    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    NEVER GET A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport BEEN ON LIVE CHAT FOR 3 HOURS. SPOKE TO 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. JUST TO BE TOLD I WILL ONLY GET £20 FOR THE HASSLE THEY HAVE CAUSED ME. EVER BUY OF THIS **** COMPANY

    @ThreeUKSupport Well I’ve only had the phone for a week now, haven’t always had the problems no I was with Vodafone before and worked fine there and at home. Have reset it a couple of times yes but no luck. Looks like it’s just a rubbish area for signal unfortunately.

    Just remembering the time I dropped my phone and it fell down the grid. The council couldn't retrieve it and @ThreeUK wouldn't pay out the insurance because "it would be water damaged". Good times. Don't get a contract with Three
