@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

Trying to make an important call and missing a dr’s call because @ThreeUK can’t get their **** together, a text for my next three bill has come through 😔 Not even voice mail is working. Absolute **** show. Been with three for 20 yrs and considering changing provider.
