Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

@ThreeUKSupport I've already done this 5 times amd nothing has been done. I get smae response all the time also at one point I was told the mast was having something done to it and 7 days it should be fully working but Thai doesn't show anywhere on the network status page

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 I wanted to cancel within 30 days of not happy with service. Emailed back I would be charged early term fee. I don't feel its right, stuck paying for a service I don't get & no help getting fixed. I had heard good things about @ThreeUK but never using again!

While I’m ranting, @ThreeUK #Glasgow is the biggest city in Scotland, 3rd largest in the UK. WHY is it impossible to get a 4G, never mind a 5G, signal in the city centre?? And don’t tell me your system isn’t showing any problems, cos bollocks. It doesn’t work. @Three_Is_Broken

@ThreeUKSupport how do I put a official complaint in? Stuck with 5G broadband HUB contract where I don't get 5G! I get 4g but it's patchy at best. My ADSL is faster with Sky! I've asksd for help multiple times to fix via email! Calls! Social media, chat. Nothing done to fix 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport If the sim doesn’t arrive tomorrow can I still speak to you? My problem is I forgot I set up a Mail redirect while I’m looking after my uncle across in Fife and it’s not stopped yet, so the sim will go to my uncle’s house.

@CPMumma79 @SFAactive You’ve probably checked it all so apologies if this isn’t helpful but I’m on a contract with 3 that’s £13 a month with occasional other charges (this month £1.30). 30g data and unlimited texts and calls. Have you gone into @ThreeUK shop to talk directly to someone? Might help

@ThreeUK wow your lack of customer service is beyond explanation. Advise someone they can leave for no cost on the 29th when they contact you on the 28th they are advised there is no cancellation fee BUT you need to pay 2 month plus 10 days #entrapment

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent the “proof” for the millionth time, and cancelled, again. Now had another bill. I haven’t used this number for years, I’ve never had a bill sent to me so I didn’t even know I was paying. I don’t care about what I’ve paid before but I’m not paying any more.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes you keep saying the network is fine on your systems but it's really now. I've been to other areas and network seems fine. When I get on 5G it's superfast. 4G is less than 1Mbps download. And unfortunately do not live in 5G area. I'm within my 14 days cooling so time to leave.
