). Topped up to activate. However, cannot receive calls or SMS, only outbound works. Not in the UK, currently in EUROPE. Tech Support no help.

  • catemilyuren Cat Uren (@catemilyuren) reported

.@VodafoneUK purchased internet for my new place 22nd Feb. Installation date 5th March 8am-1pm. No engineer, so I ask where he is and your online robot tells me my internet will now be installed on the 17TH MARCH?! Are you KIDDING? Disgusting service

  • GARP1967 Gerard Bogherd (@GARP1967) reported

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Could not agree more, Cici. Had Mobile contract with them. Thought they were overcharging me. Called 20 times & 20X they promised a call back that never happened. I stopped direct debit & they put me into default on credit files. Written complaints unanswered. Corporate bullies

  • dolphindiver Dolphin Diver (@dolphindiver) reported

@VodafoneUK how can I log into my Vodafone account at home when you switch off my suresignal. Are you switching off the need to authenticate with sms code? You're not the only company that requires 2FA to log on. Sort out the signal before you switch off the suresignal.
