@kpcassell419 @ThreeUKSupport I have to say in France Three force you on to a network called Bouygues. A piece of damp string works better. So I force the phone onto a different network then it’s fine.

@DTweetsStuff @EE I've already tried to cancel as I can get it right now from @ThreeUK And cheaper but EE told me I have to wait and refuse the phone from dpd to cancel the order. It's crazy.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope, no call back despite it being promised! Ali from the customer relations team was supposed to issue a £20 refund to my account after hours on the phone with Three and the website supplying incorrect costs. The £20 has never been given and no one will help me or call back!
@ThreeUK How about getting your 4G coverage working properly before moving onto 5G.... have reported bad data connection for months now and hey.... no response.... all these years I have been a customer and you can’t be bothered to reply...... can’t wait to change provider.....
