    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @ThreeUKSupport Also I spoke to a three worker bee today and they reiterated that there is no longer a time frame for this issue to be resolved I essentially just have to wait for you guys

    @ThreeUKSupport It is your responsibility to fix this situation, and the response that you’re waiting for vodaphone to respond to an email is not good enough after 10 days of being displaced and not being able to work properly, I’m not sure if you’re aware but there’s been this global pandemic

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim, I have waited for way over 5 days (ref.29441960) and because I don't know the SIM number they did nothing and said I was better going into store. Today I went into store and weren't able to help either and said I should tweet! I am a unlimited customer and really unhappy

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m glad you brought this up I actually called on the 7th to confirm that I didn’t want to cancel my contract as I had received a weird text, this was before the hacker fully moved my account over, so this shouldn’t have happened in the first place regardless of security checks
