@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@jamesma34307397 @ThreeUK It's good to read a positive tweet. Up to may last year, I never had any issues either. Suddenly everything went wrong and it hasn't got better. I used to get 30+mbps. Now I can't even watch a YouTube video. No explanation from 3 I hope your good experience continues 👍🏼

@ThreeUKSupport I'm not facing any problems with your network because I'm not using it. I changed a little while back to @EE and there Internet is nice and fast
@ThreeUKSupport I should never have been charged, it was for broadband for a router that was never collected and has never ever been used. I've spoken to you on the phone NUMEROUS times, last time your member of staff told me I was acting like an idiot.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had nothing but service issues since taking out this contract. Every time I’ve had the same excuses. I’m basically paying for a service I’m not receiving. Really disappointed if I’m honest.
@WOLFE3Y @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I've been trying to hang on to the end of contract in March. Earlier in the year I took out a new contract with o2 which is great service. I rely on mobile as I travel a lot and don't have broadband. Today I'm ditching 3 for EE, it cant be as bad as 3 surely
