@ThreeUKSupport I should have got a 12 months sim only contract 12GB - this was confirmed with customer service rep Mohamed Farid who promised to email me confirmation but did not. I can only see my old contract online. Please sort this out, it’s terrible customer service and lying to customers

@ThreeUKSupport Work. it’s been like it for a while though. Have wi-fi access at work but as soon as i leave the building and use your mobile network there’s nothing until I get into the range of the next cell.

When roaming I often find places where Three's network runs with massive packet loss and latency, even with full signal (and sometimes at home too when it's busy outside and I've forgotten to turn Wi-Fi back on). Seems like their network capacity is reaching its limit

@IsItBroke @ThreeUKSupport Yeh i find the same, it’s almost as if 3g data has been turned off or throttled? What’s the official reason @ThreeUKSupport given your network still needs good 3 and 4g to supplement bits where 5g doesn’t work?
