Abe (@CannyAuldGyruum) reported@ItsSpeltWithAC @O2 @ThreeUK He told us it depends if it is a software glitch or a hardware issue. If its a software the OS replacement may work. We couldn't get another appointment with apple until Tuesday so back with them so they can replace the phone (hopefully). Its only 3 mnth old.

Just spent a weekend in central London 2 experience even WORSE signal. From 5g to 3G & ALL slow or not working at all. Want my money back! Stuck in 2 year contract now.
