Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wadhurst and nearby locations:

  • ferretd69 Phil Davis (@ferretd69) reported from Tonbridge, England

@DatKid_LF @ThreeUK @O2 @GerrardMaynard I have been on the same deal for 3 years. My data speed went up to 3 Mb... Once. Crap service and crap customer service. Get out while you can.

  • jongoda Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the “issue is fixed” but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?

  • jongoda Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

  • rajan78 Rajan Malhotra (@rajan78) reported from Tonbridge, England

@ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

  • Tim_J_Murray Tim Murray 🔶 #MakeVotesMatter (@Tim_J_Murray) reported from Uckfield, England

@ThreeUK I have just wasted most of my morning trying to understand why having switched to Three Business I have Three Personal asking why I have cancelled my DD. Past from pillar to post listening to awful hold music. I give up. @ThreeUKSupport

  • jongoda Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Ps. Still broken according to your network status page! How much of the time does it need to be broken before you refund some of my charges? Currently at around 90% faulty!

  • jongoda Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??

  • jongoda Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport - yet again our 4G is incredibly slow and has been for days despite multiple reconnects to your network. Imagine my surprise that once again your network status says there is a fault. Are you ever actually going to fix this..????

  • sparklyquark Harket (Socially Distanced) Sparkles 💙 (@sparklyquark) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi there - I REALLY need some support with a business phone! Going round in circles and not getting anywhere. Missing a phone on the account since December!!!

  • jasonsherer Jason Sherer (@jasonsherer) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

@ThreeUKSupport whats the issue in TN2 please?

  • sparklyquark Harket (Socially Distanced) Sparkles 💙 (@sparklyquark) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that's who I have been using but getting nowhere. They never call back when they promise to - second dispatched phone also not delivered...! Don't want to cancel but it's heading that way!

  • stevomorgan Steven Morgan (@stevomorgan) reported

Pretty poor to hear that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is starting to charge for roaming from next year, although in normal times I only manage a week or 2 a year having roaming included was nice to have but if they are dropping it the incentive to stay has now gone. #roamingcharges

  • a_dougie_s Dougie (@a_dougie_s) reported

@ThreeUK How about keeping free roaming? That’s some of the bits in between. While we’re at it, how about visual voicemail? Still never been implemented. Will be leaving Three when contract is up.

  • TenseFerret Shueng (@TenseFerret) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Well your decision to bring in roaming charges as well as poor 4g and voice signal has helped me decide to move my 2 numbers on. Loved Three for the first 8yrs but the last couple of years have been poor.

  • adamlevine83 Adam Levine (@adamlevine83) reported

@ThreeUKSupport heard about roaming charges.. the reason three stood out has gone. I won’t be hit yet but as a customer of 11 years this was the reason I always renewed and will now properly review whether it’s worth staying anymore when contract ends.

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

  • mauricerkelly Maurice Kelly (@mauricerkelly) reported

@Bolster @revdenoodles @ThreeUK For me it’s probably EE. Coverage where we live is poor and O2/Vodafone are no good here at all.

  • Pottonski JC_Cat (@Pottonski) reported

I’m only with @ThreeUK for the roaming deal - Its why put up with poor speeds, crap coverage - After 10 years it’s Goodbye #three

  • metaburbia David (@metaburbia) reported

@ThreeUK relying on contract inertia from their customers. Here's hoping they go down the pan.

  • jonnypitchfork Commander Rapid (@jonnypitchfork) reported

Disappointed that @ThreeUK have decided to scrap their 'go roam' policy. The convenience of being able to use your phone in Europe without any worries/charges offset the constant poor service I received.

  • rosieniven Rosie Niven (@rosieniven) reported

@richyj1504 @ThreeUK I am not a 3 customer but I was aware that they were the best network when it came to roaming because of perks like go roam. Of all the networks I would have thought that they would be the last to do this.
