@VodafoneUK I’ve tried 3 times to get a coherent answer from your chat service and you basically no longer accept phone calls. Is there a way to speak to a human please? You have been charging me an extra £21.75 a month for years and you can’t tell me what it’s for.

Decided to leave @ThreeUK and join @VodafoneUK for 4 reasons: 1. Bad signal at home & no plans to improve 2. Three’s unlimited data/mins were good value - but literally no point with bad signal 3. Three’s free roaming excludes Turkey 4. Unimpressive 5G coverage

@VodafoneUK Ok @VodafoneUK , this is getting ridiculous now. I cannot get a mobile signal that is usable, for over a month now. Your customer services still insist on trying to call me on that same mobile and I cannot hear a damn word they are saying.

@marcnufc @VodafoneUK I feel your pain bro , I am in the same **** situation with Vodafone . It past 14 days since Royalmail delivered the phone back to the Warehouse and still not being processed. I am literally paying for something I don’t own anymore . This is disgusting .
