    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried 3 times to get a coherent answer from your chat service and you basically no longer accept phone calls. Is there a way to speak to a human please? You have been charging me an extra £21.75 a month for years and you can’t tell me what it’s for.

    @VodafoneUK internet issues again and no agents available to help - Pro Broadband is meant to be 900Mb and is currently less than 100Mb mostly hitting less than 10Mb. 5th issue this month 😞 not impressed with @CityFibre connection. How can we resolve?

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I've had my phone stolen tonight and it is impossible to report through the website to block the sim. The only option is to call, as I don't have a phone this is also impossible. It is disgraceful that this isn't working in a time of emergency.

    @HindsHelen @VodafoneUK We've had so many issues over the years. Sky was OK but slow. Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.
