Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

For one, getting a refund means dealing with a company that has a shit we form, who are crooks but will only accept my actual phone bill, leaving me open to yet more ******* fraud.

Had to call back two days later and speak to someone else. Was going to cancel my account there& then. Screw the early cancellation fee. But the lady said I wouldn't be charged it was impossible

Advise someone they can leave for no cost on the 29th when they contact you on the 28th they are advised there is no cancellation fee BUT you need to pay 2 month plus 10 days #entrapment

Unlike say @O2 So at the moment I see very little point in staying with you. You take my money and I get very little in return
