Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. It took many more months to have it resolved, to their satisfaction, at my cost, for their error!! Would not recommend Vodaphone at all.

Anyway, I just got a £6 roaming charge and disputed it on the grounds that they didn't provide the actual service they were selling. Credit applied!
