@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport I've had emergency calls only now for a week in my area after years of having an amazing service. Everyone else on Three in the area having the same issues. Can I not pay my bill as my phone is useless. No data no calls?

@ThreeUK Not usually one to have a moan and I appreciate we are all having a tough time... but, when I ring up to ensure no further money is leaving my account having switched networks, I don’t expect to have someone try to push a sales team on me. Poor service guys
