@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUK Hi, received my HBB router today but it was pretty bad...poor signal, only connect couple devices before getting too slow etc even though 4g from 3 is very good in my area...apparently. how do I return..30 day money back guarantee, many thanks

@ThreeUK And with esim you promising to reintroduce „soon” since last year. Luckily in emergency there is satellite emergency system if you have mishap outside few places in country where 3 have good coverage and sufficient network capacity.
