    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - yes it’s not commecting anywhere. The Virgin Media Wifi link takes me to a Three website, which tells me the phone should automatically connect to Three Wifi, but this never appears in my list of available wifi connections

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry if I’m being stupid, but where do I access the ‘control my spend’ feature in the app? If I search it, I just get links to web pages outside the app. I can’t find the place where I actually do this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your reply! And I’ve never had to check before when I’ve gone abroad, so I hadn’t checked unfortunately, my data roaming on my phone settings is definitely on. I don’t know if I was meant to turn it on through the three app beforehand? Thank you for your help ✨

    @ThreeUKSupport Technical issues, agents not doing their jobs correctly lots of different excuses. I’m due to call AGAIN today. I had a three contract with the number I wanted to keep and then got a new three contract which I want it transferred to. I’m so sick of dealing with this call centre.

    @whiterockwales Hi Lawrence. Just read your column in today’s @WalesOnline SWEP. I totally concur! I live in Winch Wen SA1 and work in Llansamlet SA7, and for Wales’ second city, the mobile phone/data signal is awful! I’m with @ThreeUK and the service is so poor! 🤬🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK @archifishal @ThreeUKSupport "Happy to help" you aren't. I've wasted lots of time with you claiming it's specific to me / my phone / whatever. Get your engineer out here, do the darn speed test yourself, see how patheitc it is. Stop blaming the user. Stop advertising lies.
