    I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

    @kpcassell419 @ThreeUKSupport I have to say in France Three force you on to a network called Bouygues. A piece of damp string works better. So I force the phone onto a different network then it’s fine.

    @DTweetsStuff @EE I've already tried to cancel as I can get it right now from @ThreeUK And cheaper but EE told me I have to wait and refuse the phone from dpd to cancel the order. It's crazy.

    @JamieVaide @EE @ThreeUK It's been bad for past couple of seasons. Literally impossible to access any websites or social media whilst within half a mile of the ground

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did, it wouldn't let me load the app.. iv sorted the issue now, impressive that you cut services etc while all this is going off. I'll be remembering this when both contracts are up for renewal. Other providers are not doing cutting people off

    @ThreeUK I tried to cancel my account a month ago. Was told the department was closed and to try again in a few months when the staff are back. That's a shocking way to keep taking money from people and I reported them to @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport when will the 4g service finally be fixed in scunthorpe, fed up having to rely on 3g which is bad enough as it is let alone right now when even the 3g speed has dropped extremely lol

    @ThreeUKSupport my mobile broadband contract is due on 7-6-2020. I need to know my opinion if I am to stay with 3. Sum help would be helpful .

    @ThreeUK are also the only network which doesn't offer a "charge to mobile" bar to protect against these charges. This means that children, the elderly and the vulnerable are exposed to this fraud ridden system with no means of avoidance. Utterly disgraceful!
