@threeuksupport i have been having issues logging into my3. I was advised to send proof of ID which I have done and has been accepted but still cannot login. Your live chat are not being overly helpful. Any idea on what I can do as still have no access to my account?!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had it for less than a year. I discovered it a few minutes ago when I tried to cancel and it said I had to pay over £300 first before I can cancel! I’ve always dealt with advisors via live chat as it’s easier with a screaming toddler in the background

@ThreeUKSupport No problem I’m switching to a better provider at 1/10th the cost when the pandemic is over with better top up and support infrastructure in place @1pMobile I think they are the way forward. Keep my £20 and put it to improving your customer service instead of ripping them off

@ThreeUK my sim is up for renewal, a new user can get an unlimited sim for £16. You want me to pay £20 for the same deal. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years but now you’ve lost my custom.

@ThreeUKSupport I got on the web chat, the person was just using copy and paste answers then transferred me to customer relations who told me I had to pay to leave or get a another line with another firm ?
