    Nice to see that @VodafoneUK have increased the cost of my mobile phone plan when most are bending over backwards to help their customers through these uncertain times .... cheers for that, I’ll remember this when my contracts up in November #timetoswitch

    @VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

    @VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    @maryeffrancis @VodafoneUK Had the same problem with them. 4 times did not turn up, it was their link with Open Reach. I asked for free unlimited data on my phone contract to use as a hot spot for internet and got it until it was sorted out. If she has a Vodaphone mobile, ask them for this.

    @VodafoneUK How can you connect when your broadband keeps dropping out? And after 45 minutes on chat with someone obviously managing multiple calls you just get dropped. Abysmal service.

    @VodafoneUK Do @Vodafone think I am an idiot! Requested copy of a call where I had apparently renewed my contract-funny how the recording cuts off just before that part. It's taken over 2 months to get this recording to now being told they only keep recording for up to 60 days! Unbelievable!

    @VodafoneUK I no longer need help with this. I spoke to a very helpful live chat agent called Neeraj who sorted this out. Chat reference was 189819367075488123 - Thanks Neeraj! Unfortunatly my experience speaking to 191 wasn't great and I was given incorrect information twice.
