Tom (@Glawsboy84) reported from Longford, England@EJBrookes83 @ThreeUK hope you have more luck getting a decent signal/data speeds with @ThreeUK than we have after moving from Vodafone in September 🐢 🐢 One good thing of being imprisoned through lockdown means it’s a rarer frustration than it otherwise would be.

Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.
-

stiches. (@i_amsochi) reported@ThreeUK I need help and a quick fix, can someone please get back to me, I have rang you guys so many times and you have been so unhelpful, there has been no resolution and being passed back and forth and would like to escalate/ speak to a manager asap!

-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Steve Blair (@UniversalExile) reported.@ThreeUK .@ThreeUKSupport Having been a customer for a number of year had an awful experience yesterday with your upgrade team. Including being lied to! Very disappointing and no new handset arriving. Seriously considering another provider.
