    @VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

    @VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m really disappointed with how my recent insurance claim has been handled. I know you prob can’t/ won’t intervene but I wanted to find a way to register my disappointment and I can’t think of another way!

    @VodafoneUK It does now, but this should be made clear on marketing materials. I called to cancel my broadband sign up and they gave me £50 discount so it worked out ok in the end

    Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    @VodafoneUK Well, that's a holding message if ever I saw one, I should point out that I do work for an ISP, and that sort of response from us would be entirely frowned upon. Still no mention of what the cause was, nothing on what the resolution was, just vague "we're always improving".

    @VodafoneUK @joe_cable I have bad coverage of my line in these areas mostly Uxbridge, West Drayton, Windsor nearly everywhere else. No Internet no signal no 5G working! Always complain no one helps, expensive network but poor service. Not worth what am paying.

    @AirtimeRewards @VodafoneUK I hope not. This is the first time I’ve had a problem claiming £10 off my bill as you’re usually pretty quick doing it. I just didn’t realise it would take this long. I don’t understand what’s gone wrong as you can see from the screenshots that I claimed £10 off on the 4th May.

    @VodafoneUK Further - he was contacted today being told that apparently it was his fault!!! 😯😡 Absolutely disgraceful, the charge was added after Vodafone cancelled his broadband rather than arranging the house move he asked for, HOW EXACTLY IS THIS HIS FAULT!?!?!? Huge complaint coming.
