@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUKSupport , I have already paid £140+ for a phone that I don’t have now and I’m being told to wait for @DPDgroup_news to take accountability as three state that dpd have confirmed delivery even though they haven’t and there is was issues with their tracking from day one

Never ever use @ThreeUK . Awful signal for 2 years, and then after that contract ended they continue to charge you. No refund offered after not using the account after end date. They then say you have to pay the next month too after telling them to close the account. Scandalous.
