@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUK I only tweeted you about this issue 2 weeks ago and yet the same problem is happening once again. I’ve no internet coverage in the CO13 9QB area or the CO14 8NR area. This is beyond a joke now! At this rate I’ll be looking elsewhere for my mobile phone service

@ThreeUKSupport Scott, Unable to join you on chat as I’m at work during your chat room opening hours and as I previously said I’ve no internet coverage in those postcode areas that I work in so couldn’t join in on a chat anyway. There’s one simple solution. FIX THE PROBLEM!!! 😡

@Shadowcatuk @ThreeUKSupport Should do what other ppl like myself have done, buy the phone or device outright if possible or on a payment plan service like AfterPay, Klarna and pay for the device over 12m or more and get a really cheap SIM Only either on Three or on their sister service SMARTY?
