@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUKSupport I realise this issue but I had no issues with 3G its just when it goes onto 4g signal drops bars by half or more and runs quite slow compared tobyhe 3G speed

@ThreeUK avoid this network at all costs. I called them in December asking them to reinstate a DD they cancelled whilst I was out of the country. They did not. I’m now likely to get bad credit on my company profile and have lost my number ALL my clients have when I return to UK

@ThreeUKSupport My phone wont play youtube videos with your network. I joined beginning of December. Also the internet stability or connection is terrible.
