@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

Our package has now completely gone missing once it was dropped into the local Fedex office (because they wouldn't come out to collect it) so it's been stolen by @FedEx with extremely important business documents in it, & they couldn't care less.
