    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried 3 times to get a coherent answer from your chat service and you basically no longer accept phone calls. Is there a way to speak to a human please? You have been charging me an extra £21.75 a month for years and you can’t tell me what it’s for.

    @VodafoneUK I have one of those little booster things as part of my package. Do you also sell them as your WiFi is dire and the option to boost a single device is definitely not on my app. Think it has something to do with it not supposed to be this bad.

    @VodafoneUK I am disgusted that you are conning customers with your greedy price increase. You added 14.4% not only to the service part of the contract but also to the phone price which has not increased! Fraudulent but all ok as in the contract!! Will be leaving asap #Criminal

    @VodafoneUK has a significant issue with its 5G network in my experience. I have tried to raise this with them for 2 years. They continue to try and hide away from dealing with this … simply shocking customer service 🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK I have internet at first, but my internet is very bad as there is a problem with the phone line I use. As my second question, why was the raise made even though I was told that there would be no price difference or that there would be no raise?
