    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I'm having trouble logging in to the app. It asks for my fingerprint as normal, and then takes me to put it my email for a new account. I have an account, I've been using it for years. Also says there's an error sending an email to that address.

    @ThreeUKSupport Used to be able to report it on your app ans website at one time but that has changed … no I have not reported it as as your site just says all is ok when I check for problem in the post code… you need to bring back the problem reporting part of the site

    @ThreeUKSupport In the KA1 1QY area it is particularly bad. The phone will present a full signal but in reality it's extremely slow (tried a different phone too) 3g/h+ seem ok.
