@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUKSupport Please can you text all customers when the voice issue has been resolved. I don’t wish to waste any more time checking back in with you. It’s your problem, you should take responsibility for informing customers when it’s fixed. You need to ‘push’ the message out!
