Matthew Bowen 🍆 (@MBowen619) reported from Swansea, WalesLow and behold you requested the direct debit already so I can't cancel that. So by saying that the charges weren't there is highly insulting. I've been with @ThreeUK for 15 years and this is frankly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ombudsman is getting contacted.

Dj Damo (@DjDamo) reported from Swansea, Wales@artee48 @ThreeUKSupport Nope but I've made sure that the building material for my house is made out of straw so it doesn't effect the signal like it does in hospitals
-
Dj Damo (@DjDamo) reported from Swansea, Wales@carsey1961 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK They won't actually do anything though. You'll get a green ok box in a few days time, then a few days after that back to the issue identified message. It's a never ending loop.
