@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUK I sent you a written complaint (about an attempt to trick my 90 year old Mother into a more expensive contract than she need pay) by tracked/signed delivery that was accepted by you on 11/11/2021. Since then, I have yet to receive a response. What is my escalation path?

@cockaparte @ThreeUK Three have a history of poor reception issues and will just toy you along for a bit and then not be able to resolve the issue due to the inadequacy of their infrastructure. Their customer service team can’t even tell you what is going on with the network.
