    @ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still no support. 5 days ago it was escalated to a manager to get the cancelation approved. Nothing since. 2 months without a network. Technical support have given up. How do i get help from Three and escalate this to someone who can actually help a customer

    during the pandemic, @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport STOLE my phone number. my phone didn’t work for almost a year. they refused to help, yet still charged me every month, they’re still trying to get another £200 off me even though this has already cost me thousands. evil scum.

    @ThreeUK This is just an attempt at customer support on the cheap. You don’t want to pay for customer service agents, so just get the customers to help each other. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport Have you got site issues? Just received 2 new Sim card [already have 2 long standing sim only deals] I can't register them, on the account it constantly proceeds as an existing customer and won't register a new, then defaults to 'we're having technical issues'
