Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wellington and nearby locations:

  • BenBrewster85 Ben Brewster (@BenBrewster85) reported from Taunton, England

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

  • GaryDolling108 Gary Dolling (@GaryDolling108) reported from Cullompton, England

    @ThreeUK is down again!

  • BenBrewster85 Ben Brewster (@BenBrewster85) reported from Taunton, England

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport hi there. I cannot use any data on my phone when I am located at work in EC4M 7AW despite phone saying I have a reasonably good 4G signal. Seems to be fine elsewhere in London though.

  • nrshq Naresh Vaneshwar (@nrshq) reported from Croydon, England

  • MintyShampoo Lara Sexton 👑 (@MintyShampoo) reported from Driffield, England

    I wish the @ThreeUK engineers would actually do something about the signal reports I've sent in. I ain't spending £37 a month for NO internet and poor voice.

  • TheWiredBean Lee Hawkes (@TheWiredBean) reported from Lyndhurst, England

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s correct, that is our post code. Been a customer since October with great speeds till December when the mast reached capacity. Since then its been a steady decline. Getting 1-2mb since yesterday.

  • LakesGeek Deryk Lister (@LakesGeek) reported from Ulverston, England

    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

  • AliJRayner Alison Rayner (@AliJRayner) reported from Bryn, England

    @ThreeUKSupport My sons phone got hacked and his contract was cancelled, rang for help, told 48 hours to sort with fraud squad, over a week later still not sorted,
