    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @DatKid_LF @ThreeUK @O2 @GerrardMaynard I have been on the same deal for 3 years. My data speed went up to 3 Mb... Once. Crap service and crap customer service. Get out while you can.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I keep having bills come through for an account fraudulently taken out in my name. I spoke to you guys before and they told me to go into a Carphone Warehouse (where it was purchased) to sort it, which I did, but still nothing has happened. Please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, I'm arranging to go into store on Wednesday to send it off for repairs, but I'd like to be able to sort out a temporary replacement phone, and they told me I need to go through my service provider (you) for that.

    @ThreeUKSupport are there issues with resetting passwords on My3? Keep on getting a error page showing "my3auth.text.generic.error" when changing the password. Also, a max of 12 characters and no pasting is kind of poor.

    @ThreeUK @Speedtest I would not brag if I were you, terrible 4G speed, hardly any 5G coverage UK wide and frankly useless overseas Customer Support who fail every time to resolve any issue I have. Still feel like bragging?

    @ThreeUK @Speedtest You must have used some highly select areas. Here, your coverage and speeds were so fast, I had to switch. Since leaving, I haven't looked back. Same areas, much better signal and speeds.
