@ThreeUKSupport International roaming was active prior to leaving the UK. She did receive a text message when we landed saying that she could use her minutes/texts. But hasn't been even been able to call your customer service team.

@ThreeUKSupport Currently in spain, my friend is a 3 customer (unlimited calls texts and data plan) but is unable to make calls, send texts despite having her roaming settings set correctly. She just gets a 'this service is not available' when trying to make a call. Help

@ThreeUKSupport It won't let her live chat on her phone. It just says unavailable, as we have no WiFi at our hotel. I'm using my data from my plan with another provider. Her mobile network setting say she's connected to Movistar (4g) Other networks that are showing are orange, vodafone

@PedriG8 @ThreeUKSupport We have been having the same issue we are also in Lincoln. It's really frustrating because they tell us to contact them but how can we when we got no wifi to go on the website. Trying to do University work but can't. Really frustrating honestly.
