    @ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that's who I have been using but getting nowhere. They never call back when they promise to - second dispatched phone also not delivered...! Don't want to cancel but it's heading that way!

    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Why was it that a majority, if not all Three Network Using Phones did not receive the Emergency Alert. You have a duty that you must carry out, please issue an explanation as soon as you can. #emergencyalert
