    @ThreeUKSupport Your network is an absolute joke as is your customer service line. 3 times I've been on hold for 20+ mins today and my call keeps dropping out. Time to cancel my contract I think 😑😑😑

    @whiterockwales Hi Lawrence. Just read your column in today’s @WalesOnline SWEP. I totally concur! I live in Winch Wen SA1 and work in Llansamlet SA7, and for Wales’ second city, the mobile phone/data signal is awful! I’m with @ThreeUK and the service is so poor! 🀬🀬🀬

    Low and behold you requested the direct debit already so I can't cancel that. So by saying that the charges weren't there is highly insulting. I've been with @ThreeUK for 15 years and this is frankly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ombudsman is getting contacted.

    @ThreeUK @RoyalMail I have been a customer of Three for as long as I can remember and I have never been treated with this much disrespect over Β£55. I value honesty and transparency and so far Three have been very dishonest. I will pay off my contract early so I can leave this terrible company.

    I think next time I’m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company they’re using for the delivery. If it’s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.

    @ThreeUKSupport why do you make it so difficult to do anything online?? Sorting out my upgrade, having been a contract customer for nearly 22 years and it kept going wrong. So I spoke to someone on chat and seemed all good until the chat disappeared on me

    @status_is_down Since arriving in North Norfolk on holiday, there is no 3uk service whatsoever, for miles around where we are staying which is weybourne area. Have to dive over 30 mins on any direction to get even a tiny signal. #threeuk @ThreeUKSupport
