    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    @VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

    @VodafoneUK broadband is shocking!! My TV is next to the broadband box and it still shows poor signal. I'm better off using 4g than broadband when at home. So infuriating

    @VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

    Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

    @VodafoneUK your business customer service is appalling. Took 30 min to speak to someone, your advisor then let me spend another 5 min explaining problem before saying system was down so couldn’t do anything. Only advice call back and hope it’s working. He was rude and ignorant

    @VodafoneUK 10 days with almost no phone reception in North London. 6 phone calls to a useless customer service later and still nothing. Absolutely appalling. Can not even make a phone call from my own house. Time to cancel the contract.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried that, they’ve said the phone line is down and they can’t do anything for another 3 hours so to ring back then This is an absolute joke. I knew I should have changed to elsewhere instead of renewing my contract.

    @VodafoneUK Hello, apparently it's a wider issue perhaps? Some with bt and sky have got the same problem. Possibly openreach have done something at the exchange point. She's already gone through the live web help chat and they've monitoring it but not sure what else we can do?
