    @TeamZombie7 @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete. I left Three recently and can honestly say it was worth it. I should have left 2 and a half years ago when I was 2 months into problems with them. Don't waste your money - move to a better company!

    Imagine receiving a letter in the post from @ThreeUK saying that your account is in credit and you need to contact @ThreeUKSupport to get the refund. So you do, and customer service says they are rejecting your refund for no logical reason. IMAGINE.

    @ThreeUKSupport Had a text from you saying the problem has been resolved. It hasn't. Data can't be accessed via the hotspot on my phone. The children need to connect their device via the hotspot as they can't do their work on a phone. Your ref: 30341835
