    @DylanMcD8 @iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK is owned by @VodafoneUK it’s a sub brand and operates on the Vodafone network as an MVNO, so I’m basically still with Vodafone. It even still says Vodafone as my carrier. So I assume it’s just an admin switch there end.

    So @VodafoneUK when you call you get your call centre in Egypt - this is your response ‘We really appreciate your help. Your feedback will be used to help us continually improve our service to customers.’ It would be quite a challenge to be any worse #stressed

    @iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I have my suspicion that it isn’t permanent though. I just think it’s because the carrier settings aren’t compatible, therefore iPhone reverts to default for the type of data network connection. So 4G here is LTE in the states.

    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @VodafoneUK DO NOT JOIN!!!!! Vodafone are an absolute nightmare. I’d never join or recommend this service to anyone. There customer service is disgusting always getting billing wrong and over charging then cutting us off when we don’t pay the over charge

    @BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.

    @DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I’m just glad I have an 11Pro and not a Xr 😂. Vodafone and O2 have a cell sharing agreement meaning your phone will switch between the 2 networks in poor signal areas (cheaper way of increasing coverage) they also share many cell towers with both having antenna on a tower.

    Paying off the contract in full a year before to be told a year later they calculated it wrong and now we owe more money @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. I’m owed money back which they won’t pay!!

    So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

    @VodafoneUK have had your engineer fit the fibre 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately not activated yet. 24/7 chat unsuccessful and phoning through to the number unsuccessful. Can’t even cancel it as can’t reach anyone in your team. 7066493464

    @VodafoneUK Yes it was by following your above instructions. I also spoke to someone after waiting 2 hours on hold and they assured me someone from customer services/ cancellations would call me. That was 2 weeks ago

    @DarkNightMoofie @VodafoneUK The only temporary fix I've managed to find for this is to open twitter in a Firefox browser, it doesn't work in chrome either, weird.

    @DarkNightMoofie @VodafoneUK Well I thought it worked but it had turned the WiFi on when I restarted (and it works with WiFi). On just Vodafone network the problem of not uploading pics/gifs/data still exists

    @VodafoneUK hi, any reason why my Twitter app isn’t showing any picture/ videos etc even after deleting the app etc? It won’t let me on the mobile site either from the internet, however allows me on wifi so seemingly a network issue? Thanks
