@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

@ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

.@ThreeUK ur network is sooooooo rubbish. ANYWHERE I go in london, no reception. I’m paying for unlimited data but I can never use the internet without a WiFi connection. I’m 10000% leaving as soon as my contract is finished. In fact I might even terminate the contract early👎🏻👎🏻

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I was told that the problem related to mast and heavy traffic would be fixed today. I’m really disappointed and this slow internet and reception has caused so many problems, can’t use zoom or more than 2 sources of internet that everything crashes. 2 weeks now

Mobile signal at my home address is absolutely hopeless, so hopeless I can't actually tweet this using mobile data, I need to connect to WiFi. Useless service from @ThreeUK I don't need the fastest 5G (it is pretty fast) I just want consistent connection.
