At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

@HJMovingFarAway @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK That's why I went to the shop. Online & also online chat was crap. Told the guy what I wanted, if not I would nip upstairs to EE who could give me just that. No problem in fact I got more than I expected & saved a few quid in the process. I did not expect that. 👍😎

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

@mathsteacher321 @VodafoneUK No problem. Vodafone have assured me that if a number is spoofed, it isn't registered as an outgoing call by the network. They'd be happy to change my number but I said that isn't necessary so long as the calls don't become regular. It's still a mystery as to why here and now.
