It’s part of the basic framework for an iPhone but a lot of networks don’t support it. O2 does. I just fixed mine by using @hivoicemail which appears to be working great! I am still getting billed for it after being promised it had been closed on 3 occasions.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
