@SteMarsh I called @ThreeUK the day I got those texts n didn't get ANY help at all. Long story. Had to call back two days later and speak to someone else. Was going to cancel my account there& then. Screw the early cancellation fee. But the lady said I wouldn't be charged it was impossible

Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@SteMarsh @ThreeUK I hate @ThreeUK and suggest to anybody and everybody to never sign up with them. Leave them. For one, getting a refund means dealing with a company that has a shit we form, who are crooks but will only accept my actual phone bill, leaving me open to yet more ******* fraud.

@ThreeUKSupport In the house on WiFi. Three signal drops altogether and both mine and hubby’s phone goes to WiFi calls only. Get a full signal outside of house, slightly better upstairs and only one bar downstairs. Some calls and breaking up/electronic sound. Always had full bars.

@ThreeUKSupport Try BT12 6NX which runs adjacent to my new build street. It's disappointing as its inner city Belfast, particularly as its been over a year since I got 5G ready off the back of Three's marketing campaign and not only has that never came to fruition, but service is regressing.

@ThreeUKSupport I called customer service, back when the old sim wasn’t connected as the online form produced an error message. Subsequently four customer service reps have told me the new SIM is activated, but neither old nor new SIM works.

@ThreeUKSupport THREE IS ROBBING ME OF MY MONEY BY CONTINUING TO TAKE OUT MONTHLY FEES FOR SERVICE IM NOT USING WHILE THEY SIMULTANEOUSLY REFUSE TO GIVE ME ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I CAN CANCEL IT. I LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. JUST CANCEL OUR SERVICE AND STOP TAKING OUR MONEY.
